CHAPTER 38

Why did he save why He saved me? I wasn't allowed to live freely like normal people without any strings attached to them.

In The Sanctum Sanctorum

We see Dr. Strange looking at the book that was lying in front of him, the book didn't look normal as there was an ominous feeling around it. The book is blood red with some kinds of symbols engraved on it. These symbols were hard to understand.

This is Blood Acore a Black Magic book giving the nature of Stephen Strange it's easy to understand so with Stephen Strange what you have are basically different Magical books that would grant him different Magical abilities some spells let him time travel, others spells to let him jump one universe to another. Other spells will grant him reality warping powers.

It depends on what he wants to do. But some spells are out there come from Dark Books. And the Blood Acore is an example of that. This book is composed of excitingly Dark Spells of evil and just terrible things. And what Dr. Strange is doing is basically summoning this Dark Entity from the Blood Acore itself. This basically means Stephen Strange is a point of desperation because if didn't have to do this he wouldn't have.

Because ultimately there is nothing they can really do.

Stephen: "Know the price," said Stephen reading the symbols engraved on the book.

As he was looking at the book as  "click" as the door open we see a Chinese American man enters in the room he was holding two things and they were a big orb and this is Orb of Agamotto, while in his hand an eye that was similar to Eye of Agamotto. But this is the Eye of Agamotto (Power) and the one taken by Darkseid is the Eye of Agamotto (Knowledge).

And the man was Wong, a master of mystic arts. He placed these powerful mythical weapons on the table as he looked at the book that was laying on the table.

Sigh as he sighs and speaks.

Wong: "Are you sure you want to do this aging?" He asked the question with care in his words for his friend.

Stephen: "Yes Wong there is no other way he is the least powerful as the Elder Gods with power to gain more power able to drain someone's soul. As he not just created a Proper life-bringer but also pulled the moon and I know Odin did the snaps he split a whole Realm from Yggdrasil and locked it away but after doing this he immediately entered into Odin's Sleep and slept for many years.

Yet he didn't. I know what he did was not on the same level but we can't reject how Watcher didn't interfere even at the cost of his whole place and tools but prepared to run. Even Gaia didn't interfere in the face of death. And in all this, he revived more than 5 million people with just words. We checked if they are what they always were. He didn't warp reality, he revived them in all fashion and matter.

taking away their souls from all these Gods and Demons alike yet no one interferes. It's not a small portion so they don't care about it. And if we believe they fear him what did it say even then? Mistress Death still didn't interfere. I know she is forbidden from getting into Mortal matters but it only applies to directly. She could have sent her pawns yet she didn't.

Nor Asgard's force came, after all, do you think Odin's pride will let his son be humiliated and their most expensive weapon broken by him yet they are nowhere to be seen so this tells us something. And he did absorb a God that was bigger than a galaxy in microseconds. We are facing someone who just didn't call himself a God just he is delusional No he could possibly be A New type of GOD like A New God.

So I must do anything to protect this planet of Ours to save it from him even at the cost of my soul." Said Dr. Strange as he opened the book and started to flip the pages until he came to the page where we can see a Demonic Entity.

Stephen: "And when he pulled the moon so near to earth Darkness ruled and he did free her from her prison and if I am not wrong she is now looking for him. And she herself is a great threat to all light." Said Strange shocking Wong.

Wong: "So it means the queen of Night is free and with her King Chaos also got its free pass.". Wong  Said in great shock.

Stephen: "Yes my friend, him pulling the moon or reviving millions is not just showing off. He just didn't pull the moon to just show his power and even bother to talk to us. He has many motives behind what he did and I know I can only grasp a few of them. And that is what is most scary about him. It's not just his carelessness for the life but his intellect. As Even I don't if I am doing what anticipated me to do  Or I am Just a puppet" Said Stephen as he looked at Demon.

Wong: "We do works for many reasons. master

I think for a season, you have chosen to walk this world and others with your eyes closed.....

and now you ask me how can I continue if I have become blind? open your eyes, my friend. see the things that I know are real and believe to be true…" Said Wong as he prepared to leave."

Stephen: " And What Are Those"

Wong: " You, Stephen somewhere in there you are still a Good Man. and what lives there which will live through me. Said Wong and with a "Click", he left the room.

Once Wong was out of the room Stephen just smiled at his friend.

Stephen knew the cost if did this the longer Stephen Strange allowed this Demon to exist on this plane of existence the more so Stephen Strange became corrupted by it. That's the Danger of summoning beings like this. But nothing could be done. 

"K'ooth Ul D'ayn Y'ool"

As Stephen spoke those words four giant tentacles came out of the book. Stephen's eyes turned bright orange and an eye appeared on his forehead which opened up and it also shined bright orange with red shades while his teeth grind each other.

Darkseid Pov.

We appear just outside of the heir home of Josh as I knew the next thing I will face is going to be a pain in the ass as whenever he is desperate he calls upon Black Magic.

Over the years Stephen Strange has dealt into Black Magic Stephen Strange and on the whole but doesn't always do that because the conversation is that when dealt into that kind of Magic there is a price to be paid and the implications are Stephen loses a piece of his soul every time he taps into Black Magic. And that's the price you pay you to lose a piece of yourself when you try to tap into the Black Magic.

Over the years, Stephen Strange delving into these Dark Magics he's cost himself a portion of a soul each time hances the reason why he doesn't have 100 percent of his soul. And Magic itself comes at a cost if you are not a neutral born magical creature you don't know the Dark Arts what it costs to you to be a practitioner of Magic to pull in these various forces from across the Multiverse each of which takes a piece of your soul every time you use their Magic. 

I think if I am right he will deal into the blood Acoere and possibly summon a Demon to possess him. and the best choices will be.

"K'ooth Ul D'ayn Y'ool"

And why only this guy why not summon someone like Shuma-Gorath or channel the power of Zom as he is a wildly powerful being as if he showed up in any Universe nobody outside of the Living Tribunal or Fulcrum be able to stop him. As if he didn't step in, Zom will wipe out everything entirely of the Multiverse Doormumu Infinity Eternity, all obliterated by the power of Zom. That's how powerful he is. 

And why he will not call upon them is simple: there is no guarantee Zom even lent his power to Stephen Strange in the first place. And as for. Shuma-Gorath is gone if Dr. Strange unleashed him on me. The first thing Shuma-Gorath will try to do is take over everything, try to subjugate them, turn them into his servants, then will do the same with the whole Multiverse and conquer it all. 

So it's not like Stephen Strange is able to summon Shuma-Gorath and the day is saved. He already had a massive threat to deal with and after coming with it as two Dark Gods are free and that is why he will call upon this particular Demon. Become according to him. It will at least be able to defeat me even if it didn't at least damage me but not so dangerous that none of the earth protectors will be able to stop him. So Stephen Strange is betting on the Earth's cosmic beings and Gods. 

We looked at his house. It was pretty big as he belonged to a pretty rich family. I then stop time and pull him out of his house. He is just a 12-year-old kid So his X gene is still in a dormant state. So I can't absorb his power as I only absorb what someone could have and if someone doesn't have the thing how Am I going to gain it I know X Gene is still in his body but they are in an inactive state.

And When I absorb somebody all this turns into pure energy and my cells absorb that energy granting me that power. So activating the X gene is a simple process that involves extreme emotions. whether due to stress, or natural, for various reasons. Some activated due to fear, hunger and starvation, and emotional traumas.

So I planted some fake memories in his mind where his parents died in a very brutal way then I let the time play around him as he looked at me confused. Then the memories came to the surface and he starts to scream and once this happens his skin turns golden rather than dark black.

So indicating his powers are active Zelda has already done her scan. I stopped time again, placed my hand on his body, and said the Magic words. "Drain" as his body was shucked dry in seconds as felt great changes taking place in my body at the cellular level.

My skin was changing color from Golden to blazing Red to deadly Grey. The difference was that where the golden color was giving warmth to the environment and filling it with life, the red color was emitting a feeling of dread. It was like having you in a war where everyone is against you.

Along with the skin changing my muscles too were changing as they became denser, more flexible yet not bulky. I had horns coming out of my head from time to time. A bone tail shoots from his spine. and the next second he was only having Golden wings coming out of his back with a halo on his head. These changes were happening to him rapidly.

Whenever my skin changed to Grey the surroundings died. And I mean died. The surrounding grass on which I was hovering turned to ashes without any fire. The tree around me became a husk from a lush green behemoth. and changes didn't happen visibly only but they are taking place at the cellular level

Any defects my body could have were getting repaired and the harm that was done using Omega Sanction was repaired as Omega Energy is one of the most potent energies of All creation. So even using it hurts my body and I don't even use a small portion of its power.  and similar case with even the Original Darkseid it's not like it hurts him it's just he wields it to its full power as only one was able to do this and it was Yuga Khan.

Father of Darkseid Yuga Khan was the most powerful New God that ever existed and the original ruler of Apokolips for a long time. Yuga Khan is the one being in the universe far more powerful and evil and was worse of a tyrant than even Darkseid.

With this power, the adapting speed also increased and became even dipper as these two powers match made in heaven adoption and healing factor. And this was the same great Darkness but much worse as even using it breaks my body and puts a huge stress on it but compensation of both powers gives a huge boost on how long I can use it and with time it continues to increase. as my skin changed its color. my looks changed slightly after this happened everything stopped.

I felt great as I was full of energy but I knew even if it feels like it had stopped but in reality, it didn't as I will never stop adapting and evolving and that is how I am expanding my energy reserves and many things as its a very long list what power I gaining from combining these two powers.

As I was looking at how the texture of the skin has changed from light grey to bright grey now it doesn't look rock hard but more of human-like something similar to raven just bright Grey. and this happens to even my face. I even get some unique powers like Access to Genome, Shapeshifting, Heal from the brink of Death, curing and treating disease, and Resurrect from an atom. And a few more of course I get these powers just by warping reality.

But I don't like that as reality warping is never permanent and there is a limit to how far my reality warping could reach. I am not a Universal reality warper and if I became one I am not going to use them as it makes the creation unstable and there is no fun. Having everything you want is just boring.

I turn around and saw Madelyne looking at me with wide eyes while Zelda was fully monitoring changes in my body at the atomic level. I was very happy with what I achieved as it was a victory but still a victory that needs to be happy with.

Darkseid: "So how do I look like my love," I ask her in a joking manner as giant Golden wings were still behind my back and I materialized a halo on my head while I was glowing. She looked at me after she didn't know me more than the memories I gave her from me and Laura.

So in a way, we just met and fuck and we fuck for more than 2 days in which we burn down the whole place. her obsession and love she got in a way is just from my corruption and from 

Madelyne: "You look good love but this is too shiny for me, I still love the Devil look with horns," She said with a smile as she is getting used to my usual attitude.

Darkseid: " Well that's a bummer , let's see what the world thinks about my looks." I said as wings and halo vanished while I fired my Omega beams on his body once it was done I open a boom tube to Washington DC a few meters away from the white house a few feet above the ground.

It was time to strike as the stage was ready. time to show the true meaning of the word God. and break all their hopes.

3rd Person Pov 

in a giant room, we see a man that seems to be tortured A muscular handsome man that was restrained on a Chair he seems to be in a lot of pain, and blood was all over his body there are very few clothes on his body while a giant black collar on his nack. and from the looks of it he seems to be originated from somewhere in Russia. 

 while the man who was torturing him was enjoying all this. he seems to be lost in thoughts.

Fuck who knew he can reach such levels he has joined the fray. I can feel it. He is not only really dangerous but downright frightening. Dangerous for my pawns that is. Not for me as I don't even exist.

Sooner these bloody mutants will be purged and I will again become one with this planet.

Oh.. How I remember those days. I have never forgotten how everyone expected me. They never rejected me. How everyone was so loving and new. I still remember when they first came out of the water. And I saw the land through their eyes.  I remember how even the land accepted me. How everyone was so happy. With time they started to grow more and started to evolve and I too evolved with them. They never leave me.

It took me time to realize that the whole world accepted me as its ruler. And how could I have refused them when they didn't refuse me?

Then they arrived and my beautiful world was destroyed. They started to rain fire on everyone but they made sure that I survived.

I will never forgive those damn Giant metal Gods for that calamity but I knew the moment I laid my eyes on them that I was not their match.

And then they did something. I don't know what. But they did something because after the calamity was done and life was starting to bloom anew.

But these life forms were different. They were changing but they still did not abandon me. They still connected with me. These new lifeforms were very interesting, to say the least, and the rate at which they were evolving left me baffled.

And then they evolved into Humans. So much better than their peers. The humans were a piece of art and still are. After all even after all that they never abandoned me.

They still greeted me. But then they came again. Those Giant metal Gods. They captured my Humans, they made them reject me. They made those humans reject me.

They were fighting with me. They got powers. And then they betrayed me.

Those humans started to worship those Giant metal Gods as gods. Those humans called themselves ETERNALS. I hated them with every fiber of my being.

But then they started to change other humans and always thought that they were beneath them. And after some time they were successful. They were successful in poaching those humans, MY HUMANS, toward their side.

They changed their bodies. I was never able to meet them. Every time I tried something bad happened.

I will kill those traitors. How dare they hurt their brethren. How dare they hurt MY HUMANS. HUMANS WHO NEVER BETRAYED. I will not let it happen. '

?: " aaaagggghhhh aaaaaagggghhhhhh gggg... " the muscular man screams in pain on a restrained Chair.

John Sublime was distracted from his thoughts. He looked toward the restrained man he got from the military for experimentation. and they got him from all the chaos that was happening. He came to the USA at the wrong time. He thought as he spoke.

Sublime: "oh, come on. It is not that much pain. At least you are not getting killed. Or seeing your worst enemy turning your kind against you. Seeing your enemy defiling your kind and then killing them. We even got your infraction, Piotr. 

Sublime: "Tell me mutant, is it? "
