the crowd went totally bonkers.... the ladies standing at the last started to scream the hell out of them... the crowd was agitated... they started talking pictures... gossiping... asking questions... singing his price...
the members on the other hand were shocked... all of them stood up in anger.... since Lucy only saw him once... she forgot his face... she went near him...
"who are you gentleman?? may I know the reason for you to come and stand here?? " She questioned...
"young lady... so you should be Lucy... the girl who challenged me..."
"challenge you?? ahhh yes I see you are that guy who left the group... what was your name again??"
Frederick was shocked... he was always treated as star and an important guy from this childhood... he was shocked that someone really didn't know him... this was the first time he was asked this question... all of a sudden he was interested in knowing more about her... he was known as a playboy too...
"my name is Frederick... the lead singer of the group MCK...."
"MCK huh... looks like it is quite a big group..."
"Don't tell me .... you don't know that group too!!"
"mmmm yes.. I don't know about them...."
" what.. were you in coma all these years??"
"what is it compulsory to know about you guys if we should stay here?? is there any rule like that guys ?" She turned back and asked the members....
"No you don't have to Lucy..." replied Damon staring at him....
"Lucy come on take your seat... you don't have to stand because of him..." Jeremy did not want her to talk with him...
"There.. there... cool down guys... i am just here to speak to miss Lucy..."
"what is it Mr Frederick?? what is that you want to talk to us that you have to barge in our interview?? "
"so you seem like you were serious challenging me... you don't want to change your mind??"
"no Mr. Frederick.... i have no intention of turning back... please come at me.."
The press started to record their conversation...
"Well then if i have to accept your challenge you must prove yourself first... "
Stephen felt like something bad was going to happen..
"what do I have to do to prove myself Mr. Frederick??"
"just call me Fred... and for the challenge... we are not so free like you guys so for us to accept your challenge.... we want you to compete with our second lead singer.... if you beat him.... then we will have a group challenge.... is that ok for you??"
"and what if I loose??"
"if you loose to him.... you should be my girlfriend...."
Frederick was very famous for being a playboy.... even though he was a idol.... he was covered by his father.... he was also reputed to be harsh on his girlfriends at times.... he was known to torture them.... Lucy also knew about this from Jack the other day....
she looked at the members.... all of them were not happy and not ready to let her accept the challenge.... they did not want her to suffer because of them... but Lucy knew how much this meant to them.... how much they wanted to prove themselves....
"i accept..." she said....
"Lucy no...." The members shouted together....
"haha... ok then... when shall we have the challenge... anytime you wish... my girlfriend.." he said it with a smirk in his face...
MCK was a very famous group expecially known for their singing talent.... all the members were talented in atleast 2 or 3 things...
"dream on Mr.." replied Lucy with a smirk on her face too
"since the stage is all set... why don't we have it tomorrow??" suggested Fred
"i am ready..." replied Lucy....
"ok then see you with our second lead singer tomorrow... have a good night sleep baby.."
"one minute Mr. Frederick.... i become your girlfriend if i loose... what happens if you loose?"
"huh.. you think we will loose!!"
"well it is not like it is going to happen why bother being afraid of your penalty..." Lucy was mocking him... and she hit the right spot...
"what do you want me to do....!!"
he played right into her hands.... she gave a small smirk...
"get on your knees and apologise to them ...." she said pointing at the members....
"on the stage before everyone gathered there.... so please see to who you invite.."
The whole crowd was shocked.... Frederick was petrified.... no one ever... in his whole life had spoke to him like that....
he gave a small smirk.... "i am starting to like you Lucy.... hope you loose tomorrow.."
"i too am waiting Mr. Frederick let the fate decide it.." replied Lucy...
Frederick left the stage .... the press conference was concluded.... the members went to the base....
once they set foot into the base... the members started screaming at Lucy... they were quite because... they had to think about paparazzi from now.... mann and Jack too came to the base rushing.....
All of them started to shout at her... they thought she was really thoughtless accepting that penalty... they thought she took a big risk saying ok to his conditions.... they thought she was irresponsible speaking to him.... all of them were concerned about her.... they didn't want her to suffer because of him.... they felt bad for her....
they shouted at her one after other continuously for about an hour..
"guys.... calm down... i know what I am taking on.... just trust me..." Lucy finally got a chance to speak...
"i know you are concerned about me... but all I can do now is prove myself to you guys too.. yes you were a part of the reason that I said yes.... the anger and hate I saw in your eyes was really scary.... you have to get rid of it.... i don't care what kind of person he is... or what kind of singer comes out tomorrow... but i know myself... i know my limits... just give me a chance.... i want to prove myself..."
The members calmed down.... they let her get some rest... but they were still concerned about her.... it was a really important night coming.... all of them were preparing this minds for whatever the result may be...
