They watched Silently as the Ships Burned, The sound of Wood being Engulfed by Blazing Fire was Heard among them. The Smell of Burning Flesh entered their Nose,
After Silently watching the Funeral, Arthur turned His Head towards Legate Leon. He looked like a Mess, His face Filled with Regret, And Sadness. All in All He looked like a Man that Lost Everything.
Arthur turned towards His Crew on Megin and Simply Nodded. The Ship Sailed into the Middle of the Crescent Formation of the Fleet, It was Organized this way for the Funeral and the Speech.
He stood Behind the Figurehead of Megin. Which was an Eagle, It was a Custom Design of Megin, Just like how the Other two Original Capital Ships had some Custom Designs. This Speech would be Published throughout Rome, The men wanted a Speech For the Incident, And he will Deliver.
"Me and My Council had a Meeting Earlier, And Azaire mentioned to me that 'Some of You' Wanted for me to Deliver a Speech about the Incident. And I Know exactly that it is not just 'Some of You,' But Most of You. I know you grew Discontent Towards Me, Due to not Addressing the Matter even after I woke up. And now, I will Address It."

After that Sentence He looked towards Leon and Nodded Silently. Leon Nodded Back.
"You wanted Him to be Punished, Even if it is Lightly. So, the Punishment would be this; He will be Stripped of His Title as Legate Leon for 6 Months and will Serve as Primus Pilus. If He is Competent by then, He will Serve again as Legate, if not He will Stay as Primus Pilus."
After that Decision, Murmurs of Agreement Erupted amongst the Crowd.
