7 Chapter 7

This is the day I and some other kids go to the Ninja Academy to get tested, Masumi-san accompanies us to get to the Ninja Academy. There I look at a building with a big Fire word on top of it, I see a lot of parents accompanying their children. This must be a Ninja Academy. Masumi-san ordered us to get into the gate. As I and the other children get into the gates there's a ninja wearing a Konoha headband, black pants, a black shirt, and a green vest.

"Okay kids, My name is Sawamura, now follow me to the test place, your guardian already give me your application letter, so try your best." all the kids go to follow Sawamura-san. I see there are about 50 children to apply this year. Among the children, I see two boys and one girl with a fan symbol in their clothes, I guess they are from the Uchiha clan. I see two boys with white eyes walking not far from me. I guess they are from the Hyuga Clan. In the history books of Konoha Ninja Clan the distinctive features of the Hyuga Clan are very visible. We arrived at the field, and we got tested for our physical ability. It looks like we got tested about how much we can run around the field with the specified time, and then we got tested for our physical strength by doing push ups, sit ups, and the other. While waiting for my turn to take the test, I pay attention to the standards of the other kids. I think I will just give standard performance because I don't want to be flashy because that will attract people's attention to me and limit me from doing other things.

After my turn, the Uchiha and Hyuga are much better than the masses, it looks like Ninja training starts early in the Ninja Clan. Not much later we got tested about our amount of chakra and I am glad that I am always training to improve my amount of chakra because it looks like I was not much better than the kids that got disqualified because of their amount of chakra. I got too focused on building my physical strength that I'm not get many chances to practice with chakra, and building my chakra is not as easy as building my manna, it's such an unfamiliar feeling. But I'm glad that I make it, now I can study in the academy, and after that my goal is to quickly graduate from the academy so that I can get my own place, it's not that bad to live in the orphanage it just that is hard for me to do magic because I can't explain how I got that knowledge. I should check if there is a system so that I can skip class. I feel that with this body I can't plan everything at once, is this the effect because my soul adapts with the body? There's no definite answer about that and I doubt that there will be information regarding souls in the public library. Yeah, I should continue building my manna, because manna strengthens the soul, I think I can survive in this world because of the amount of manna that I have in 7 years in the Valhalla Continent.

After all the kids finish testing the number of children isn't much different from before, probably just 10 or so kids not so lucky. Now we are in the auditorium and on the stage I see The Hokage walk forward, yeah with that big word in his head as a clue though.

" My name is Sarutobi Hiruzen and I The Third Hokage congratulate you all on studying and becoming great shinobi. With the will of Fire you all can become a great shinobi, to those who possess the will of fire, everyone is family...…."

So this is the reason why the ninjas are so loyal since from the academy they have slowly been manipulated to be loyal to the village, not a good thing but I think it's the best way with the ninja becoming stronger, it will be dangerous without any sense of belonging to the village.

"And become the pillar to protect Konoha!!" with that the Hokage speech is over. Look at the determination of those kids. I see a lot of Ninja in the stages looking toward the children with approved faces, should I fake my determination too, I don't want someone to suspect me of anything. I make a determined face looking toward the stage and I see the Hokage glance at me. Huh, the Hokage glancing at me is good that I faked it in time. Gosh. With the Hokage nod, the Ninjas around us allowed us to go back home after notifying us that tomorrow the academy starts at 8. Outside the gate, Masumi-san is already waiting for me, because the other children fail to join the academy.
