Ava

Ava woke up feeling rested and excited, she couldn't wait to see Andrés. She smiled and got out of bed to get ready for her day and then she looked at her phone once again, seven forty eight, she thought, That's perfect, I have plenty of time To shower and get ready for school.

Ava got dressed and put on her shoes while she was looking for a comb to put in her hair. She stopped when she realised it wouldn't take much time, just to put the comb in the bag that was lying next to her bed and then she would be done, but there was no way she was going to leave without picking something up from the kitchen; maybe she could make some breakfast. While she stood in front of the cupboard she noticed that the bread box was empty and the milk carton was half empty; she quickly grabbed two slices of bread from the cupboard and a bottle of milk that she thought might have survived better with more butter. Ava placed the toast back onto the breadbox and went downstairs, to the kitchen.

She quickly prepared herself a quick breakfast consisting of toast with cheese and orange juice and carried everything back upstairs and ate at the dining table. As she ate she thought about how nice it would be if the boys joined her for breakfast too; they would definitely appreciate it since both of them are very active teenagers and would enjoy spending extra time with her and their little brother Andrés. Ava smiled happily to herself as she continued thinking about these pleasant thoughts.

When she was finished eating Ava packed her bag and said her farewells to Mrs. Potts; she was going to be late to class if she didn't hurry up, but first Ava decided that since she spent so much time here last week anyway she might as well ask Mrs. Potts if she would mind giving Andrés a ride to work this morning. So Ava decided to walk to work instead of taking the bus, knowing full well that she wouldn't make it there on time otherwise. Ava started to walk towards town, she was already halfway there when suddenly she felt a chill go up and down her spine which caused her to jump slightly. Looking behind herself, she saw nothing, and yet there was still that creepy chill running down her spine. Not wanting to waste any time, Ava decided that perhaps a bit of exercise would be good for her nerves and she kept walking, even though she could feel her heartbeat increasing. Ava decided that a jog wasn't the best idea so she turned around and began heading home as fast as she possibly could.

On her journey home she couldn't shake off the feeling of dread. After nearly five minutes, she reached home, and took off her shoes and coat; and when she did, she could hear another pair of footsteps approaching. Ava turned round to look at where she heard the footsteps coming from; and sure enough, she spotted a shadowy shape approaching; Ava was shocked but she managed to say something coherent, however, she still didn't know why it was there. She was still confused by the entire situation until the form came into focus; she gasped when she realised who it was. "Aziraphale?" she asked quietly; she almost didn't believe what she saw.

"Hello darling," Aziraphale replied as he reached the top of the stairs; he smiled, and then he began to laugh as he saw Ava's state of undress. "You seem surprised!"

"Um…well…I mean…you're um…you're not exactly what I expected, to say the least."

"Well, you've never seen me, have you?"
