"Oh shit, I forgot the pad I'm supposed to give Jason today" I heard Dexter murmur behind me. Rolling my eyes, I told him to meet me outside. sitting outside on the driveway, I wait for Dexter to show up with his dumb pad. I really need to turn this homework in on time and sadly my dear cousin is my only ride to school. I looked at the car, still annoyed at the fact that the dumbass is going to make me late to school." Arlie quit sitting around and get your butt to school" I heard my aunt say through the window," I would if your son didn't have to delay me" I said under my breath".im waiting for Dexter" I replied. Sitting beside Dexter irritates the hell out of me. I mean what family member treats his family that way., mine of course. sighing I looked out of the window looking unto the street, feeling the breeze rushing through my face as we head to school. Running my hand through my hair and checking to see if the bags under my eyes has worn off, seeing that it has worn off, I sighed. I'm really comfy today because I wore my comfy leggings an oversized stripped shirt and paired it off with my white converse. I turned my head just in time to see my school in view, Jasper senior high school, Jasper Junior Senior High School is a public high school located at Albertha in Canada. On getting to school, I pushed the car door opened, cleared my throat, "do you want to spoil the car "I heard Dexter say, I didn't bother reply to him. pushing some my hair behind my ear before walking towards the entrance. Plastering a fake smile on my face, I entered the school doors immediately greeted with rowdy hallway. The popular, consisted of the jocks were goofing around the hallway with the typical flirty cheerleaders boasting around in their short clothes. Those people really need to get a grip on themselves. The nerds talking to each other quietly and checking if they have the correct books at the same time. The loners casually leaning on their lockers while looking at the hallway lazily with headphones stuck to their ears. I made my way to my locker just in time to see my best friend Ark typing furiously on her phone. "I wonder who she's pissed at "I thought. At the sight of me, she let out a huge sigh of relieve "I thought you were going to be late again" she said.: Dexter made me late because he forgot some game pads, he is supposed to give Jason" I said. The bell rang, earning a few groans from student including me, I quickly took out my books that l needs before starting to head to class with Ark besides me and guess what rambling off some thing about one of the popular. That girl is always talking. We entered the classroom choosing to sit on the last row close to the window, I don't know why I liked it, but I won't complain either. I kept my head on the table while Arek is trying to finish her homework while copying from mine and the whole class chattering. Mr. Nicholas entered, and rhea chattering died down immediately, he slammed his binders on the table and gave us a little too sweet smile before facing the board. "This is going to be torture" I whispered to Ark who just sighed and faced the board. At the sound of the bell ringing, I jumped out of my seat, shoved my books into my bag without a second thought dragged Ark and left the class." With that realization drawn on her face as she pulled me into a tight hug. After submitting the homework, we proceeded to the cafeteria not before Ark decided to waste our time in the bathroom. On getting to the cafeteria, we discovered that its full to the brim, turning to look at Ark she gave me a guilty look and apologized for delaying. "Let's just get our food and go sit by the tree" I said. Lunch is going great actually. Ark and I kept gossiping, mostly her giving me juicing stuffs about the popular. And sitting under the tree is quite relaxing until the most sought after in the school came around.
