1 A Breakout At Arkham Asylum And A Brutal Show Of Force.

(Arkham Asylum, outside Rais's cell)

"I still think your wasting your time doc" the guard says to the psychiatrist, the man shakes his head "He must have a reason for bombing half of Miagani Island" the guard nods "Yeah, but he isn't exactly just going to just talk because... he knows this place, he knows all of our "games" he isn't a normal prisoner" the psychiatrist nods "Yes, I've read his file, he's a meta human with the ability to regenerate, has enhanced speed, strength and reflexes, a super intellect, immunity to all toxins and diseases and high tier combat training from his time as a mixed martial artist... I'll be fine" The guard sighs "Fine, but it's your funeral, even the other inmates are terrified of him" he opens the door and the psychiatrist enters to see the villan known as BloodStain otherwise known as Alan Rais, chained to the bed with heavy metal clamps, with an electric current running through them. Alan looks over to see the psychiatrist "So, what do you what this time doc" the psychiatrist sits down on the chair beside him "I want to know your reason for bombing half of Miagani Island...by yourself no less" Alan laughs heartily which scares several other inmates who are near his cell "My reason, my reason is simple, In order to make an statement to the GCPD, that they don't stand a chance on their own and had it not been for the Bat, I wouldn't be here talking to you... in other words they have become dependent on a masked vigilante to help maintain order and I don't like that" the psychiatrist writes down some notes on his clipboard "I see, but why Miagani... do you have a grudge or was it just random" Rais looks at him "A grudge but one that I'd like to keep to myself if you don't mind" the psychiatrist nods and leans over slightly to examine Rais's marking (he has marking of a demonic face on his chest) Rais twitches his fingers as if trying to get free, before the psychiatrist gets up "Well, thanks for your time mister Rais" Alan nods "Thank you and I hope you don't come back" the psychiatrist leaves the room while Rais uses the keys in his hand (that he got when he twitched his fingers near the psychiatrist's belt) to unlock his restraints, careful not to nudge the electrical parts before he hears the alarm go off and an announcement is made "Warning, several unauthorised cell has been opened these include, the cells of Joker, Posion Ivy, Punchline, Killer Croc, Two Face, Riddler and many others, all available units divert to those cells and contain the prisoners" Rais laughs "Oh, a breakout, might help as the door is too thick and it might take to long to bust the window" just then he hears a beeping sound coming from his door before it and the window next to it are blown open and Two face steps in, only to fall back when he sees Rais "BloodStain" "Dent, how ya been" Rais walks out of his cell and the guards see him and one of them radios in "BloodStain is free, I repeat BloodStain is free" they pulls their guns but Rais just slaughters them, he then runs to the evidence lockers to get his stuff, after that he goes back to the cell blocks to join in on the escape plan.

(Main Cell Block)

Rais follows several of the gang members to main door and Rais realises that he hired guards to plant bombs in the main parts where all the guards are, he feels around his jacket and finds the detonator "Lets make some noise" he goes to find Joker and the other villains arguing about escape options "I knew we shouldn't have gone with your plan Joker" Joker laughs "Auh, why not it worked didn't it" Punchline nods "Yeah but now the doors locked and we're out of bombs" Rais pushes his detonator and the front door and several guard encampments blow up in a huge fireball, the villains look around before turning around and seeing Rais with a detonator, he smirks "What, I got bored of waiting for you to stop arguing, now let's get out of here" he walks off to the now blown up door, Ivy looks at him "Aren't you BloodStain" most of the villains look at Rais in shock as he turns around and a murderous red and black aura fills the room, which makes even Croc sweat before it quickly fades and Rais responds in unbothered tone "Yep, also the one who bombed most of Miagani Island... by myself" he then walks off with the villains following him, Punchline looks at him with surprised eyes. She turns to Ivy "Who is that guy" Ivy looks at her shocked "You don't know, that's BloodStain, the guy who is responsible for bombing Founders, Bleak and Miagani Island and blowing up Wanye Plaza" Two Face jumps "And leaves symbols everywhere that are painted in his victims blood" Riddler then comments "He's like me and Joker put together but he has actual superpowers" Punchline nods then they head to the their hideout (they all share one hideout like the legion of doom) Rais follows them after Lex (meet him at the door to the hideout) gave him a personal invite.

(Villains hideout)

Rais grabs all his stuff and makes his room his own, grabbing several buckets of blood (literal human blood, he is a serial killer too) and draws his symbol (an eye with two swords crossing out of it, like a skull and crossbones but with a human eye) then he sets out his swords and gear before grabbing a skull a placing it on his desk. He then walks out of the hideout to go on a mission from Luther which entails him, Punchline, Ivy and Two Face trying to gather data on a secret project that Batman has.(he wears an outfit similar to Stain from My Hero Academia except his jacket is black with white symbols on it and his mask (looks like the red hood Jason Todd mask but black with red eye holes).

(One of Batman's company offices)

They bust in and start digging for information before Batgirl (not crippled) and Nightwing show up "Hold it right-" they both spot BloodStain "You!" Rais and the group turn and see them "Well, time to clip some of Batman's wings" they all fight and Batgirl and Nightwing end up losing with Rais keeping his foot on Batgirls chest "What Joker did to you was tame, one measly bullet I'm the spine" she spits in his face, wipes it off before he turns to Two-face "Hey, Two, pass me that shotgun" Two Face throws him it and him puts it to Batgirls leg "What I'm about to do will ensure that no amount of surgery can help you walk again" he fires it into her leg which blows apart her knee, she screams in pain while Nightwing and the other villains (except Punchline) look at Rais with shocked eyes before Nightwing screams "You monster" Rais laughs "I'm not done yet bird boy" Nightwing struggles to get free (they tied them both up) while Rais holds her other leg in place before blowing it out as well, then he dips his hand into her blood and writes a message for Batman before Ivy tells him she got the data and they all leave.

Batman arrives and finds Nightwing but both of them then see Barbara and the message (this is what he wrote "Hope you have enough money to give her new knee joints Batman").

Back at the GCPD, Gordon asks Nightwing who did, he replies "BloodStain, he got a shotgun and... blew both her kneecaps out... at point blank range before writing that message in her blood... I'm so sorry Gordon". Batman checks up on BloodStains file from the bat cave and finds out about how he lead a bombing campaign by blowing half of all the Islands and finds his profile.

Appearance: Alan is twenty two years old, with a built body, red reptilian eyes (meaning he has a reptilian slit), and red and black messy hair, he stands at 6 feet 5 inches, with multiple scars on his back and chest.

History: Alan originally served in the military and was then recruited to a black ops special forces team after enlisting at 18 years old before serving for 3 years before being discharged due to deteriorating health, after that he slowly become unstable eventually being diagnosed with physcopathic tend-ices and was transferred to a mental institution before escaping and disappearing for a year before resurfacing as BloodStain, a murderous, patient and meticulous planner who then bombed all three Islands and Wanye International Plaza before being apprehended by Batman after a long standoff which resulted in the realisation that he was a meta human.

Powers, Abilities and Training: Complete regeneration, enhanced strength, speed and reflex's and a super intellect combined with 2 years of intense marital arts training and 3 years of special forces training.

Traits: Calm, Angry, Violent, Sadist, Highly Intelligent with an IQ score of 300, Good Strategist, Meticulous Planner, Kind to those who have experienced what he calls "True Loss".

Batman looks at the Profile and grimaces "This won't be easy, Rais is smart and he's Ex military so he knows to watch his back so I need a way to pin him down" Batman thinks to himself while wondering why he crippled Barbara.
