Ayakashi and Yue were currently chatting with each other while Ayakashi ate the Meat of the monster.

"It tastes good," he muttered.

Yue looked at his expression,

"Your face doesn't show," she remarks, she is Right, his face didn't show any delight or anything this made, it looks like that meat taste is just bland.

Ayakashi didn't say anything, but then he remembered.

"So…You are at least 300 years old."

"Suck a rude thing to say to a lady." Yue stared at Ayakashi's eyes full of criticism. Talking about a female's age seems to be a taboo no matter of which world it is.

"In the books I have read about vampires, it said that they went Extinct 300 years ago." Ayakashi eaid, not minding her glare.

"Do all vampires live for so long?"

"…I'm special. [Regeneration, prevents aging…"

According to her, after her inherent magic — direct magic manipulation and [Auto-Regeneration] — awakened at the age of twelve, she seemed to have stopped aging. Ordinary vampires also appears to live much longer than other races since they sucked blood. Even so, about two hundred years was the limit.

By the way, the human's average lifespan was 70 years, demonkin around 120 years, while demi-human's lifespan was dependant on the race. There are elves who lived for hundreds of years.

Yue was considered one of the strongest of her time in only a few years after she awakened to her atavistic powers.

At the age of seventeen, she took the throne as the Queen of Vampires.

Indeed, her magic that melted the scorpion's shell was an attack that had little to no time delay. Moreover, she also had an almost immortal body. To the point that she would be called either a [God] or a [Monster]. Yue was without a doubt, the latter.

Her uncle, who was blinded by greed, started spreading rumours that Yue was a monster.

He tried to kill her in the name of righteousness, but because of her[ Auto-Regeneration] , he failed and hence, could only seal her in the underground instead.

Yue was so shocked by the sudden betrayal that she did not put up much resistance and was put under some sort of sealing spell amidst the confusion. By the time she regained herself, she was already in the sealed room.

He also heard something pertaining to Yue's powers. According to her, Yue seems to have an aptitude for all attributes.

However, Yue was weak in close combat. All she could do was run around with her strengthened body as she rapidly fired off spells. Despite that, in the face of her powerful magic, it wasn't really that big of a handicap.

By the way, Yue was able to cast magic without any incantation, but she would mutter the names of the spell out of habit.

Many people used unique activation words or actions to supplement their magic and get a clearer image. Yue was no exception.

As for her [Auto-Regeneration], it was classified as a Unique Magic. As long as she had any remaining magic power, she wouldn't die unless she was turned into ashes in an instant.

But Ayakashi knew he could easily kill her, by Absorbing all the mana she had, also

Conversely, self-regeneration wouldn't work if she sustained any injuries in the state of magic depletion.

In other words, because her magic power had been drained after being sealed for all those years, Yue would have died if the scorpion had hit her.

"Next… the key point, do you know anything about this place?" Ayakashi asked as he, ate the meat of beast, it was chewy.

She also seemed to not have any knowledge about this labyrinth. While feeling apologetic, she continued her story with what she knew.

"…It was said that one of the liberators made this labyrinth."

"Liberators?"

Hearing an unfamiliar term, Ayakashi stopped eating, so as to not make any disturbing sound as he turned his line of sight towards Yue. She, who had been watching him eating, also shifted her line of sight. After nodding her head, she continued her story.

"Liberators… they are the followers of God that challenged him during the Age of God… Legend says they intend to destroy the world."

Since Yue was an expressionless girl who didn't talk much, her explanations took a bit of time.

According to Yue, during the Age of God, seven followers betrayed the god and plotted to destroy the world.

However, when their plan failed, they each fled to the ends of the world. Those "ends of the world" were reportedly the current Seven Great Dungeons.

This [Orcus Great Dungeon] was one of them. It is said that in the deepest part of the abyss was where the liberator lived.

"Hmm~~~" Ayakashi hummed, as he started to eat again, thinking about a new way to break through tought shell like the one Scorpion had.

Both of them didn't said anything, but then suddenly asked a different question.

"... Ayakashi, why are you here?"

It was a natural question. This abyss was a genuine land of demons. Other than magic beasts, there was nothing else.

Yue had mountains of question for him. Why can he manipulate magic directly? Why can he use so many types of Unique Magic? How can he eat the flesh of magic beasts and still be okay? What is that wierd tails on his back? Is he really a human or beastman?

Ayakashi finished eating, and went in deep thought he once again remembered his past, and then suddenly looked at Yue.

For some reason, her body tremble when Ayakashi's eyes landed on her, the purple fire in eyes darkened, lighting cracked around him.

She thought, did she asked question, she shouldn't?

"From other World…Summoned…Fallen Hero…" he muttered, this words were less then when he asked her, Yue looked a bit confused by his sudden change in demour.

But then pieces clicked about him, she know about heroes, and he was also a hero, than it's obvious he is strong but what's about the 'Fallen Hero' means.

Ayakashi got up, looked at Yue who was in deep thought,

"We will rest for few hours or day's and then leave for next floor." That being said, he started to walked at the center of the room, before checking his new status.

[Razor Nails], he used as His nails started to grow bigger like before 11-inches total, and a small lustre covered the nails, Ayakashi was using his New skill, [Hardening]. Yue took great interest in whatever Ayakashi was going to do with that, she was still curious about his skills.

And then suddenly, Slashed at his other hands, causing yue to scream.

"Ayakashi…" As she was about to run towards him.

Nails made contact with his attack, the Nails made cracking noise. But it didn't break. Making Yue's movement halt.

On his skin a small layer formed, it was [Diamond Skin] a skill he gained from Cyclops while Hardening from Scorpion.

Apparently, that scorpion's hardness was due to Shtar Ore's property. It probably had a massive amount of magic reservoir to fuel that armour, maybe it also gained the ability to Hardening.

And it was a good thing, He planned to make use of the oars he had discovered in the dungeon but for now he looked towards Yue, who sighed seeing him like this.

Ayakashi looked at her, why she was screaming, Yue turned causing Ayakashi to return to his next skill, he brought both of his tails forward, next like what happened,.

With the tail of Scorpion; his tail also bulged and then next, a Poison Spray was shot. When the Poison touched the ground, a sizzling noise came, and it started to meld.

He continued, to test the skills, to engrave it in his fighting style. Yue looked amazed by the sight.

After who knows how long, Ayakashi took out the remaining Meat of the scorpion and started roasting them with Lighting.

He started to eat it.

He looked towards Yue, Since his daily meal consisted of magic beast meat, what if something happened to her after she ate it. While thinking like this, Ayakashi cast a glance at Yue who was staring at him.

"What will you eat? This?" He asked pointing towards the meat, she shook her head to say,

"I don't need the meal,"

Obviously, since yue survived for 300 years without eating, there's no problem… taking out some bottle of Sacred water, he handed it to Yue, since she can live with Magic, it will be helpful to her.

"Huh?" However, a surprised voice came from her, as she looked at the bottle in her hands, they were made up of stones, he made with ores he found on way, it was a good ore to hold water.

He titled his head, seeing this, Yue pointed at him.

"Ayakashi blood…"

"My blood?" So Vampires don't need a meal other than blood. He made a mental note.

"…Food can also provide nourishment… but drinking blood is more effective." she explained.

Seems like vampires could survive with just blood. She had sucked Ayakashi's blood during the battle, and was drawn at the taste of his blood.

It had a very delicious and unique scent of blood, not anything like she has ever tasted before. she was licking her lips remembering the lingering scent of blood.

Yue stared at with hungry Eyes, but Ayakashi wasn't convinced.

"You can drink that water, it will do the job." Breaking Yue's fantasy to drink of blood, he said.

"Huh!" She made dumbfounded noises.

Yes, he let her drink his blood before, it was because he wanted to know what she could do, but he will not always do that, that water can do its job, he doesn't drink it much, but just collects it for Caution and extra measures.

No words spoken afterwards, Yue pouted as she looked at Ayakashi wit glare.

The day Ayakashi and Yue met, and survived their life or death struggle with the scorpion.

Kouki and the rest of the heroes once again arrived at the [Orcus Great Dungeon].

However, those who came were only Kouki's Hero group, a small group of rogues, and another group consisting of five boys and girls led by a bulky judo guy called Nagayama Jugo.

The reason was simple. Even if they didn't bring up the topic, Ayakashi's death had casted a deep thought on what if they were killed against demons.

If they couldn't face the reality of "death in battle", they wouldn't be able to fight properly. This was a type of psychological trauma.

Of course, the officials from the Saint's Church weren't sympathetic. Thinking that as long as the students experience actual combat incessantly, they should be able to fight again after some time, they continued to urge them to return to the battlefield everyday. However, there was a vehement protester. It was Aiko-sensei

Aiko did not participate in the expedition at that time. Due to the fact that her job was the special and extremely rare Agriculturalist, rather than combat training, the church hoped she would put her effort towards agricultural cultivation instead.

As long as Aiko-sensei was around, there's a high possibility that their provisions problem would be solved.

With Ayakashi's death, she made a decision she absolutely wouldn't permit for students who couldn't fight anymore to be sent to the battlefield.

Aiko's Class was an extremely rare one which had the possibility of bringing about a complete change to the world's food issue.

And that Aiko-sensei was protesting with unwavering determination against the students' forced combat training. The church, which wanted to avoid worsening their relationship, accepted Aiko's objection.

But one of the non combat classes objected, In the end, only the Heroes, the rogues, and Nagayama Jugo's party willingly continued with the combat training.

After training for some time, they decided to challenge the [Orcus Great Dungeon] once again. This time, they were also accompanied by Commander Meld and several knights.

Today was the sixth day of their dungeon exploration. They were currently on the sixtieth level. It was just five levels before reaching the highest confirmed level.

The one who is non-combat class is Hajime, he saw who did that, and realised he was the target of that Attack, not Ayakashi.

But he couldn't bring himself to say that, nor would they believe him if he said something like that. Previously before Ayakashi transfer he was getting bullied by the attacker obviously they would think it was Him who was framing the attacker.

But After that day, he didn't get attacker not bullied, Hajime now started working harder than ever, beside Kaori who supported him.

He has created some weapons from the modern world, but they are still weak. He couldn't sit there until he got the material for the perfect weapon that's why he is here.

Also he has been feeling, he was getting watched from time to time, making him increase his training.

Now he feels prepared, ready to fight.

A/N: Okay, I have to say this but I can't continue, the things I wrote for fun, they are no longer any fun.

Yeah, it taught me a little, but now it's torture to continue writing like this. I just felt like I'm writing this for...I don't know.

but Yeah, I'm dropping this...my life is already started going crazy and Anxiety and Stress is killing me...
