10 . Orario 2

When Sieg saw the goblins the only thought that came to his mind was ' Damn they are ugly '

They looked humanoid although they were short , with ugly green skin with sharp teeth and they wore rags for cloths .

Sieg suddenly heard the voice of the system in his mind and although he wanted to check what it was , it was not the right time now .

He had to get rid of these goblins first .

The goblins were still bickering among themselves and it seemed they still haven't noticed Sieg , so Sieg used this opportunity to search for anything that can be used as a weapon against them . Although Sieg didn't find anything resembling a weapon , he smashed two rocks against each other so the resulting shard of rock would have a somewhat sharp edge .

The noise produced by the collision of the rocks alerted the goblins and brought their attention towards Siegfried who was standing in front of them with a jagged piece of rock .

The goblins looked at him and looked around the surroundings for anyone else with vigilance and after finding no one else they started snickering among themselves . They could see that there was only one scrawny human and he didn't even have a proper weapon . A single goblin stepped out of the group of goblins and his eyes which glanced at Sieg were filled with ridicule and he growled at Sieg .

" Grrrr"

Sieg could see that the goblins were looking at him as he was a dead man and he could understand why they would think so , from the information in his mind he knows that a lot of newbie adventures die at the start especially when they go solo . Due to being inexperienced or being too overconfident and underestimating their opponents . Most newbie adventurers get hurt due to getting cold feet upon seeing monsters . A majority of adventurers are mostly normal people who don't have any experience in fighting, before becoming adventurers. But is Sieg a newbie , heck he has fought countless wars , slaughtered armies and was regarded as one of the best swordsman . Although he may lack proper equipment , to deal with a bunch of weak goblins it's more than enough considering the fact that Sieg isn't a normal human and his countless millinea of experience it's not that hard for him .

The goblin which growled at the human in front of it and was waiting to see his reaction , it wanted to see the human cower in fear and try to flee for his life like the rest of the humans it killed before but what awaited it was a pair of cold eyes glaring at it .

The goblin instantly got enraged and ran towards Sieg while swinging it's club .

For a normal person the speed at which the goblin was approaching should be very fast but in Sieg's eyes the goblin was pretty slow . Sieg could see the goblin coming closer and closer but he didn't move from his spot .

The goblin could see that the human wasn't moving from the spot where he was standing , it thought that the human was frozen stiff due to overwhelming fear, it snickered inside it's mind , so it directly swung it's club at the humans head intending to finish him off but to it's surprise the club didn't hit the human and it just went through the air but before it could do anything , it felt a sharp pain in it's neck .

When Sieg saw the club which was heading towards his face he didn't panic in the slightest because with his reaction speed it's easy to evade an attack of this calibre .

So Sieg just slightly moved aside and the club slightly missed his body and moved past it , before the goblin could make another move Sieg slammed the rock in his hand into it's neck and he could feel the goblin slowly dying .

Sieg pulled the rock out of the goblin's neck and it fell to the ground while clutching it's neck . Seeing the goblin was down for good Sieg picked up the club that was lying on the ground and inspected it for a second , although it couldn't be called an ideal weapon , it's better than nothing . Sieg did all of this in just a few moments so the goblin's didn't have time to register what happened but when they saw their fallen comrade they were enraged , although their survival instincts were telling them to flee they still rushed towards Sieg intending kill him together .

Sieg just calmly watched all of this while holding the club in his hand . The goblins attacked him from all directions intending to finish him off with numbers , but Sieg dodged all the attacks with slight movements .

After Sieg dodged all of the goblin's attacks he started attacking them one by one . Each attack was a killing blow .

Soon all the goblins except for a single one were dead , the goblin was looking at Sieg wearily . Sieg looked at the goblin then looked back at the weapon he was holding , Sieg noticed the weapon he was holding had many cracks and it wouldn't be able to survive another blow but Sieg felt it was enough to deal with it .

The goblin looked at Sieg vigilantly and saw him move but before it could react it felt a sharp pain on its head and it's vision slowly turned dark .

Sieg glanced at the goblin lying near his feet and looked around to see the aftermath of his fight , dead bodies were strewn around here and there and overall it was quite unpleasant to look at . And with that over Sieg suddenly remembered the symptom prompt he recieved and decided to check what it was .

From the information he recieved he knows how to use the system interface .

'Status'

Sieg thought in his mind , and the thing he saw made him quite surprised .
