Lev: 17 yrs. old
"Hey Fuyu wait up!" Lev shouted then ran after Fuyu "Hey! no fair! you're too fast!" Lev shouted again then stopped, he was panting and breathing heavily. Fuyu chuckled and sat by his side and said "Tell me what you think"
Lev lifted his head up then saw a beautiful flower head band in Fuyu's hands. "It's for you." Fuyu said then placed it on top of Levs head. "I- - Wow- Fuyu- - It's beautiful!. . . " Lev said then beamed at him.
"How many day's did you-" he stopped when he looked at Fuyu, his eyes were shining. "Fuyu?" he asked Fuyu reached his hand out and grabbed Lev's chin carefully.
"Lev-. . ." Fuyu stared intently at Lev's eyes. "F-Fuyu what are you-" then in the first time in years, Fuyu showed affection towards Lev. He kissed him. Lev kissed back softly and wrapped his arms around Fuyu's neck.
Tears started leaking from Lev's eyes. They broke apart catching air breathing hard. "I-Fuyu- - You never t-told me that- -" -He was cut off by Fuyu- "-I loved you. . " He continued for him. Lev smiled and jumped at Fuyu he hugged him tightly sobbing with happiness. But they were cut off.
Lev was suddenly pulled back "OW!" the he saw- Lev's family were there, Lev's dad was cornering Fuyu. Lev's mom was covering the sight from Lev's little sister. "Mother! Father no!" he shouted Fuyu's state changed there were claws on his hands now his tail was big and his face had stripes. "NO! FATHER!" Lev stood up and pushed his mom and ran to knock down his dad.
"LEV! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" His dad asked. "Lev! LET GO! NOW!" his father growled but he didn't let go.
"FUYU! GO! RUN!" He shouted, Fuyu did as told but wasn't successful. Lev's dad stood up ignoring Lev then shot. . . ."NO!"
"FUYU!!" he shouted then ran to the unconscious body of fuyu. . .He moved his head to Fuyu's chest to listen. . (no. . It was too late. .) "YOU'RE A DISAPPOINTMENT TO THIS FAMILY! HOW DARE YOU TRY AND DISTRACT ME WHILE SAVING YOUR LIFE!" His dad shouted at him.
"We're going home! AND DON'T YOU DARE- COME HOME- -" -Lev Shouted back at him- "THEN I WON'T COME BACK! THAT HOUSE WAS SHITTY AS EVER ANY WAY!" Lev shouted back his family went back and left him there crying in the dark with the body of Fuyu in his arms, Bleeding. .
He was too late. . . His promise was broken. . . It wasn't worth it anymore. . . His friend- -his best friend- - his loved one. . .- - is gone- - all gone. . "Another fairy t-tale. . to tell... " He remembered his grandmother always say. . . . "Happy endings don't... Happy endings are not... True. . " he kept quiet while crying. He felt his world falling apart. .. He could have been the happiest boy in the world starting today. . . but no. . . That couldn't happen. . .Because this world is cruel, ugly, mean, worthless, meaningless. . . It didn't matter. . none of this ever mattered anyway. . It was bound to happen. . He lifted his own hand and grabbed his knife. .
"I'll join you if I have to. ."
