Aside from daily major events, the World Economy News Paper also published local news from different regions. People in West Blue didn't care about East Blue's trivial matters. If they didn't do this, every issue would have to be printed like a magazine.

The enraged man was named Hogback, Cindry's fanatical fan, and a renowned doctor in West Blue.
