The Golden Star Pavilion
Master Hu took Tang Feng to the Vast Sea City. The Vast Sea City is the only coastal city in the western part of Heaven Dou Empire and also the largest coastal city in the entire Douluo Continent. The entire city is built on the mountain beside the sea with heavy fortification.
At the luxurious area of Vast Sea City, there is a magnificent building. On the sign board was written "Golden Star Pavilion". Entering the building, Tang Feng saw a beautiful receptionist before them. Master Hu walked to the receptionist and said "Can you please inform Qing Yun that Hu Ming is looking for him?"
"Sure sir, I request you to wait in the lobby for Master Qing Yun" the receptionist smiled and bowed and then called a staff member and told him to inform Qing Yun.
As Master Hu and Tang Feng sat waiting for Master Hu's friend, the staff member came with a middle aged man, seemingly about 40 years of age. His appearance is very ordinary. He seemed to lack an imposing manner. His face was full of smiles and he seemed to have an amiable personality.
He rushed to Master Hu and said "Hu Ming, its been so many years! You never came to visit me! I missed the good old days we spent in the forest camping together! "
Master Hu kept his usual poker face with no smile as he said "I didn't quit the military to be a bard like you. So I have no free time to spare. Also, I came here for the sake of my and Lu Yu's student!"
"Mmmm, his killing intent is oozing out. And he has such a thick killing intent! Why did Lu Yu take a military cadet as his student? He is supposed to be teaching in Heaven Dou Imperial Academy, right? He has nothing to do with military anymore!" Qing Yun said with some astonishment.
"Let's settle down before I explain this, shall we?"
"Lets go to my suite. No one will disturb us there" replied Qing Yun enthusiastically.
Qing Yun took Master Hu and Tang Feng to a luxurious suite and helped them settle down. Master Hu explained that the Emperor team was supposed to practice with them for a month. Afterall, Heavenly Dou Empire has failed to secure even second place in the Continental Advanced Spirit Master Academy Elite Tournament for two consecutive years. So, to prove the strength of the Empire as well as to calm the heart of people, they needed a good result in this year's tournament!
Qing Yun interrupted "Don't tell me a simple training at the military barracks can lead to such a thick killing intent! How many people on earth did this kid kill to have accumulated such a thick killing intent?"
Master Hu coughed lightly and replied "Well, it is a special request from Lu Yu. He wished for Tang Feng to understand the cruelty of spirit master's world. Now, we need to wash away his killing intent so that he may return to his normalcy. Lu Yu also requests you to teach him your flute technique and your military hand to hand combat style!"
"Lu Yu really likes this kid. Else, he wouldn't have planned so much for him. But, it will take a lot of time to learn all of these, I guess the tournament would have started by then!"
"Don't worry, Emperor Team is a seeded team. So they don't need to participate in the qualifiers. Just finish your teaching by then. I will leave him in your care." Master Hu stood up and left.
"Tsk, meeting after so many years just to make me a nanny of a kid and leaving! Hu Ming didn't change even after so many years!" Master Hu grumbled.
He then looked at Tang Feng and said "Well kid, introduce yourself to me now and tell me if you have learnt any musical instruments ever?"
Tang Feng stood up like a proper soldier and replied "Tang Feng, level 47 Attack Type Spirit Master. Martial spirit Azure bow!"
"A bow martial spirit! No wonder Lu Yu treats you like the apple of his eyes! Now then, let me introduce myself again, Qing Yun, level 78 Auxiliary Spirit master. Martial spirit Jade Flute! By the way, how old are you now kid?" said Qing Yun
"Reporting to sir, I am 14 years old now!" Tang Feng shouted softly.
"A level 47 spirit master at the age of 14, now this is a rare gem!" Qing Yun clicked his tongue as he replied!
"Fine, as I am such a nice guy, I will help you! You should go take shower and buy some suits. This gown really doesn't match your elegant face! Also, book a room here, I hope you are not low on money after all the missions you completed in the military! Meet me at sharp 9 next morning. Off you go now! Bye" Qing Yun almost drove Tang Feng out of his room. After leaving the room, Tang Feng did as instructed.
