CH. 99: Hymn of The Gods (Vol.1 Epilogue)

With the sun slowly rising at morning, Saeko's room was more and more illuminated by the sunlight of dawn.

After a few minutes, she started waking up, slowly opening her eyes. Her vision was blurry. She wiped her eyes with her hands then looked around to see where she was. She was very confused, almost in a drunk state because she did not remember a single thing from yesterday.

Feeling a bit cold, she looked underneath, then was surprised by the fact she was naked ; totally naked, ever he lingerie, it was thrown on the ground with white drops covering it.

"Ugh..... *Yawn* " Akira groaned, as he started waking up. His presence startled Saeko, at first she was confused what he was doing here, but after seeing him naked as well, images and flashbacks flooded her mind.

''...Oh my lord...'' She mumbled, having just remembered what happened. In a nutshell, the two had fucked for hours and hours until she fainted from pleasure, she was having a headache because she didn't sleep at all, maybe just one or one and a half hours at most.

Alone in the room, Akira only needed a sway of his hand across the air to make everything in this room revert to its prime state, not just the room but his body as well was perfectly cleansed from the scents, liquids and messy hair.

Akira got up on his foot then left the room. But as he walked through the corridor, he felt a 'weird' sensation of uneasiness, like an 'exterior force' trying to get to him.

'What the hell is happening...?' He asked in his mind. But even by using his powers, he couldn't determine the source of this sensation. By enhancing his humanoid body and making himself stronger the feeling disappeared.

'That was weird...' He thought.

Moving on, Akira could smell the appetissant smell of delicious food being cooked. He walked towards the kitchen and found Saya and her mother preparing breakfast.

"Good morning" He greeted them. His sudden apparition startled them both, but a smile quickly formed on their mouths as soon as they've noticed him.

"Ara~ Good morning to you too, Akira-kun~" Saya's mother ―Yuriko― spoke in a happy mood.

"Good morning, Akira-san!" Saya greeted him, she ran at him and presented a plate cookies, "Please take one! I've made them myself!" She said happily.

"Sure" He simply replied. His hand lifted to hold a cookie then took a bite. While munching, Saya looked at Akira with eyes filled with anticipation and a growing smile forming itself on her mouth.

"Mmn~ It's very delicious. It's a prodigy who made it so I already knew it'll be very tasty" He said with a smile.

This sentence pierced Saya's heart directly. This was the first time she'd receive such a beautiful compliment coming from a boy. This left her shocked, looking at Akira with a surprised face. When Yuriko saw this reaction, she quickly came and stopped in front of her.

"Thank you very much Akira-kun. We're having breakfast now so please be my— i mean our guest, fufufu~" She said.

Everyone was present at the dining room, all set up to begin a new day starting from this delicious food Yueiko and Saya prepared. The pink haired teen girl was very proud of her cooking, especially after receiving Akira's praise which meant alot. To the point where she decided sitting very close to him.

Sensing perturbence, Saeko sat beside Akira as well, to prevent Saya from doing anything funny. Yuriko liked seeing her daughter beside such a handsome boy while Shizuka just giggled and Rei was being jealous and envious as always.

"Ara~ Akira-kun, Busujima-chan, tell us a bit about your relationship~" Yuriko asked happily, like a curious mother trying to know everything about her daughter's friends.

"Hm~ We've known each other for many months now~ And I'm very happy to affirm that we both love each other dearly~" Saeko said happily, while catching Akira's arm and hugging it, while he caressed her to affirm it's true.

"Here, Akira-san! You said you liked these cookies!" Saya handed him a full plate of her best cookies. Akira took one and dipped it in milk, then ate it in honor of her cooking. "It's even better, thanks" He said.

This made Saya smile brightly, while Saeko was breaking a spoon with her bare force and suppressing all her killing intent. "Ha~! Here take another!" She said.

Akira took another and ate it, but as he was munching, his eyes opened widely and he coughed it. This sudden reaction made Saya's smile disappear immediately, while everyone was suprised to see Akira coughing up the delicious chocolate cookie bits.

"A-Akira!! I—I'm so soorry i-i don't know what happened...!!" She cried, almost tearing up.

"It's—... It's okay....Excuse me, but I need to leave the table" Akira announced, as he stood up from his seat and left to the first stage, leaving everyone startled and surprised on the matter.

[[ In The Bathroom... ]]

Akira washed his face with force. Looking at his face in the mirror then washing it once again. He looks at his hands and sees electricity coursing through them. He holds a fist then

These were surely one of the side effects of becoming an Outer God. Or atleast that's what he tried convincing himself of, even by using his powers Akira couldn't evacuate this feeling. It meant only one thing. This is a matter related to Outer Gods.

Akira grasped his heart, pain starting to take over his body, pain that coursed through his veins tainted with black outerish blood. He holds to a nearby iron bar then rests until it fades away.

"FUCK!" He cursed, this pain was very bad, but with a bit of time and will of his own, Akira was able to calm down his very existence. Even by turning into a spiritual lifeform the pain was still there, even worse since the soul has more developed sensations.

"FUCK THIS I'M DONE!!" Akira shouted. This scream created a shockwave that travelled the entire world multiple times, but he held back the intensity to not kill everyone on Earth.

[ Authority of Equinox ]

Akira teleported from the realm, to the outer realm inside the deepest parts of the invisible void. Nothing was there, even the very concept of nothingness and emptiness could be said to be 'non-existant'.

The only things visible there, was the newly created presence of Akira. "ENOUUUGH!!!!" He shouted in a world breaking scream. Akira's body glowed intensely, after holding back all this time, he just let go.

Ropes of primordial outer energy stretched from his body and invaded the entire outer realm, stretching for infinite amounts, galaxies and universes appearing inside those ropes.

All of Akira's clothes disappeared, obviously. Replaced by one single piece of clothe, a cloak that covered his body which started becoming transparent.

Millions, billions, an infinity of strings stretched from Akira's body to the Outer Realm.

The Outer God's humanoid hand glowed in a quintillion lights. He slowly lifted it in a rusty manner then approached his finger together.

*SNAP*

Akira's snap made a blinding light envelope him whole, while the ropes of universes representing a newly born verse coursed through the infinite realm.

Darkness seemed to be the whole surround, only the faint colors of Akira's dematerializing body that floated on this never ending and non-existing darkness.

From a distance, there appeared to be two sparkles of light, the two auras being the only source of light in this entire void.

These things were two stars, one in blue and the other one red, the 'things' floated in a double helix until reaching Akira, stopping then.

They slowly descended on the boy's body, slowly merging with him and making one. The process took an unimaginably long amount of time, however it was felt like nothing in this world devoid of time conception.

"I'll be the god"

"And I'll be the human"

"I'll be the evil"

"And I'll be the good"

"We are one"

"But we're always in conflict"

"Equinox"

"Is our masterpiece"

Akira woke up immediately after. The pain was gone, he didn't feel anything, literally nothing because there was nothing to stimulate him. But even in darkness, he could feel only one thing...

His eye, the right one had clearly changed color, from the crimson wicked red, to a brighter more peaceful blue. "What's that all about?" He asked.

Not knowing what this entire thing was, he made up his mind to go and ask someone who would definitely know about this. Someone way more experienced then him who'd definitely know what this was ; Azathoth.
