First quest in a different world of spirits

I streched my arms as I woke up from my sleep.

I slowly opened my eyes but...

Ain't the bed too stiff? And what is this smell?

I checked my surroundings and...

Why am I sleeping on hay? Why am I in a small wooden stable instead of my room?

Did someone kidnap me while I was asleep?!?!

I quickly tried to stand up but lost my balance and fell back on hay.

Now that I think about it...

Isn't it the same feeling that I got in the first chapter... the feeling of 'waking up'.

This body was definitely not mine. I can feel it.

I called out to my only hope and companion. The system.

"Hey system, what had happened?!?!" I called out.

No reply came...

After reading the status, i confirmed 3 things,

1) I am strong enough to protect myself from any danger.

2) the status shown by the mirror cannot show abilities of the system.

3) this is the world of spirit chronicles or seirei gensouki.

I kept the mirror in the inventory and walked out of the stable.

I slowly opened the wooden, creaking door and what welcomed me was a view of a large grassland.

I walked out and looked around.

I was just a little far away from a kingdom.

I started to walk towards the kindom gates.

This notification is now pissing me off.

I ignored it and quickly reached the kingdom gates.

At the gate, i was stopped by the guard.

"Hey you!! Show me your identity card to enter." Guard screamed out.

"Do I need some identity card to enter?" I asked.

"I am sorry but I don't have a identity card." I replied.

"You can't enter without a identity card. " Guard replied while eyeing me out.

Anyone wearing a black robe and not having identity card would be suspicious.

"Sorry brother, is there any other way for me to enter?" I politely asked.

"You could pay 1 gold coin for entering." Guard replied with a greedy look.

I took out a pouch from my waist that was with me from starting and took out a gold coin from it.

"Oh!! You look quite rich!! Hehe." The guard exclaimed

I was getting disgusted by his greed but gave him the gold coin and entered the kingdom without causing any commotions.

Before me was a beautiful crowded kingdom.

A new world, a new adventure, a new identity...

Well i just hope that it would be Fun.
