Blood replenishing pills, burns paste which is applied on a burnt wound, it will stop stinging and will not scar. There is a healing medicine that is as hard as the bone marrow washing pill to make.

The pill can help to stop the bleeding and start the healing process immediately. In a few minutes the wound would have healed significantly. Kai can sell this pill to the health department but he couldn't be bothered.

Honestly just a while ago it was a horde of normal people who were protesting outside the precinct asking for him to be hanged. Kai will never feel sorry for anyone ever again. He will not put his trust in the hands of another person. It is better for him to be self reliant.

The former soldier looked at the punk with purple eyes and hair like some cartoon character in a commercial. "You're Kai?"

"Yes." Kai answered looking at the man in the eye. The internet said eye contact is crucial to making people take you seriously.

"Why did you dye your eyebrows? You look silly." Ming commented with a chuckle. He is sitting on his wheel chair with both legs missing. His eyes do not look like the eyes of a person who will never walk again.

Kai tried not to stare but his eyes are very beautiful. It's like looking at a diamond crystal. How does an Asian person end up with large grey eyes anyways?

"You're staring." Ming clicked his tongue.

"My apologies." Kai blabbed the first thing in his mind.

"Hehe..." Ming smiled charmingly.

"What about my scar?" He asked about the large scar that goes from behind his ear to his neck. It is a large scar.

"What about it?" Kai is confused.

"You don't think it's ugly?" Ming looked at Kai straight in the eyes to see if he will lie.

"I think you needed faster medical attention after you got injured. The delay made the surface of the scar look like this. At the very least you should have had it cleaned and then covered. The exposure to dusty air made it hard to clean it thoroughly later."

"You still get pain when the weather is cold and itchy when it's hot don't you?" Kai tilted his head. Xiao Ming became stunned, it's true what he said.

"Are you a medical student?" Brother Ming asked. But he thought maybe a Chinese traditional medicine student.

"No, just graduated high school. I read a lot." Kai answered uninterested in Ming's probing gaze.

"You should consider being a doctor."

"No thanks." Kai declined politely.

"Why so direct?" Ming asked his eyes tinged with curiosity.

"I dislike humans." Kai said honestly.

"Hahaha...hahaha.... You are funny kid. Oh you're serious?"

"Yes. I wouldn't bother helping people heal, what's the use? I prefer machines and animals." Part of Kai's job is to talk to the people and help them be less depressed.

Kai started cleaning the room. Xiao Ming watched him work. The boy is not artificial, he doesn't smile or flatter like most of the kids who come here. He doesn't make unnecessary comments about his life as a soldier. His words are straight and without any groveling. Most importantly, there is no trace of impatience or eagerness to be here.

Kai operates more like a machine than a young passionate boy. The only time he seemed like a human was when stared at his eyes. He didn't say anything about his missing legs or the scar on his neck until he asked him.

"So why are you here?" He wanted to know if the boy would lie. He has had many lie to his face to sell themselves as saints who value fallen soldiers.

"The judge made me." Kai took a floor carpet outside and set it on fire.

"What are you doing?" A worker in the retirement home came running to him and asked him in a panic.

"Making sure that my charge avoids getting diseases from this thing." Xiao Ming sat in front of the door looking at the crazy boy set fire to the rug. That rug was given to him by his ex who came to say goodbye to him years back. He hated it but he never wanted it gone. Perhaps because of the last hope that he will not be left here to die alone.

"That rug meant something to me."

"Are you sure? Then why did you let it get like that without having it cleaned? There's 2 year old dog fur on it. Do you know how many sicknesses you can get from that alone?" Kai frowned. Q

"I used to have a friend who visited me with his dog a while back and I think it has really been 2 years since he brought the dog over. How did you do that?" Ming exclaimed.

"I pay attention, my senses are sharper." He answered.

"Sharp senses? Bullshit. Then tell me something else."

"Sometimes when you lie down, your chest closes and you can't breath properly until you sit up."

"How could you know that? The therapist said it post traumatic stress." He is sure that not many people are aware of this information.

"It's your lungs, they are co terminated with bomb residue. It's in the form of air so you just need to draw it out. But..."

"But what?" Ming looked at the hesitation on Kai's face. Kai didn't intend to help this man but as part of his services in this place, he can reluctantly offer advice.

"Your lungs and surrounding organs have been exposed to the substance for too king. They will heavy to be nurtured back to health.

"Thank you.....I still haven't forgotten about my rug." He narrowed his eyes at Kai. He is only 12% sure about Kai's diagnosis and feels the young man is bragging.

Kai worked the rest of the time while Ming went on line to study that chemical that Kai told him is corroding his lungs. When the time came for Kai to leave, Ming signed the form happily.

Kai had a day off the next day so he continues adding more lethal weapons on his robots.

By the end of two months he had completed total is 4990. When he is done with all the robot parts he will have that three times that number of robots.

This amount of work done was only possible because of the slow time inside the space. One thousand and two of these have synthetic bones, muscles and skin.

When making then like this he had to make full body parts including the organs and private parts. There is still no blood though.

The version made from just robot parts and synthetic skin can now be made by the other production robots. He still needs to make the ones with bones and muscles himself though. But Kai is very happy with this progress.

One may wonder the reason Kai is making the robots in such large quantities. It is because the outside world is getting more smelly than before. The rotten smell can now be detected by sensitive animals.

Kai is 60% sure that something sinister is coming and when everyone realizes it, it will be too late to run and hide. Another day has started and a knock sounded. Kai ignored it at first but then decided to check it.

"One knock is just are effective at 15. How may I help you?" Kai looked at Wang Chen who seems down and out. The clothes are as impeccable as always but the eyes look very tired.

"Why are you here?" Chen asked with annoyance.

"The villa is in my name and therefore mine. I also like it very much." He moved and stood on the doorway as if blocking someone from coming in but Wang Chen is not attempting to come in.

Kai is blocking Wang Ning's way. She is stunned when she saw him look straight at her. "You are not welcome in my home dressed like air. What? Trying to frame me for a baby's murder this time? leave!" Kai didn't show her a good face.

"What are you shouting for? Are you insane?" Chen frowned.

"Now that your evil sister is gone, why are you here?" Kai ignored the earlier comment. He doesn't want to waste his time arguing with Wang family members.

"I want you to return the money you took from that trust.." He finally said why he came.

"I don't know what you are talking about." Kai slammed the door in his face.

"Kai, open the door."

Kai opened the door and looked at him. "What is it?" Kai is hiding his emotions. His face is not flat and robotic it is neutral like when you have no opinions about something.

"I am sorry." It seems to have taken a lot for him to say that.

"Okay." Kai said in response. He had trusted him, maybe not all the way but he cared for these people and they spit all over his efforts.

"I know an apology is not enough but I want you to know that you can come back to the family if you can find it in your heart to forgive us." Wang Chen tried to contain his temper when he saw the distaste in Kai's eyes.

"You want something, what is it?" Kai cut through his bullshit with a single sentence. He must be pathetic in their eyes if they think he will come back after all that they have done to him.

Is it humanly possible for anyone to be that desperate for family? Not likely. Right?

Kai shook his head and is about to shut the door just as Chen spoke. "Your formula for weight loss. Can you sell it to me? It would save our family's current position. I know that we have disappointed you but you don't actually want our family destroyed do you?"

"Hehe...do you think that I put myself anywhere near that family of yours in my mind? We are strangers from now on. Your sister will have a way to get the money for you." Kai closed the door.

Seeing his expression that didn't have any anger or hurt made Chen un able to plan on how to handle Kai. If he is angry or upset he would know what to say but this attitude is so cold he is not able to strategize.

Kai is not unfeeling, in fact he is very curious about the origin of that woman's hatred towards him. She tries to separate him from her family so that he will be miserable, she is so determined that she would take a human life.

She then sends someone to poison him and make sure he doesn't awaken powers of is it cultivation? Does she know something about him that he doesn't? How?
