Chapter 76 :- Burying the Hatchet
Everyone gathered their attention to the entrance of the Shrine. Three old men were standing at the entrance of the shrine wearing bright shining Kimono with one hand holding an item.
They bowed down to each other and proceeded to grab each other's hand. They raised their hand towards the crowd. As soon as they raised their hand , the crowd bowed down on their knees.
Everyone except Hiro and Hiroshi , who were looking around confused.
" You two , on your knees now !! " the guide shouted
" But why " asked Hiro
" What??? " said the guide as he grabbed Hiro and punched him in his guts
" *cough* What....the hell " said Hiro was he was on his knees
Hiroshi , without thinking twice , was on his knees.
" Lord Daikokuten sama bring us peace , Prosperity and with your divine affinity , fill our hearts with kindness and humility for each other " shouted Gorosuke
" For the relevance of the village treaty , we shall proceed " the old man in the middle shouted
" On this Auspicious event , Rise and shine like the summer's morning sun for those who sacrificed themselves for the wellness of the land bestowed to us , by Lord Benzaiten sama " shouted the third man in the far left.
Gorosuke came infront and took out a Hatchet from his kimono. The other two men took out a white cloth and sandalwood respectively.
" Praise the nature and thank the god " shouted the men together.
They all threw their respective items into the burning fire ground. The White cloth covered the sandalwood in mid air , which then was slashed down by the Hatchet thrown by Gorosuke. The fire inside the pyre took a vibrant form , dancing and forming a magma storm.
" THE FESTIVAL SHALL BEGIN " shouted the monk as everyone rejoiced and hugged each other.
" Woah what...what was that " asked Hiro.
" It's the ceremony of Burying the Hatchet " said Ryo.
Ryo clenched his fist and grabbed the Guide before he could grab his mouth again.
" Not again " said Ryo as he smirked
" Haha that's nice " replied the Guide
The hand that Ryo was holding , turned into a wooden log.
" What the hell " shouted Ryo but his mouth of covered again.
" This was some Naruto level shit " said Hiro

" This a significant ceremony that represents the unity of the villages. From the rhythm to the timing and collective effort is a representation of their uttermost teamwork. The Sandalwood represents calming of the mind , white cloth represents peace and hatchet basically and literally represents Burying the Hatchet " said Gigi

The guide stood still and was unfazed
" What? " said Ryo as his face turned red
" I don't know maybe he respects the elderly " said Gigi
A monk arrived near the group and bowed down to everyone. Everyone bowed down as well. He took a deep breath and took a step back.
" GOOD EVENING LADIES AND GENTLEMAN , MY NAME IS VAJRA-PANI AND I HAVE BEEN SEND HERE BY SENSEI GOROSUKE. HE HAS SUMMONED YOU INSIDE THE SHRINE AS SPECIAL GUESTS " shouted Vajra
He was so loud that everyone covered their ears.
" Idiot why are you shouting " asked Kazuki
" I am sorry " Vajra said in the lowest voice
Everyone except the guide followed Vajra. Hiro looked behind and saw the Guide waving them goodbye as they entered a dark pathway.
" Follow these stairs please " said Vajra
They climbed the stairs which led them infront of a big gate.
" You guys please take a step back " said Vajra
He knocked at the door and took a deep breath.
" IT'S ME VAJRA " shouted Vajra
The huge door opened which led the group to beautifully decorated ballroom which was full of people.
" Woah that's soo beautiful " said Hiro
" Thanks me and my friends decorated it " said Vajra
" Please come inside " Vajra added
The group entered the ballroom as the door behind them closed.
Vajra looked outside suspecting something
" Hmm maybe I am mistaken " said Vajra as he also entered inside the ballroom.
There was a rustling in a nearby tree. A monk who was going by looked up and took his fighting stance.
" Who's.... who's there " asked the monk
Flit who was controlled by Camille jumped down on the monk and mauled him. The monk was caught off guard and lost his balance. Flit twisted the monk's neck.
" Bravo.... Bravo...Bravo.... " said Camille as she emerged from the dark clapping and laughing.
" You... bitch.... " said Flit as he was struggling to get free of Camilles mind control.
" No no no that's not how you talk to your owner " said Camille as she grabbed Flit and swallowed him.
" The more you will stay in my stomach , the better , I can't thank Pierr enough for the alchemy. The mind control powder with Pierr's drink will do wonder. " said Camille
" Why am i talking to myself " said Camille
She grabbed the unconscious monk and pierced his ear with her finger. The monk screamed in pain but Camille covered his mouth. The Monk eyes turned red and his injuries were healed.
" Your wish is my command " said the Monk
" Good good , I want you to lure the vessel and that bastard Hiroshi out of the festival so that Rhy and Tum can do their job " said Camille
" Yes mistress " said the Monk as he went towards the ballroom.
" Oops almost forgot " said Camille
Camille took out a marble eye from the pouch tied around her waist and rubbed it.
" Rhy...Tum can you hear me " said Camille as he looked in the eye.
" Yes but we don't take orders from a pathetic bitch " said Rhy
" It's not like that we have any other choice " said Tum
" Well , if it was upto me , I would have killed you already but Dai-shi have an inert faith for you two especially after what you did 20 years ago " said Camille
" Hmm " they both said
" Village dinner will start in an hour. At exactly 10 pm. You guys need to finish your job by 12pm because today is a full moon " said Camille
" Full moon you say " said Rhy
" Job will be done , We are about to reach the entrance " said Tum
" Finish your work or Dai will kill you " said Camille. She tossed the eye in the air which vanished.
" This time...you will pay for everything
