You better apologize

"Hey Juno, wait up!"

I shouted and ran towards him just outside the school. We were heading in the same direction as our homes were close.

"Woo~, your girlfriend is here", said Kayno walking next to him, and elbowing him on his side.

"Aw cut it out. You go ahead first Kayno, I'll see you tomorrow"

"Have fun you guys~", Kayno gave us a sly wink and ran ahead.

"Gees, that guy", Juno sighed.

"You fucking idiot!". I slammed the back of his head with my school bag.

"Ouch, that hurt man!"

"You really are an idiot!", I gave him another smack.

"I know I know. It was stupid ok? It was really stupid and I apologized"

"You are still an idiot", he needed another smack.

":Sigh: I guess I deserve it. Is she okay now though?"

"She fainted you know"

"Yeah I know, I was carrying her"

":Sigh: well, what happened happened. It can't be undone"

"Regrettably, yes"

"You gotta apologize properly dude"

"Like how?"

"Don't know, give her a written apology with a present or something. Whatever, YOU think of a way"

"I know I'm in the wrong, but is it really necessary?"

Smack on the head.

"Ouch, stop hitting my head. I'm gonna faint too"

Smack.

"Jesus, what's wrong with you? Since when have you been her friend anyway?"

That made me stop for a bit.

"Since… start of the year"

"I was a bit surprised to see her at your place the other day. Didn't know you guys were close"

"We are not"

"You looked that way though"

"Whatever, that's not the point now-"

"Hey, hey, calm down. I get it. I'll write an apology or something okay?"

"Yeah, that would work"

"Anyways, let's go home"

"You coming to my place again?"

"Yeah Kris said he got this new game"

"Hey, he didn't even tell me"

"Patience young grasshopper-"
