"Damn it. Damn It, why the hell would you do that! I don't need you to tell me what to do I know what I'm doing."

"Aren't you suppose to be asleep we have school tomorrow...Josh come on we have that essay tomorrow that we need to do in order to pass the junior year."

"I've been doing fine till now I'll pass the damn exam so go back to your own room Alyssa." Josh said as he was focusing on the screen shouting at the role play of his comrades."Damn this is why i solo everything."

"Even if I wanted to go to my room I can't sleep with you shouting out loud besides mom and dad are so close to kicking you out of the house already with the crappy attitude of yours." Alyssa said as she sat down on the chair near the desk.

"What, Oh I'm completely fine with that it's not like I won't find a place that'll take me in. Oh and yeah they're not my parents and I never accepted them as my mom and dad neither did I accept you as my sister, So please if they want to kick me out they can do so I would love to be living on my own but the god damn government ended up putting in a foster home saying I wasn't capable to support myself. Happy to say I can afford to support an entire state for the next 40 years maybe more."

"Huh, Shut up already with that bullshit of yours saying you have more money than the goddamn billionaires. If you had that much money maybe you wouldn't have to wear clothes from the freaking thrift store. You know how embarrassing it is to tell my friends that we're family when they see each other walking home."Alyssa mutter as she stormed out the room.

"Geez, if that's how you see me as than whats the point of even calling me family."

" Marquis Capell, this is the ArchDuke, Sinclair. I do believe that we met back when you were granted the title of Marquis."

"Oh. Greetings your Grace what do I have the honor to have a call with you." Josh said as he began another round of his game.

" Marquis Capell. Would you like to transfer your residents to the empire as an official say."

"Your Grace I already have an official fief, along with an official military under my command."

" Capell that's not what I'm saying."

"Then what are you saying Sinclair? Look if you want or need something just say it...."

"I need you to come back to the empire for the proper announcement to the world of our existences. Capell you are currently the only aristocrat that is born outside the Empire. Besides I heard from your guards that your wishing to get back into the battlefields of any kind."

"....My what? Never mind, when do you plan to announce the Empire of Lilian to the world?"

"When we reach the capital after we pick you up which is in ten minutes so be ready. No we'll prepare you a suit proper for you status just bring what you need."

"....Damn.....Alright fine but add another million on my pay for this. I honestly want to spend more on my clothing why I reside within America."

"That won't be happening, I mean you'll get the million but as for you staying in America. Yeah that's not going to happen. Not while the U.S is in this state."

"Capell, it's still in turmoil with it's own president along with their own political parties."

"Well yeah it's America what'd you expect. It's very origins are just farmers with pitch forks and stuff they complain about one thing when they have more than others."

"Ha Ironic coming from an American such as yourself. None the less your not wrong. I can't help but feel that you resent America though."

"Oh don't get me wrong you Grace it's okay.I have made some great friends just that I don't think with the crap that this country is going through is to my liking."

"The mere fact that they're trying to erase it's history. Something that is even to the point were they even took down the Statue of George Washington and several other statues as well. They even took down Abraham Lincoln's, The man literally fought to end slavery and they took him down as well as a symbol of slavery for crying out loud! Not only that but the what not and what so of the people."

"Capell. Are you willing to leave the position as the Imperial-American pillar and come back to the Empire, as one of the Blades of the Empire."

Recalling all of his time while residing within the United States, Capell didn't want to though with the bad that countered his though he decided.

"I'm willing."

"Very well Capell, we're right outside if your ready."

"Your Majesty, Archduke Sinclair has already received Marquis Capell. Is there perhaps any chance that a war might break out as even the other members of the Imperial family is returning from their trips to the outer universe?" The servant of the Emperor asked he handed him a holographic projectile.

"Don't worry if we we wanted to wage a war we would have left that to Capell to do so. Even though hes seventeen hes seen more blood , killed more people than that of Sinclair who is considered the god of death. Capell is just the messenger of death, rather he should be know as the bringer of death. Whatever the case is, no we will not be waging a war against any of these nations, it'll just be a completely mess if we decide to step in in a war that isn't going to benefit us."

As the two continued to converse the doors flung open as thirteen people walked inside the throne room.

"My I heard from Sinclair that we are officially opening up our Empire to the rest of the world. But for what reason is it that we have to step in in this meeting."

"Greeting sisters and brothers, I had Sinclair call upon you for the announcement of the Empire. Not just the Empire but it's figures." Nicholas said.

"Than where is Sinclair at."

"On his way after picking up Marquis Capell, your Majesty." The servant of whom stood alongside Nicholas said.

"Are you perhaps thinking of starting a war?"

"What no.Why does everyone think I'm going to start a war?"

"Because Capell is one of the 21 winged angels. Not only that but hes the black winged angel of Satet. Clearly even if hes the youngest of the wings hes on equal grounds with Sinclair who's the goddamn leader of the wings." 12th sister said.

"Who said that he could beat me, he can't even beat Melissa." Sinclair stated as he walked in in the room.

"What do you mean hes....."The 12th was saying until she met the eyes of Capell. His crimson red eyes glowing slowly fading back to it's original light brown color.

"I'm a mess that's a fact but whats the point of rubbing it in when we came here to discuss about the Empire's future." Josh said as he began to walk toward the side window.

"Well it looks like Capell is ready for this Are the rest of you as well if so then lets go to the conference room." Nicholas said as he lead the way.
