"Are you serious?" Matilda asked with a stiff smile on her face

Realizing it wasn't going to work, Robin decided to back out.

"Hahaha, I'm just kidding." He said even though he wasn't in the beginning.

But what else was he supposed to expect? He had just met the girl and it wasn't like he would make her fall in love with him by just having small talk. Matilda was doing her job and nothing else.

Besides, it's not like Robin would ever have sex with this girl with his average face and somewhat muscular physique. Of course, he would have a chance if he got himself one of those systems he read in fanfics where the main character would make a large harem.

Realizing that it wasn't possible with the app, Robin then decided what type of ability he would choose the next time. That was only if he could ever go back inside the white room again.

Robin who felt awkward feeling in the room decided to ask a few questions regarding the bed to lighten up the mood.

"What size is the bed?"

"It's a king-sized bed." Matilda then went into full detail about the furniture in the room with a smile on her face forgetting about what had just transpired before.

Soon after, when they visited all the rooms on the upper floor. The duo then went back downstairs to talk about the price of the house.

"As you saw on the website, the market value of the house is 2 million dollars. But I can include gardeners who would help keep the front and back garden nice and clean. That way the price of the house will be a bit higher, but I guarantee that it'll be worth it."

Since Robin had enough money to buy the house dozens of times, he didn't mind when Matilda increased the price. He liked it since he didn't have to take care of the place anymore.

Matilda then explained more about the perks of buying the house. Such as that cleaners would come twice a week to help clean up the house since it was too big for both of the to do it themselves. The house also had a gated driveway including the other houses in the neighborhood.

There were also guards who were considered the neighborhood watch that would patrol the place from time to time since the community was full of rich people who wanted to protect their families.

As Robin decided to buy the house, Matilda then took out a piece of paper from a suitcase that she was holding. She then put the paper on the table.

"Here is the contract for the purchase of the house. Read through it carefully before making your decision." Although Matilda could simply tell him to write his signature from the beginning. She was someone who would never even think about scamming others.

Doing as he was told, Robin then took his time reading the terms of conditions of the contract. He wasn't usually the person to read these things and would only press agree on his phone. But this was different since he was buying a house.

Soon after, Robin finished reading the contract. Finding nothing wrong with it, he then took a pen out of his pocket that he prepared ahead of time, and he then wrote his signature on the bottom of the paper.

Matilda then gave Robin the company's bank information where he would send the money. Robin then opened his phone and wire transfer the money from his bank to theirs. Luckily enough, they were both in the same financial institution meaning that the transfer would take less than a day.

Seeing that Robin had transferred the money she then stood up from the chair with a cheerful smile and extended her hand while looking at Robin.

"Thank you. It was a pleasure doing business with you." Robin then shook her hand back.

"No, thank you for selling this house to us."

Matilda then took out the key to the house and approached Robin before then handing it to him. " Well, it's all yours now."

Although it would usually take a lot more time and even more paperwork for Robin and his mother to move into the house. The company that Matilda was somewhat different.

Instead of doing paperwork first before then handing the key, they instead did the opposite. Although it weirded out Robin in the begging, he accepted it fast since it was only beneficial to him.

As he had already taken care of this part of the transaction, he would let his mother sign the other paperwork since he was too tired to do any more work. He would instead begin with getting a moving company to help them pack and send their stuff here.

And after that, he would rest in the new house that he had purchased with his own money while enjoying the luxury that he had always dreamed about.

"Here is my number and the address of our office. I will text you the date of the meeting we will have to sign the paperwork." Matilda said as she gave him her card. She then gave him another handshake before she left the house.

Walking out after her, Robin saw her approaching a brand new Volkswagen that was parked behind some bushes. Explaining why Robin wasn't able to see it when he had first come here.

Seeing her get in the car before starting the engine and driving away, he then walked back inside the house before closing the door.

Although he was somewhat disappointed since he wasn't able to do anything with her, at least he had gotten her number. Even if it was only her working number.

Robin then took out his phone before he then went to the messages and informed his mother that he had already bought the house.

["Mom. I bought the house."]

A few seconds later, he then got a reply from her.

["Really? How much did it cost?"]

["Around 2,5 million dollars."]

["..."]

Hey guys. Might be a big filler episode. I mean isn't everyone that I've written considered one so far? I'm sorry about that. But since it's a slice of life I tried to include a lot of the chapters in the beginning. Along with trying to make my writing better so that future chapters would be nicer.

But don't worry. I'll pick up the case in a few chapters.

Also, if you're wondering why I didn't include the 18+ chapter even though I said I would. It's simply because it didn't feel right, and our Robin is a virgin who was never touched another woman's genitalia.

If he somehow got laid with Matilda in this chapter, it would simply seem like another boring wish-fulfillment fanfic. But he'll become a legend in the bed sooner or later and as to how well you've already gotten a hint in this chapter.
