Beyond just sitting around and making plans, Asd finally decided that it was time to take action, he had no idea how much he had to get Sanctuary in place, before having to answer the summons of the emperor. At the moment Sanctuary had enough energy but no exact place to channel it. So first he had to accept the reward from the first quest he has been given and see what can be implemented from it. Next he had to see just what he could actually research about, because for [Sanctuary] to truly grow, it had to be able to offer something the rest of the World cannot.
