Danger Ahead!!!

Kraig - let's go Ray, it's getting dark, otherwise my mom will starve me to death. May be we can come tomorrow if you want to, we can resume our roles as Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson.

Reyan rolled his eyes.

They both went to their home.

Reyan's house -

Reyan took out the photograph from his pocket, batch 19xx-19xx. He saw someone familiar,that person was familiar but he wasn't able to connect with that person like he connects with the person in his dream. Face was not that clear, because this picture was taken in black and white a long time back so it faded out alot . He decided to go back to the mansion tomorrow's evening and search for more photographs and some other clue. He kept that photograph in his drawer and went to have dinner. He's totally unaware of two eyes peeping through his window.

Next morning

Kraig and Reyan met at the school gate

Kraig - Hy Ray!!! How are you?

Reyan - I'm good what about you??

Kraig - I'm also good. You know last night I was thinking about what happened in the mansion. Why any one would go to that place and that too in the evening. Our town is not polluted, but that guy was still wearing a mask. It's really strange and kind of creepy.

Reyan - let's go to mansion in the evening okay? May be that person will come today also then we can try to catch him or may be we can get some clues. What do you Dr. Watson

Reyan looked at Kraig and winked at him.

Kraig (laughing)- yeah yeah mission masked man is on Sherlock Holmes.

They both went to their class.

In evening both Kraig and Reyan went to the old mansion. They decided to visit the school library but they were shocked to see that the room was locked.

Kraig (creeped out) - Reyan how's this possible? I thought it's just an abandoned mansion and nobody comes here.

Reyan - may be some one came from school to lock it who knows. May be that man came to the mansion before us and locked this room. Is he trying to hide anything here??

Kraig - why don't we try to break the lock? What do you??

Reyan - no just let it be. We'll come other day or let just check if there's other way to go into this room. Come let's go to other rooms also.

They check the other classrooms, benches we're still there covered in layers of dust. Power was not there so they were using mobile torches.

Reyan - Kraig let's go to 10th A class room.

Kraig - why do you want to go there??

Reyan - I just want to see that class, and if new school wasn't bulid we also might be studying in this haunted house. So let's just go and see.

They both went on the second floor and in starting 10th A classroom board was hung.

They went inside the class, benches were arranged neatly, room was full of dust.

Lesson was still on the black board waiting for the students to read it, chalk piece and duster were kept as it is, as if waiting to be touched by the teacher. He went to the last seat near window and touched the desk. It was covered in the dust, his hand also got dirty. Some scribblings were there. He cleaned the dust and saw a name written on it. Raya

Kraig - dude are you done with your treasure hunt, so let's just go it's already dark and don't want to die of hunger.

Both came out of that mansion and went to their homes.

Reyan was unaware of the danger that was engulfing his house.

In night when Reyan went to his house he was shocked to see that door is not closed. He knows that his granny is not careless then why door of the house is not locked??

He went inside and called his granny but nobody answered him back he got tensed. He went to his granny's room but she was not there. He went to his room, bathroom, rooftop but no one was there . At last he went to the kitchen and he almost fainted from the shock. Granny granny granny what happened to you?? Granny get up please say something.... His granny was lying in the pool of blood with a knife stuck in her abdomen.

Reyan quickly called the ambulance and took his granny to the hospital. He was shivering, covered in blood and praying for his granny. Doctor told him that his grandmother suffered from blood loss and requires blood.

She was admitted in the hospital and Reyan signed the consent form after that his granny was being operated. Police also came to the hospital. Reyan saw Gavin and ran to him. Gavin hugged him and consoled him, don't worry your granny will be fine everything will be alright, don't cry.

And tell me how did this happened?? Reyan told everything in detail.

After three hours of operation doctor came out and told Reyan that his granny is out of danger and she is under observation she might wake up with in 24 to 72 hours or may be little bit more. But she'll definitely wake up so don't worry.

Reyan was finally calm he thanked the doctor and thanked the God.

Gavin asked every person present there to not to disclose that Reyan's grandmother survived otherwise that killer might come back to harm her again. And once Reyan's grandmother will wake up will ask her about this incident and catch hold of the culprit.

Next day in whole town news spread out about murder of an old lady. Reyan went back to his home cleaned the house and took bath and went to school after eating some fruits.

He met Kraig at the school gate.

Kraig - Ray!! How are you?? You okay?? Why did you come to school? You should have taken rest and I'm sorry for your loss don't worry police will definitely catch the culprit.

And you know right you are not alone I'm always there for you. I know I can't take place of your granny but I'll try my best to keep you happy.

Reyan was moved by the words of Kraig, he hugged Kraig but he was sad because he has to hide the truth about his granny from him in order to catch the culprit, he was sorry.

Both of them went for their classes.
