67 Is Brother Still Alive?

Furthermore, who could be certain that her brother Clarence was definitely at the bathhouse?

So, she buried her worries and longing for her brother deep in her heart.

But today, suddenly seeing a photo of herself and her brother, the long-suppressed longing burst forth violently.

Seeing Alberta's full face of melancholy and sadness, Dylan came over and hugged her, stroking her head.

"Don't worry, your brother has such good character. Good things happen to good people; he'll be fine."

"Mmm," Alberta buried her head deep into Dylan's chest and whispered softly in response.

"By the way, let's first go to Bluewater Bay Art College.

See the direction these people came from, it's towards your college side.

Who knows, there might be some clues there.

Perhaps your brother has been there looking for you before?" Dylan suggested.

Alberta immediately stood up straight, her eyes shining.

"Yes, let's hurry!"

"Alright! Everyone in the car, let's continue towards Bluewater Bay Art College!"

...

When Dylan and the group arrived at the gate of Bluewater Bay Art College, they found many zombies wandering around.

The iron fence gate had also been broken open.

Judging from the attire of the zombies, Dylan could tell they were all college students - long skirts, short skirts, shorts, short-sleeved t-shirts, and some even in their underwear.

Some were completely naked, indicating a preference for sleeping naked.

Alas! What a pity! They were all dead! There were clearly more female zombies than male ones.

From Alberta and Jodie's explanations, Dylan learned that the female dormitory was near the gate.

It seemed these female zombies had all run out from there.

Estimating there were about two hundred of them, Dylan and the group got out of the car and started clearing them out one by one.

In no time, the zombies gathered at the gate were all cleared away.

However, two zombies caught Dylan's attention.

These two were older males, clearly not college students. And judging by their appearance, they had just been bitten and infected, their blood still fresh.

On the ground, Dylan also saw two machetes, identical to the ones used by the people they encountered earlier.

He immediately deduced that these two were probably with the same group as before, but they hadn't managed to escape.

The more he thought about it, the more likely it seemed.

Dylan carefully looked around and found many intertwined tire tracks, indicating that many cars had been here before.

This time, Dylan was even more certain that the group they encountered earlier had definitely been here before.

They must have been surrounded by the zombie horde, lost two people, and then fled.

Thinking of this, Dylan immediately called Alberta over and told her his guess.Upon hearing this, Alberta's mood improved significantly.

"So, you mean these people came to the college to find me.

And they're very likely acting on behalf of my brother?"

"Yeah, most likely," Dylan replied.

"That's great, as long as my brother is still alive!" Alberta exclaimed, brushing away the previous gloom from her face, feeling much relieved.

"Alright, let's go in later and see if there are any surviving students we can ask!" Dylan suggested.

"Okay!" Alberta agreed.

After the conversation with Alberta, Dylan instructed Kelly and the nurses to collect crystals and let them adapt.

Unexpectedly, they handled it efficiently without showing any discomfort.

Suddenly realizing their identity, Dylan wondered, what kind of injuries hadn't they seen before?

Would they be afraid of blood?

After they finished collecting the crystals, Dylan noticed something by chance.

Someone in the security room was peeking at them through the window.

Huh? Was there a survivor in the security room?

Could it be someone from that group who didn't make it and is hiding in there?

With this thought, Dylan abruptly hit the brakes and stopped the car.

Then, he got out and headed straight for the security room.

Seeing him, the others, not understanding what was happening, also got out of the car and followed.

Without a word, Dylan kicked open the door of the security room and then kicked open the door to the rest area inside.

In the corner, a man wearing a security guard's coat, holding a rubber roller, looked at him nervously.

Dylan drew his knife and walked towards the man.

Seeing the knife, the man trembled in fear.

 "

Hey, hey, hey, bro, let's talk. I haven't offended you, have I?"

Dylan stopped his steps.

He didn't intend to kill the man right now.

What if this man was from the pickup truck team?

He needed to get some clues about Clarence from him.

"Tell me, are you with the people who came in the pickup trucks earlier?" Dylan asked coldly.

"Pickup trucks?" The man looked puzzled. "

You mean those guys who ran away earlier?"

Upon hearing this, Dylan confirmed that the pickup truck team had definitely been here.

"Yes!"

However, the man quickly waved his hands and said, "Bro, I'm not with them! I've been in this security room the whole time before they came!"

Dylan carefully examined the man's expression, and he didn't seem to be lying.

Dylan then looked at his attire.

"Are you a security guard at this college?"

The man hesitated for a moment before saying, "Well, not exactly!"

Dylan's face turned cold.

"Then what are you doing here?"

"I... I came to find my newlywed wife!" The man suddenly gritted his teeth in hatred.

Huh?Dylan was unsure why the man had such a resentful expression at the moment.

"Newlywed wife? Is your wife a teacher at this school?" Dylan inquired.

"Hmph, no! She's a student here!" the man retorted coldly.

A university student? Newlywed wife? Getting married so early? However, Dylan found it hard to believe. He signaled for Alberta and Jodie to come closer.

Then he asked the man, "What's your wife's name? Which class is she in?"

Dylan just wanted to test if he was lying. With Alberta and Jodie here, as long as he couldn't come up with a reasonable answer, his lie would be exposed. Unexpectedly, without hesitation, the man immediately revealed his newlywed wife's name.

"Her name is Miranda, she's in the second class of the performance department."

As soon as the man finished speaking, Alberta and Jodie were astonished, their mouths gaping.

"What? Miranda? You're her husband?" Jodie exclaimed incredulously.

Dylan was puzzled. Why did Jodie and Alberta react so strongly to Miranda's name?

"What, do you two know this Miranda?" Dylan asked.

"Know her? She's not just someone we know, she lives in the dormitory next to ours! She's in the performance department, no doubt about it," Jodie replied.

What? Dylan and the man both looked at Jodie simultaneously.

"But we've never heard that she's married! She's had several boyfriends at our college," Jodie continued.

Upon hearing this, the man became visibly agitated. "Several boyfriends? Damn, that slut!"

He immediately squatted on the ground, clutching his head, rubbing his hair frantically.

Dylan said coldly, "You're lying. My friend says Miranda isn't married. Speak up, who are you?"
