1 Chapter 01

Without excitement, footsteps trudged up the steep path. Keeping an eye on fast-moving automobiles. The engine made a loud buzzing noise. Surprisingly, the man's face was completely drenched with sweat. The climb uphill was wearing his legs out. He whispered to himself, "I'd rather just watch the anime."

Those were the thoughts that ran through Hiro Sakaki's mind. A 16-year-old boy is still in high school. He is living alone at home, with no one to look after him. He regrets following his late grandpa's will at the time. The reason for this is that he dislikes having to follow rules and prefers to be free. It appears that his life is being arranged in bits and pieces. Hiro is only interested in anime, tokusatsu, and otaku content. Even his relatives have raised their hands in protest because he hasn't changed.

Brown hair on his head that has been carefully combed. It was as if he was demonstrating to the young man that he had the status of a second-grader. Because he frequently watched anime, his face was pale and his eyes had black lines all over them. The dining table, which was piled high with instant ramen noodles, had been discarded. Garbage on the floor began to pile up in every corner of the room. It stinks up the place. The rest of the plastic has not been properly cleaned. The school bag disappears into the trash heap.

Hiro walked with a stumbling gait. Set the glass down on the table. Fill a glass halfway with water. Then he drank it until the glass was completely empty. After drinking water, the sound of sighing. His legs rotate around. Entering the next door. Leave the house by closing the dining-room door. Black shoes were worn. Say three words out loud. "I've got to get going."

Otaku are people who frequently watch anime, tokusatsu, movies, or music in Japan (in Japanese it means maniac). The majority of them follow their loved ones' worthless garbage. Sitting around and not doing anything to worship fandoms such as anime excessively in the room or house, a term known as Hikkikomori appears. Hikkikomori is a virus that is difficult to eradicate in Japan because it does not want to work for the community and prefers to stay indoors or at home. He is a member of Hikikomori, as is Hiro.

As a result, Hiro's friends and teachers avoid or try to speak with him. As a result, he was ignored by one school and never paid attention to the teacher's words because he was sick of it. They had no idea he lived in solitude. Hiro's mind was filled with 2D anime characters. They both were husbando and waifu. Everywhere he went, he carried a bag containing posters or franchises that he had purchased online. The women, seeing his behavior, were also hesitant to approach the brown-haired adolescent. Everyone cast a cynical glance at Hiro. He, on the other hand, was unconcerned. They simply joined in because they have nothing to gossip about. As a result, he became the target of mockery. As a result, he became the target of mockery. Every day, he was mistreated. Until he was bullied. Hiro refused to go to school because of this. Even if it did, it was based on a promise written on worthless letterpress paper. Hiro squeezing the contents into the garbage can.

Hiro doesn't mind being shunned by a lot of people. Rumors spread that his extended family had abandoned him. They believe Hiro is a cursed child who will bring bad luck to the surrounding community. His parents were murdered when he was fourteen years old, which would be the reason for this. Hiro's old grandfather is left to care for his needs. He genuinely cared for Hiro until he died. Giving him food, going fishing with him, playing together, and even working side by side in old age. Hiro, on the other hand, never smiled at him. He lived for a year after that, until he died. Hiro was overwhelmed with grief when his grandfather died. He was unable to contain his despair, which has been preceded by deep regret. Hiro felt that although he haven't ever given anything to his grandfather, his presence left an imprint on his heart. Hiro has spent a lot of time ever since watching anime or tokusatsu. He doesn't care if he hangs out with people who will eventually forget his name and family.

The gym teacher locked the gate. Around 8 a.m., the school bell rang. Hiro entered the classroom fast and sat right at the back near the window. Ignoring the students who are seated. The economics teacher appears. He is putting his textbook and logbook just on the right side table while dressed in a gray suit and black cloth trousers. All of the students sat quietly. He doesn't want to annoy him. Everybody in the class has been told to stand up by one of the class presidents. Hiro's face was expressionless as he obeyed the class president's orders.

"Everyone, please stand up!"

"Oh, sensei, Ohayou Gozaimasu!"

He responded by placing the book on the table's side.

Students are welcome to take a seat. Of course, with the exception of Hiro, whose eyes were still closed. The brown-haired adolescent let out a rough sigh. Hiro positioned his left hand on his cheek while the economics teacher read the names of each student in the class. "Unlucky!" Hiro muttered to himself, "If it hadn't been for my grandfather's message, I would have watched the continuation of the anime I left last night."

Hiro's gaze was fixed on the school window. The weather in the morning is hot and humid, with a scorching sun. Perched in the trees, stinging birds chirp. Two birds' mouths are open, ready to feed the babies. Even though the glass was tightly closed, Hiro could hear birds chirping softly.

There had been a sight in Hiro's mind that's both beautiful and soothing. Vertically, the leaves sway to the rhythm. Flowers and grasses both do the same thing. Butterflies, for example, land on flowers to collect pollen.

Hiro had the opportunity to smell the flowers before entering the classroom when the butterflies began to fly. The cherry tree's petals fell to the ground. This indicates that spring has arrived. A deer and other animals swarm the cherry tree. Hiro was still staring at the school building. He gave a wry grin. He closed his eyes. Feel himself on the school grounds. A gust of wind blew the surface of his hair and the hairs on his neck.

Suddenly, a deer approached the brown-haired boy. His head stroked Hiro's right arm, signaling a request for food. He cheerfully gives food. Then he lay down in the fragrant and lovely garden. The air is so soothing and relaxing. So he can rest in peace.

A black shadowy figure stood next to him as he lay down. Hiro attempted to spread his right arm out of curiosity. His actions, on the other hand, were disastrous. The shadow has a firm grip on you. Hiro attempted to flee. They, however, cannot. Hiro's body refused to obey his commands. The sky, which had been clear before, had suddenly darkened. Hiro's body was sucked into a vortex. A dark vortex of wind attempted to suck in the brown-haired adolescent. Hiro's hands were reaching out for something around him. Seeing the animals got totally absorbed in a piece by piece.

"Save me!" exclaimed Hiro.

Hiro refused to give up even after part of his body was sucked away, leaving him with only one hand. He stretched out his right hand, using all of his strength to get out from the vortex. Both eyes began to blur. The sense of sight is gradually fading. A voice echoed from the subconscious.

"Sakaki Hiro-san... Sakaki Hiro-san!" A man's scream echoed in his ears.

Hiro's eyes opened wide. He became aware that he was daydreaming. When the economics teacher called Hiro's name, he gave a sidelong glance. Hiro opened his mouth halfway. Felt disturbing him for being bothered by the economics teacher. The brown-haired teen stared at him. It was as if the economics teacher was to blame.

"W-w-what are you looking at?" asked the Economics teacher, a little nervously.

"Don't ruin my daydream, sensei!" Hiro responded coldly and with an intimidating demeanor.

Hiro's words have just confirmed that Hiro's figure is one to be feared. Exactly as rumor had it. Face to face with him, his classmates began to feel threatened. The Economics teacher clenched his fist and dropped the book he was holding. Hiro, on the other hand, caught it easily. Hiro stood up, realizing his actions had crossed the line between teacher and student. Kindly apologize for bowing.

"I'm sorry, Sensei. I don't think I meant to scare you."

Hiro knelt to the ground. He was terrified while teaching. Unfortunately, Hiro's words do not correspond to the current reality. Her classmates shook their heads in disbelief. The Economics teacher, who was once nervous and scared, is now overcome with emotion as a result of the young man's speech. His index finger was pointing directly at Hiro's face. a path that leads to the classroom door.

"Sakaki-san... is go standing outside the classroom door right now!" exclaimed his teacher.

His shrill voice gripped the mood change. Some students put their hands over their ears. Hiro's mouth opened. ready to accept the consequences of the words he spoke Hiro walked slowly towards the classroom door with a slow step. Carrying two buckets and standing near the door Remember to keep the iron bucket on the head so that it does not drip.

"Today has been extremely unfortunate," he grumbled.

He was thinking about today. What happened to him had a negative outcome. Hiro has had difficulty interacting with the people around him since his childhood friend died of an illness. His mental state was exacerbated when his parents abandoned him. Hiro's days have been filled with emptiness and sadness ever since. It was past time for a mental refresher. Take a stroll through the city or visit the village. Hiro's grandfather used to live here. He felt there was no point in talking about the past in the depths of his heart. Hiro is puzzled as to why he has to stop watching anime and look up into reality.

The following lesson covered Japanese history. Hiro walked into the classroom. The balding man was dressed in a dark blue long tie. Bring a history book and your reading glasses. His belly was distended, and he had a disgusting expression on his face. Hiro moved his gaze from his history teacher as he spoke. Looking out the window of the classroom. Until the bald man let out a piercing scream.

"Sakaki-san! Did you hear what I said?"

"I'm listening, sensei!" exclaimed Hiro without hesitation.

"Then answer the board questions!"

The writing of the teacher is very small. Hiro found it difficult to read. He dilated his pupils. Then he thought the question on the blackboard was simple.

"Oda's camp won the Battle of Okehazama in June 1560. The battle was won as a result of a surprise attack. When Imagawa's army was stationed there. Oda's army of 2,000 to 3,000 troops attacked the Imagawa army from the north via Dengaku-hazama."

For some reason, Hiro was able to answer questions quickly and accurately directly. Until now, he didn't understand. The Japanese History teacher couldn't hide his surprise.

"That's correct."

Hiro's fellow students were stunned by his response. For them, Hiro is the first person who can answer questions from the famous killer teacher, and the text on the blackboard is very small and difficult for students to read. The brown-haired boy sat down again, his gaze fixed on the classroom window. But her gaze was drawn back to him. He raised his brows. He raised his chin and grinned slightly.

"Do you have any questions for me, sensei?" scornfully asked Hiro.

The bald-headed teacher grumbled in response. He ignored and resumed the lessons he had left behind. Hiro snorted in relief after successfully teaching him a lesson.
