The portal which served as an entrance and exit into the land of the barren which Whelki had created suddenly began to dim close. Everyone gasped as they watched this. Master Chen's fingers tightened around his other hand as he squeezed them in regret.

Ashton will soon be swallowed up in a minute if he didn't make it out of that portal before it shut close.

"Do something, Whelki!" Ulysses shouted from his initial position all tensed up as he watched the portal's light dim out in closure.

"What the fuck can you do when you have magical suppression cuffs on you?" Damien fired angrily.

"Oh well, shut your damn mouth because I wasn't talking to you!" Ulysses shot back at him.

"You stupid newbies really need to know where to keep your mouth." Damien raged, managing to get up on his feet so he could attack Ulysses by making a fall on him.
