[Time skip - 9 months later]
"Master Ouyoonk, what do you know about occlumency" I asked.
"Well, our species has always been resistant to the mind arts. The imperius curse can affect us. What I know about the mind arts comes from Obu who I have taught. He told me once occlumency depends on three D's. Direct, disgust and deflect. You have to first direct the flow of memories both yours as well as the intruders. This includes false memories and making the intruder feel that what he searches for is just a reach ahead. Disgust is to make your intruder feel disgusted. Different people have different methods, the most common is making them see sexual scenes. Deflect as it says is the final stage where you fight the intruder with everything your imagination can come up with" he replied.
'I should construct some disgust methods first. Make the intruder uncomfortable. Making Dumbles see having sex with Fudge will be a good one'.

One more month and I will have to go back to Hogwarts. The canon does start soon. I should be able to meet Harry and Hagrid in the leaky cauldron on July 31st.
Before that, I should get Expelliramus, Protego, and my Patronus to level 3. Level 3 should be a corporeal Patronus. Also, get my dagger skills and throwing skills to expert levels. Level 3 and expert were 5000 times each. It is going to be truly vexing repeating it. Don't forget the 3Ds as well.
"It seems your training is coming to an end Quirinus. The last exam will be a fight with me to see how well you have progressed. Anything is permitted. We gnomes fight dirty. There are no honor duels here. Either you win or lose" Master Ouyoonk said.
"Thank you for all the teachings so far master" I gave him a respectful bow.
[Day of duel]
I woke up and placed the strongest disillusionment and notice me not charms on me. They have reached level 3 after repeated uses in my assassin classes. I took out my invisible cloak turned into a dress robe for ease of access and mobility and wore it on top of my clothes. A softening and silencing spells on the boots, an odor prevention spell, an air resistance reduction spell, and finally a rune that has the effect of forgetfulness potion keyed to my being. I called this the ultimate hiding method or UHM for short.
I used a gnome revelio to see whether anyone is watching the door. Checked for any wards that may alert Master Ouyoonk. Once I disabled the wards without alerting him, I went to the training hall. It was well lit. I knew either Master Ouyoonk is in the training room or he may come soon. I got into positon in a side instead of a corner. I used a Lux illuso spell to prevent any change in light intensity at my position. Now it was a matter of waiting.
I waited for hours. My legs cramping due to fatigue and staying still. I tried everything I learned to find any flaw in the room. But I couldn't. This was a game of who gave up first. The one who gave up first will make a mistake the other party can utilize.
After 5 hours I saw a droplet forming at a location opposite to me. Without any time to delay I shot 3 needles diagonally at that location revealing me and a jumping Master Ouyoonk, who got out of the way of paralytic poison.
No time to waste I ran up to him with my wand and dagger drawn. He had two daggers on either hand. I slashed at him which he blocked with a dagger and tried to pierce my belly. A protego from the wand stopped it. As I pushed him back and gained distance I sent a silent stupefy-expelliramus-incarcerous combo. The nimble gnome evaded the three spells and came at me with a slash to the thigh. I simply evaded and used a slipping jinx followed by a nox circuitus to make a dark area. I simply hid in plain sight using UHM which I cast within a second when he lost sight of me. Once the darkness field vanished he was in the open while I was hidden. Even though Master Ouyoonk could not be seen I knew he was within a circle of 5-meter radius. I cast a Protego diabolica circle around a 5-meter radius in which he was trapped. This dark protection spell was ominous. People with ill intent will not be able to cross it.
"Well done Quirinus" Master Ouyoonk removed his invisibility and clapped. "Your training is done".
"Thank you Master Ouyoonk for all your teachings" I canceled the spell and started repairing the training area. Once done I went back to the room and started packing my things. It still seemed amazing to me when the messy items arranged themselves and were orderly packed up.
Once done I sat cross-legged upon the bed and began contemplating on what to do.

Well, it will be good training. I opened the interface and selected Master Ouyoonk. Once the battle started, I understood what the hell the old gnome was. He was going for the kill every time without regard for his own life. I got defeated within 5 minutes with a dagger sticking out of my chest. I woke up and breathed a sigh. It seems like I cant get complacent.
