Angels!

"Huh? 'Where am I?' inquired a small kid around the age of one. He was resting on the floor, sitting up with one hand on his head. He seemed to be experiencing a headache. He cautiously panned his head around, attempting to appraise the situation.

It's impossible to put into words how gorgeous everything was: white, green, golden gold, you're all the good hues, but the soaring angel stole his breath away. Yes, that's right, the flying angel.

Did I pass away or something?

As he gently rose off the floor, he felt two foreign but familiar limbs on his back.

*Flap Flap *

All it needed were just two noises to keep me petrified in astonishment for five minutes.

"I became a frickin angel!!!"

"This is crazy!"

But actually, where am I? "Think, think, dude, what were you doing before anything else?" I thought.

I was working on a story and wanted to make the main character an angel. Wait a minute. No way. That must be a dream of mine. I was writing my book when I fell asleep, and then I began dreaming about it. It always appears to be the case that this is what defines a great author. It has to be a forgery. I'll just pinch myself to be sure.

"OUCH!" Oh my, Oh my, this is real! What the heck is going on?

Now that I think about it, what is my name? I know I'm not from here, but I don't recollect anything. I'm not sure whether I ever had a family. What am I?

*gasp! *

I jolted up from my trance. I overheard someone conversing. Looking around, I saw that I was surrounded by a swarm of angels who seemed taken aback by my appearance.

"Another angel has been born!"

"His divinity is astonishing!"

"He has the potential to be a God!!"

They were uttering bizarre things, but I could comprehend some of them, such as the prospect of becoming God.

"Alright, alright, back it up, give the infant some room." The angel who just spoke was a guy with golden hair and golden eyes. He was 8 feet tall, with 8 wings emerging from his back. He looked fantastic!

"I see you're perplexed, little one, but don't worry, you're home." "This is the silver city."

"Silver City?" I inquired

"Yes, and I'm here to welcome you!" cried the angel man.

"Come on, we have a lot to speak about and see."

I followed the guy to a palace-like building, and I suppose he would have flown, but he didn't for my sake. After all, I'm still getting accustomed to my new wings.

"So, sir?" I'm trying here.

"Oh, how rude of me, little one. My name is Isaac. It was delivered to me by the Lord God Amenadiel. "

What are you talking about? Did I hear it correctly? Isn't he the son of God, the right-hand man? How did I end up in Lucifer's world? But they aren't active because he is already God Right?

"Where are we going?"

"We're going to the naming alter to obtain your name and family," he added matter-of-factly.

"Family?"

"Indeed, family. We are given jobs that we must accomplish on occasion, but we may do them as a family. If anything, we are all family, but there are distinct groups that you are allocated to. The described group is commanded by strong angels or archangels."

He stopped for a while to allow me to process the information before continuing."

"They will take care of you, based on what the Lord God Amenadiel says, which will determine your place in such group. He finished talking, and we arrived at the castle."

Now I'm in a brilliantly illuminated room with an altar in the middle. It was a breathtaking sight. It has exquisite carvings and a little gloss to it.

"Go ahead, lay both hands on the altar, and your name will resound throughout the Silver City!"

The way Isaac said inspired and energised me, so I raced headlong towards the altar. When I got to it, I put both of my arms on it.

I wasn't even wasting time. A golden burst of energy wave spread out from the altar as if to announce I was as important as he-I meant heaven.

"Hahahaha, I haven't seen such uniqueness in years!!!" From every direction, a voice burst out.

You, young one, are already an archangel, which is a tough accomplishment for angels to acquire. After all, you must have the potential to become an archangel, but you!! "You, my dear one, were born an Archangel!!!"

"Holy crap, I'm special!!!"

"And now for your name, Domiel. That will be your name!"

"Domiel?" "Hmm, I like it.

"I'm pleased you enjoy it."

"Now for household, you shall enter the palace as its 5th prince, the youngest member of the royal family."

"YES!" 'I have no concept what we will do yet but I don't care,' I comment, referring to my race.

"Don't worry, you'll learn them when the time comes."

"Welcome to Silver City, 5th Prince Domiel Aphael!"

The brightness and the waves halted after God yelled those last words, and I'm left wondering what my life will be like now.

"Your highness, please accompany me to the palace," Isaac said. His tone has transformed. He used to be casual and well-spoken to me as a superior, but now I am superior to him. Wow, statues change so rapidly!

Adaptors have longer lives, and I want to have a longer life.

"Ha, this is the life," Domiel said as he lay back on his king-size bed.

So, what happened after that? Although it is referred to be a metropolis, it is certainly a magnificent planet. I know, I know. Crazy!!

We were lucky in that we did not have to travel to the castle; instead, we boarded a teleporter that whisked us immediately to our destination.

Surprisingly, this site has cutting-edge technology. What did I expect? They are freaking angels and Gods.

Anyway, we arrived at a real city/kingdom, complete with a massive castle. This time there was a genuine castle, and we wandered approaching the gates, which were guarded by two fierce-looking angels.

"Halt" twice, they both said.

"Relax, Gebriel and Jabriel; I'm on my way to deliver his highness. Domiel Aphael, the fifth prince."

After hearing Isaac, the two guards went into a trance and rushed in front of me, both kneeling before me.

Domiel Aphael, the fifth prince, please accept my greetings. We sincerely apologise for our disrespectful behaviour. Please proceed.

I just said, "mhm, OK," since I had nothing more to say. And just like that, we were in front of the king and queen.

"So you are Domiel, my fifth son," the king said.

I wasn't sure whether I should be kneeling or standing, so I just stopped thinking about it and focussed on what was being spoken.

"How are you, father?"

"There's no need to be so formal, Bahaha. Father (God) has already notified me about you, thus it is my responsibility to take care of you, and as you are now, you have already become my son in my eyes. Welcome home, son."

I could feel my heart softening towards him. I believe he is now my father, and the woman over there is my mother.

I just smiled in response, and then I was given a personal butler and a personal maid. After that, I was escorted to my chambers (bedroom) and left to my own devices. So here I am on my king-size bed, reflecting on all that has happened and slowly but steadily coming to terms with the fact that I am no longer on Earth.

I'm not sure whether I ever had a family on Earth. I can't even remember my own name.

I'd already fallen asleep in my warm, soft, fantastic bed before I could think any more.
