1 Chapter one

(Back story)

Seven years ago a ship called the Ark crashed on a planet much like prehistioric time periods of Earth. The survivors of this ship where spread through out the planet landing on islands covering the whole planet. My people are many but not very bright, it took them two years to become something great. Most stayed together but the more bold and rebelous split off to start their own life. With No one coming to rescue us, it was up to us to take care of ourselves.

(Story Beings/Viz's perspective)

Seven years ago we crashed on to this island. This planet is much like Earth but has many more dangers than what we left being. None of the hundreds of people that survived the crash new what was going to happen. Slowly we started to create a home with everyone by building a huge village. We Farmer, builders, and explores had to become something more. The ArkCoven is what we called ourselves grew a bit more and more everyday.

As the request of the leaders of the Coven we are now branching out to find something more. Rather it be Human or it be another creature with intelligence. We Start this story with a small hunter group of explorers. They are in charge of capturing and taming wild Dino that might help the village. The leader Viz Terror is the groups leader and he's drinking something hard at the Village's Tavern. He sat there with new orders to capture a new type of Dino. He didn't know how to capture something like this without help. He needed something with extra power, then as he took another sip he heard some say.

"You guys hear about that man over in the south islands, He raises Wyverns and Dragons like their dogs." One man said pulling up a chair to his buddy, The buddy slapped his friend and said back. "Yeah, I hear though he's a hard ass and hates trespassers." Right as Viz stopped listening one of his crewmen who was right next to him (A woman) said. "We should go see that man those guys were talking about. He might be able to help us with our job request."

The woman who was next to him was named Pocket, she was his second and Viz respected her alot. "Well if it's that Jake Mungkey who out there we might need a map to find him." Pocket sipped on her own glass as Viz gave her a funny look. "What, no one's been close to his place or is there something else up with that area?" Viz asked her and she shook her head "No" then she said. "Na, he's like a specter in that area. The only people that can get there is the Leaders and his people." Then just as they were going to give up on the idea, the Twins Mandy and Randy came into the Tavern.

"Boss, we have something for sir," They said with smiles on their faces as they slid him a map of the island. Viz looked at them laughing a bit like an old happy Dad. "Thats the Map to the man who breeds wyverns." The Twins both said over eachother trying to one up on who was louder. Viz opened the map a bit and saw the spot market on the map. He noticed the two large drawing on the same island as Jake Mungkey. They were the outlines of a Rex and something bigger. Viz stood up and put the map in his Jacket. "Go get the other two and I'll have us meet in the center of the Village."

Viz said as Pocket and the second person next to him stood up. "We'll go get the Trikes since we might deal with something big down there." Pocket said pulling Max the other person with her. Viz paid his tab with a black pearl and headed out the Tavern. Viz as he touched the ground he saw Cryic coming right up to him. He's the Leader of the Village and the old Captain of the Ark before it crashed. "I see that you're getting ready for a journey. Are you going to see if Jake Mungkey could help you?" Cyric asked him and Viz just smiled before he said, "Yes sir, we are packing up now for the trip why do you know him well?"

Cyric gestured "a little bit" then he handed Viz a scroll with a new order. "He likes good trades for his beloved beasts, so head to the vault for some things on that list." Cyric said and he left as fast as he came. Viz read the order and went to the Village Creature vault by the center. Viz then pulled a couple cryopods and something called B139 from the blueprints. As he came out he saw his crew was ready for him. Viz looked at his full crew now assembled in front of him. You had Rider the Explorer, Max the resident tamer, Pocket professional thief. For the last two where the twins Randy and Mandy newby raiders.

All of them found their spots on the trikes and were ready to get moving. As Viz got on to his Trike he said to everyone. "On ward to the Wyvern farm!" He smiled a bit when he said that to make the younger ones laugh a bit. Then he snapped the reigns and took off down the dirt road. When they passed the front gates everyone saw people shake their heads at the crew. The crew wondered what was up with everyone so Viz had to tell them. "The man that we are traveling to his in a dangerous spot. They say there is a bunch of Rexes patrolling the area so we have to be very careful.

Viz did leave out the other thing he saw on the map. He didn't know what it was so it wouldn't be right to worry them anymore. Pocket who was on the same Trike as Viz dug around his jacket to find the map. She opened it to see that the image of the Rex was right on the edge of Where Mungkey was at. "Are you sure that those Rexes aren't his, if their that close you imagen they'ed be an issue for him?" Pocket asked and Viz agreed with her theory. "Once we get there we'll know if their his or not." Pocket who was kind of standing slid back in to her spot after she handed the map back.

As they traveled a bit they all noticed that their were no bird in the area Or sounds. Then they came up to a man made bridge going right to a small island. Viz knew that they were in the right spot as they crossed it. They had the trikes walked a bit further till they came across a bright green Bronto eating leaves. "We should capture that creature it could be great help with our Job?" Said Max to Viz getting off of the Trike. When they hit the ground they could hear what sounded like Wind above them.

(Jacob Mungkey's intruduction and the main character.)

I was sitting on the fence of my Wyvern stable looking out towards the ocean. I had a knife in one hand and a large fruit in the other enjoying a good day. Then out of nowhere my Rex, Stone was acting up and pacing like a crazed dog. "Big man whats up, do you smell something wrong?" I asked him and he turned his big head at me and looked back to where my bridge was at. "Blizzard!" I said calling for a personal Wyvern to come to me. She was a Ice Wyvern and a rare one, Snow white Wyvern with Red crystal spikes growing out of her head and tail. She landed right next to me and I had her start to lift up as I told Stone to go to his Stable.

The beast listened and I went to investigate the bridge before the other Rexes caught wind of the tresspassers again. We headed right for the Bridge when I saw my male Bronto looking down at his feet. From what I could see they were raiders from the ArkCoven Village. I had Blizzard land right next to the Bronto scaring everyone. I jumped down from my wild friend to greet them with my patented angry face. I looked right at the man I assumed was the leader and I asked. "What are you doing to my friend here and why are you on my land?"

The man I was asking this was on a Trike, he was taller than me and darker toned. I also could see he was a bit older than I was but the way his face was. The man looked at me then he smiled as he got off his stead. He then handed me a scroll, I opened it and it read. "To Jacob, Please help these people on their job as they need a few recruits as a Favor paid in advanced." Then I looked down and saw my old Friend Cyric signed it. As I preteneded to read a bit longer I looked right at the Tall dark man. "I can help, but I'm going to need payment before we enter into my island any further."

I said to him and he pulled out two cryopods and a blueprint for me. "I'm Viz Terror the leader of this Raider crew." I took the cryopods and then I had Blizzard head back home without me. Everyone were concerned about me not having back up but I put that to rest when I said. "I'm Jacob, you need to follow me and stay close at all times." I watched everyone nodded as we headed right for my farm and home. What I had guarding my home wasn't for the faint of heart. I had a dozen Rexes and a couple Stegoes along the road to my home.

You could feel how nervous everyone was just being close to these dangerous creatures. Then one of the younger woman asked me, "How do you keep calm with all of those Rexes near your home?" Not doing it on purpose I laughed. "Ha, Keep calm, I raised them all over the course of five years with the help of my workers. We also trained them like dogs and they give us undying loyalty." I said to her and she wasn't sure yet but I added. "As long as your near me for this stretch you'll be safe. When Stone meets you he'll make sure you're safe."

I could See Viz was still uneasy as we got closer to my front gates. "Just or Brad can you open the gates for me!" I yelled out when we got close, I must of said it to loud because I made one of the older Woman to jump with my voice. As I laughed a bit I saw the doors open to the world I see everyday more or less. Standing higher than the trees were my two Carcharodontosauruses looked right at us scaring everyone. "Settle everyone these are my gate guards Frankie and Lily, they're kind creatures once you earn their trust." I said petting the leg of Frankie, Viz took a deep breath as he had everyone settled down.

"Follow me to the meet area or what my Brother calls the fire pit." I said crossing from the entrance to a huge outdoor building with no walls but had a large cooking spit in the middle. Around it were benches and chairs, for the sides had tables for eating. I had everyone sit down before I was going to help them. "I'm going to got put away these creatures and these blueprints. you all just rest up here by the fire till I get back." I said heading to my animal Cryo stroage area, which was a five minute walk by my hut. While I set the the new cryos into the storage fridge I could hear my Friend Just.

"Did he show you the Wyverns yet? We have over a hundred fully grown of many types except for Tropical ones." I laughed, "Trying to sell my kids off again, he never stops." I said to myself heading back out to the pit. I walked all the way back to see Blizzard was hungry. "Hey Viz, come with me and let them rest a bit more. The journey on trikes can be a pain in the butt." I said to him and he got up and told everyone to stay there. He ran up to me and him follow me to Blizzards Stable which was far from the other Wyverns but next to a few others I kept as personal.

I grabbed the Kibble box and had Viz grabbed the other one. "So you guys are going after something big aren't you?" I asked him and he shook his head "Yes" then he told me that a large carnivorous Dino was killing the Tames from another farm. Then he told me the job was coming from the leaders of the ArkCoven. I looked at him for a second then I gave Blizzard her food. "Sounds like you guys have a Giga in that area. They are really hard to kill and even harder to tame, they have skin like armor and a meat appetite. I can set you up with a couple heavy hitters but would you be apposed in letting me help?"

Viz looked at him then asked, "Why would you want to help us out, didn't you get enough from those gifts from Cyric?" I smiled then I put my hand on his tough shoulder and I said. "He really gave me a bit to much plus that creature is better off dead than being tamed. Plus there's a old friend who lives over there, hate to see them all dead because I sat on my hands." Viz nodded in understanding me reasoning for wanting to join in the fight. "Sure we could use an extra hand, what will you be bringing with us?" Viz asked me and I looked at Blizzard then at the newer wyverns that were ready to go.

"This Girl goes with me no matter what, you guys can take those four." I said point behind him at younger Wyverns. I had him walk over and let him see them up close and told him about them. These two Black ones are Fire Wyverns and stronger on attacks from a wide range. Then these two next to them the lightning Wyverns both the purple one and the blue one. These are for direct attacks, they can be a bit wild at first so take it easy when you use them." I said having Viz pet them a bit, then I saw Stone coming up to see the visitors. "Ah this is going to be fun with him coming up to greet everyone." I said to myself, as I saw my Brother was riding him.
