AT NIGHT WHEN EVERYONE WAS SLEEPING SUN SNEAKED OUT TO THE FOREST . HE THOUGHT THAT HE COULD PRACTICE STRENGTHENING HIMSELF HERE AS THERE WAS ENOUGH SPACE TO RUN AND ALSO MANY BIG ROCKS OF DIFFERENT SIZES THAT COULD BE USED FOR INCREASING LIFTING STRENGTH.
SUN : To temper my body I need to mould the surrounding qi as my outer skin layer . But this is what everyone is doing , so if I want to be better than them I will have to do things that other don't do , that's physical labour.
HE PICKED THE ROCK THAT LOOKED LIKE IT WOULD BE APPROX 20KGS AND LIFTED IT ON HIS BACK.
SUN : This rock definitely looks around 20 kgs , but it feels to me like its only 5kgs at best . Is this the strength I have gotten after opening my meridians!?. It's better to find a rock more heavy than this if I want to improve.
HE PICKS UP A BOULDER WHICH WAS 80 KGS BUT TO HIM , IT FELT LIKE 20 KGS . HE THOUGHT THAT THIS IS WEIGHT IS PERFECT FOR HIM TO USE FOR HIS TRAININGS AND DECIDED TO USE IT A BODY WEIGHT WHILE DOING PUSH UPS.
SUN : What was I thinking when I picked up this rock. This is very heavy , I can't even do 2 push ups with it properly .
AFTER CONTINUING TO STRUGGLE WITH THE ROCK FOR SOME DAYS SUN STARTED TO GAIN STRENGTH AND STAMINA RAPIDLY AND AFTER 2 WEEK SUN WAS EASILY ABLE TO RUN 100 KM WITH THE ROCK AND DO 1000 PUSHUPS. AT THIS POINT SUN HAD MADE PROGRESS TO [ BODY TEMPERING 3RD STAGE ] .
SUN : I have yet to check the temperory outer sect completely. I should take a break today and explore the people and places of the sect.
SUN DECIDED TO LEAVE THE BOYS DORM AT MORNING TO EXPLORE THE SECT. HE TRIED TALKING WITH THE HIS FELLOW DISCIPLE WHO'S BED WAS JUST NEXT TO HIM .
