"Andrés I don't think your mother would like you to come here," Gabriel said.

"Oh?" He asked. "Why not? It's just a school day." Andrés looked at his brother, standing in front of him with a smirk on his face.

"And it looks like it'll rain soon so we shouldn't stay there long," Gabriel continued. "I'll call her." And with that he walked out of the room leaving Andrés behind.

"Fine then." He mumbled as he walked into the classroom.

He looked around at everyone sitting at their desks looking bored, and he couldn't help but roll his eyes. Why was this a normal day of school? And why was he even here to begin with? And why didn't anyone want him to go anywhere near them? Well he already knew why... They hated him because he was too much like them... He was supposed to be different... But no one else could tell the difference anyway. So what was he good for?

As if the teacher had heard him thinking about the fact that he was alone, the man in question spoke up.

"Andrés! Please take a seat over there," he pointed to an empty desk next to some girl with blonde hair that matched perfectly with hers.

With that he walked out, closing the door behind him.

As he took the seat, he felt someone watching him. Turning to look, he noticed he wasn't alone. Another boy was sat next to him wearing a blue shirt under a green jacket with white sleeves and black pants.

"Hey," Andrés said.

"Are you okay?" Asked the boy in front of him.

"Yeah..." Andrés replied. "What's your name?" He questioned, noticing that he was taller than himself by quite a bit.

"My name is Michael. You're Andrés right?" Michael asked.

"Yes," Andrés answered, confused.

"I've never really talked with you before so I don't really know anything about you. How do you like your classes so far?"

"Not bad. Some are boring though," Andrés sighed.

Michael chuckled. "Well mine's boring as well, but at least there are other people there who aren't me. I hate going to school."

Just as he finished talking, another boy entered the classroom. This time he wore a black shirt underneath a gray sweater vest and black jeans. He walked to the back and took a seat directly behind Michael.

"Okay class we have a new student this year. His name is Andrés and he' s transferring schools," the teacher announced.

"Cool. We have two transfers this year already." Said someone off to the side.

Andrés didn't pay attention to the conversation between the new kid and the teachers. All he wanted to do now was eat lunch without having anyone glaring at him.

After lunch, Andrés waited until nobody was around before making his way to the nearest exit. He opened the door and stepped outside the school. Just as he stepped onto the sidewalk, a hand grabbed his shoulder stopping him in his tracks. A second later a hand wrapped around his throat tightly. He let out a loud gasp as he tried to get free.

The grip tightened further around his neck until he felt his windpipe close and started feeling the pain start to kick in. As he lost consciousness, he saw the last thing he expected to see was the sky turn orange and white.

When he woke up, he found himself lying against something soft. He turned to his left to find that Michael was holding him gently on the bed. Andrés was shocked when he realized that he was actually able to breathe.

"You're awake!" Michael exclaimed, smiling brightly.

Andrés blinked twice and tried to remember how exactly he got here. Then his eyes widened when he remembered what happened to him.

"How did this happen?!"
