New Start!

The first thing I see when I walk out of Mr. Richard's Office is Ollie pacing back and forth. Waiting for me to come out the office. I was about to call out to him until he beat me to the punch with,

" Ah Miss Jamie, glad to see you again!" he sai, as he stopped pacing back and forth then rushed over to greet me again until he stopped midway seeming to be embarrassed he acted so childishly.

" Erm I mean, welcome back, I um see you've been approved by the boss. Let me take a look at where we should go nice to help set your new life up?" as I gave Ollie the card Mr. Richards so graciously gave me, I decided I should tease poor Ollie a little...

So after handing Ollie the card I started to walk around a bit, pretending to observe something in the distance before I nonchalantly lay the ground work to tease little Ollie, " So Ollie, you never really did say anything about your dad. I wonder what he is like? You must look a lot like him I am guessing. Hmm, wait it does seem like you and Mr. Richard looked a lot alike... Guess someone could mistake you guys for Father and Son huh? Oh well, that just couldn't true, because little Ollie over here would've told me such important information such as this~" with the final words coming out of my mouth I turn over to see Ollie's whole face red.

".....Erm, um.... ha, well you could say so. Guess the cat's out of the bag now haha. Mr. Richard's is indeed my father. I'm sorry for not telling you earlier, it kinda slipped my mind until you started walking through the door. Then it was too late to say anything. " he start combing through his hair again before looking back at me with a smile on his face saying,

" But this time was a totally surprise, it seems you've also made a great impression on him. Usually people spend hours in the same room with the guy. Plus as I was going through your card another surprise popped up! He is letting you keep your memories intact! I guess it seems you really are a special case Jamie! he made accommodations for your living environment. " as exciting as that sounds I am starting to wonder what makes me so special?

With everything out of the way, we started heading in the direction of where the final step is needed for my birth into this world. "I guess I really am just a great person that your DAD did something out of the ordinary huh?"

Ollie looks at me and smiles then continues on to say " Well yes, it seems so. But it seems in other news, the energy balance between our worlds seems to go back to normal since you've come here Jamie. Guess you could say this is an extra added bonus for both realms!"

Oh wow I guess you could say this answers my question on what makes me so special, "Haha, I guess so and Ollie, you do know you don't have to apologize, I was just caught off guard when he mentioned your were his son."

As I said that Ollie's face seemingly started turning red.

" um, haha that's true. Well anyways Jamie, we're almost at the last stop! Just need to walk a little bit farther..."

As Ollie and I continued our small talk we finally reached the door leading me to my final stop to be born in a new and exciting world. Though it seemed Ollie was more nervous than I am, he slowly starts to turn the knob and right before he opens the door he turns to me and says, " Are you ready?"

My heart is pounding and my hands are starting to sweat with anticipation. I quickly answer him with a multiple head nods and a high pitch "Yes!" and after what feels like an eternity he finally starts opening the door. Then in a split second decision I decided to close my eyes before he completes opens the door. My mind started racing at what possible lie behind this door, what magnificent views will be shown, and will entail for me after this last process. A fee creaks and then I hear Ollie say, " You can open your eyes now Jamie. Come look at what outside world looks like!"

I slowly started to open eyes before I open them completely in shock. As I see Ollie standing to my left and the room to the right I feel like I'm being pranked. Because the room where my imagination ran wild is drastically different from the view I am seeing. I turn to Ollie to ask, "What is this? Why are all the walls black and a crystal ball sitting in the middle? Is this what is suppose to show what the outside world looks like? A whole lotta nothing?!" it seems I caught Ollie off guard with my reactions. He started to stutter his response out, "Miss Jamie please calm down, it may not seem like much but trust me it does get better. Also the crystal ball in the center is floating not sitting and it also let's us see what is going on in the world. Please step forward into the room and you'll see what I'm talking about." I do what he says and for a few seconds nothing happened. Then all at once everything happened...

The walls completely changed from black to a sea of vibrant colors then switch to a land where trees are as tall as the clouds before switching on last time to mountains riddle with creatures unknown. With all this I am stunned right in place before I could even find my voice again, Ollie chimes up. "She's a beauty ain't she? Each place is more beautiful than the last."

I nod in agreement and when I finally get my voice back from this amazing shock, I ask "Erm Ollie, where I will be situated at? The world seems so vast and beautiful that I can't picture my life in just one place."

He walls around to the crystal ball and it seems to scan the card and before I could how that it done a notification pops up.

「 Name: Jamie Melios Erza,

Age: 23,

Occupation: Intern at StarBright co.

Status: Deceased.

Would you like to learn of your new credentials? 」

I am absolutely flabbergasted by the notification pop up. I was not prepared for this at all. But as I gulped down my shock, I proceed to say " Yes, I would like to see my new credentials." Another pop up notification

「 Would you like to keep your name or create a new beginning? 」

Hmm I never really thought that about it before. I guess I should keep my first name and have everything with be in the hands of "my parents". I made up my mind so I start to speak out "I would like to keep first name if possible." After a few seconds the notification changed the wording around to

「 First name: Jamie has be selected and will be usable in time of birth.

Would you like to see the home Mr. Richard's has accompanied your soul with? 」

Woohoo a success! guess all that is left is to see the place I'll be born, "Yes, I would"

and with that I turn to Ollie. It seems he is just as excited to see where I'll be born as well as I am. We both turn back to the wall where the notification says

「 Name: Sebastian Merlin

Home: Sebastian's Merlin's Manor

Spouse: Candace Merlin

Children: Marcus (5) Luna (3)

Status: Couple is expecting a baby although the gender is still unknown. 」

As I read through I learned that I already got 2 older siblings and it seems the Merlin family Mr. Richard's has chosen for me seems to be well off in standards of estate or houses. So while look the the land being shown to me I ask Ollie, " This isn't a dream anymore right? I'm actually going to live there?!"

His voice seems to speak to me but only in a whispered tone "Yes Jamie, it seems so. Hopefully everything is to your satisfaction."

I turn to look at him to see why his voice was so low then saw the reason why. As I was admiring and looking through the situation, my body started to slowly become more and more faint. It seems like body ever since entering the room slowly was being transporting into the world as a baby. As I realized this I looked at Ollie clearly and saw he had tears in his eyes, I knew this was goodbye but it didn't have to be. I stood up straight and told him, "Goodbye Ollie Hopefully you can watch over me while I live my life on this world!" as I said that I started to walk over to him and pat him on the back once before I go, "We'll see each other again but hopefully after I reach 100 haha."

Ollie seemed to wiped a runaway tear and smiled. "You're right Jamie, and I'll try my best to see how your life goes. Have fun!"

And with that, I fade away from the heavens and now I am finally reborn into this world.
