One of the students are currently performing an example of the most basic Arts Technique.

"You've Failed, Next!"

Upon seeing one of the students arts technique a professor failed the student into advancing to the fourth year.

Many students find it hard to pass through the fourth level... Since the University is made up of mix races, they all have different specialties.

The Ingrasia University were founded at the same year when each race unified against a common enemy. Under the name of the leaders of each race they then achieved of what is now called Ingrasia.

The professor once again called out a name.

"Pete Wreight! Please step forward and demonstrate the "Devil Heaven Palm Strike"!"

Hearing his name the other students started gossiping.

"Hey... isn't that one of the cousin of the Hero?"

"He is bound to turn into a dragon amongst dragons!"

"That guy... I want to see it for myself if he is worthy of carrying the world's burden with me!"

"Kyaaaa!! It's Master Pete! From the Hero's Faction!"

After hearing the gossips the professor yelled.

"Okay everyone quiet down!"

Even after hearing the gossips, Pete didn't mind them and concentrated at the task at hand.

'Focus... Don't let Big Brother's sacrifice be in vain!'

After careful preparations, Pete started to demonstrate the Arts.

*BOOM*

Everyone was shocked to see Pete reaching the state of a third level Beginner with the demonstration of basic level Arts.

At that moment everyone only has one thought in mind.

'He really is the cousin of the Hero!'

Note: Devil Heaven Palm Strike is a palm technique capable of slaying first tier alien beast.

Note: The grades of alien beast's varies from 1-13th levels being the 1st as the weakest.

As the professor was shocked in awe, the principal came in the site venue and started clapping his hands.

A man in his forties came in clapping with both of his hands.

"Hahaha! Amazing! To think that there would be another prodigy in our University!"

Pete looked at the old man and showed his respect by saluting.

Everyone else followed through.

"Hahaha! Everyone! No need to be so formal! I'm just your good ol' principal!"

The whole venue were filled with a relaxing sensation that made the tense students lighten up.

The professor came up to the principal and whispered.

'Sir, should we recruit Pete into our ranks?'

The principal just swayed his head and said.

'No, let him choose his own path, next time don't meddle too much in this matters'

Note: Pete Wreight, a man in his 20s and the cousin of the Hero, Zeis, he is seen as a genius capable of displaying the power of a Peak Level Beginner. His height is 176 weighing 70 and has eyes and hair darker than the starry sky, his skin tone is like dry ice when his resting and when he's Training its like he just got out from a long tan, he likes to buy things via online and spends his days training.

Note: The currently most powerful individual is currently at Legend of the fifth Level.

The professor then slowly backed off and returned to her seat.

The principal then made one last announcement before leaving.

"As an encouragement! Everyone who will pass will be given a chance to select one book from our esteemed guest! Sir, Fen Lohenn the person who will soon step into the realms of Myth!"

Everyone in the venue got extremely excited and hyped as they heard the principal's announcement, everyone in the venue were so shocked that one student smacked another student at his face to check if he's dreaming.
