Devouring Transcendent Fallen Angel
After Mei Yue started circulating the Spirit Energy of heaven and Earth and formed the hand seal according to the Nine Fallen Angel Myriad Cultivation Manual, an imaginary outline of a human with wings began to surface in his sea of consciousness.
Seeing this phenomenon Mei Yue's mind began to wonder.
After calming his mind again he disregarded his previous thoughts as he figured there was no point in wondering what type of Fallen Angel he would get as it was based on luck and not demand.
He continued forming the fallen angel according to the Nine Fallen Angel Myriad Cultivation Manual.
As time passed, the silent first floor of the pagoda didn't change as the air within danced around a figure sitting down on the floor, its white hair scattered across the floor like a waterfall. While inside the figure's sea of consciousness the imaginary fallen angel became more and more true to life.
It first formed its wings and its horns before forming its face that looked as if the heavens themselves reproduced as its face was just slightly below Mei Yue's face.
After an uncertain amount of time had passed, the fallen angel started to solidify and become corporeal.
Mei Yue continued to cultivate diligently not caring about the outside world.

"WHAT!?"
"Master is it true!? The first-rate sects are holding a competition at Monarch City for our Myriad Dragon Country?! With the top ten being able to select the sect of their choosing that they wish to enter?!" Zhang Hu couldn't contain his excitement causing his voice to slightly tremble.
Zhang Hu's excited outburst was directed toward the old man sitting leisurely on a luxurious throne.
This old man was the Grand Elder, the same one who had plotted against, 'Vanitas Evergarden'.
He was Zhong Qiao.
"Yes, in one month, the competition will start. We have to reach there at least two days before the competition, after all, we have to register for the competition as well. Registration will end twenty-four hours before the competition will start.

A loud dominating roar suddenly rang out from the fallen angel causing it to ring through Mei Yue's sea of consciousness.
"A fallen Angel..." Mei Yue mumbled in a daze as he looked within his sea of consciousness, and saw a breathtaking sight of a Transcendent Fallen angel flying arrogantly, as his wings flapped up and down.
The fallen angel's hair was pure black with ravishing golden eyes, currently wearing a black hanfu with beautiful golden trimmings, with golden waves sown in at the edges; while his magnificent angel wings were pure black.
Dominating...
This was all Mei Yue could think of as he looked at the fallen angel.
Suddenly that fallen angel noticed Mei Yue, and he started flying toward him and descend in front of him.
This scene in Mei Yue's mind was like an actual God has descended in front of him.
The fallen angel looked at Mei Yue's eyes from his big golden eyes and suddenly from its eyes, a ray of light shot out and entered the middle of Mei Yue's brow.
Mei Yue bore with the pain as some type of information entered his mind once more.
"Devouring Transcendent Angel, devour the heaven and earth and use it for his own!" Mei Yue mumbled as he read the information in his mind.
Devouring Transcendent Angel, just like its name, was a Transcendent Fallen Angel that devours. It can devour anything and everything, there is nothing in the entire Heaven and Earth that The Devouring Transcendent Angel cannot devour.
It can even devour Heaven and Earth but there is a certain condition for that.
It has many abilities but Mei Yue can only use two of the Devouring Transcendent Angel abilities so far.
First, Devouring ability, since Mei Yue's strength was still too weak, he can only devour limited things but there is an advantage when he kills somebody, thirty percent of that person's Spiritual Energy can be devoured but the condition is that he has to be the one to kill them and then he can devour them.
The second ability is Wing Manipulation, allowing him to form a pair of angel wings, and manipulate their properties.
Meaning he can fly, attack, and defend.
Normally, only an expert of the Heavenly Spirit Realm can fly but now this ability allows Mei Yue to fly using wings.
Mei Yue was shocked by two abilities. He could devour thirty percent of the spirit energy of the person he kills after killing. He can devour anything which has spirit energy in this world if he wanted to, after circulating the first layer of the Nine Fallen Angel Cultivation Manual.
He could also use his wings to travel, which alone was crazy, but adding attacks and defense was even more insane.
Though the only downside being, he couldn't exactly show these in public, especially with his pathetic strength.
