Back to the Sect

Ban chuckled as he saw the whining Old Max. He never expected the old man had such a childish attitude contrary to his age. Not that he mind, he was instead amused.

After some time of discussions, the guests left the hotel room while Tina decided to stay behind.

"Wanna come with me back to Angeles City later? I'm only waiting for my sisters to wake up."

Ban smirked cheekily as he gave Tina a wink without everyone noticing.

"That's my plan too. I've mentioned to my parents that I'll return to Angeles City with you. Plus, the batches of crystals you requested already arrived at my store branch there."

Tina agreed with a straight face. However, a slight blush appeared on her cheeks when she noticed Ban gave her a slight tease.

"Mm. I nearly forgot that request." Ban raised his brow and nodded afterwards.

He was planning to duplicate some Elemental crystals to sell in his auction. However, he was having a hard time trying to discern the natural inscription within the elemental crystals. Those micro inscriptions were invisible, but Ban easily copied those inscriptions and only waited for the batches of crystals to start.

Those crystals are fueled by natural energies and his mansion was full of it. Even producing top quality elemental crystals will not a problem.

Right now, thee Fire Elemental Crystals he got from the dead volcano in his mansion became top qualities and it can fetch him lots of money if he sell those to the market.

'Now that I think about it, the mansion was full of inexhaustible Profound Energies too.'

Ban's eyes brightened up and he was planning to create Profound Stones in the future.

Meanwhile...

Lucy and the girls woke up from their sleep. However, their shoulders drooped down as if it they experienced a bad nightmare.

Ban dragged the girls to the nearest amusement park to lighten up their mood. After that, he brought them to the mall which he stated that he will pay whatever they wanted.

Until then the mood of the girls returned to the peak as the massacre last night didn't bother them in the slightest.

Ban let out a relieved smile seeing their happy expressions as the girls checked every store in the mall.

When they returned to the hotel, it was already evening.

"Young master, do you want me to check the progress of the orphans?" Alice said when she saw Ban on the sofa watching an evening news.

Ban shook his head, "The orphans are already on the way to Angeles City. A few batches of them arrived at the Sect and Annie Scott received them as per my instructions." He paused and turned to Alice, "However, I need your help on selecting disciples later on."

Alice listened carefully and their chat lasted for an hour.

Alice, the girls, the twins, Daisy, Tina and Ban landed on the backyard of his mansion in Angeles City.

"Aaaaah! Home.." Lucy and her sisters relaxed their bodies a lot after smelling the fresh air in the backyard of the mansion. They even laid on the grass in comfort.

Ban chuckled seeing the expressions of his sister. He didn't blame them as they indeed experienced a tough battle of their lives.

He turned and saw the flabbergasted look of Daisy, the twins and Tina for their instant arrival.

They look as if they saw an illusion and their bodies got stiff like a statue.

"Welcome home!"

Flora and Sally arrived at the scene with smile written on their faces.

Ban's smile went stiff as he thought of something. He introduced the twins as his subordinates and Daisy as a disciple of the Sect.

"I have some matters in the Sect. I'll be back in a bit." He gave Flora a hug. Kissed Sally and Tina on their cheeks before he disappeared in an instant. Along who disappeared with him are the twins and Daisy.

"Umm. He left, just like that? I've prepared dinner for us though." Flora looked stunned as she muttered.

Alice snickered as she had an idea why the young master fled at the scene.

"Mother! I killed a bad guy!" Lucy jumped to her feet as she enthusiastically hugged Flora.

"You what!?" Flora's expression was so bizzare as her mouth became wide open.

Even Sally had the same expression on her face.

"Me too!!"

Soon, Lesley and the girls raised their hands and proudly declared that they killed a person in a righteous way.

Alice somehow sweated as she felt like her young master left her behind to do the explanation in this situation.

Sect...

Ban wiped the invisible sweat on his forehead as he heaved a sigh of relief.

He then saw many rescued orphans roamed around the surrounding with marvel on their faces.

"Young master!"

A figure flashed and arrived in front of Ban and greeted him respectfully.

"Annie." Ban nodded slightly and asked, "Did you arranged everything?"

"Yes, young master. These kids are already registered and have their own dorms. There's no problem with their food, clothes and other necessities as well."

"Very well. I'll deal with their other matters such as health and their disciple admission tomorrow." Ban pointed at Daisy and the twins and continued, "Give them a room just like those orphans. They are also staying here like a disciple do."

Annie followed the instruction pulled the twins and Daisy who marveled the surroundings of the Sect.

Ban then headed to the direction of the Tower of Challenge and found someone who meditated on the ground.

Clara who just finished a failed challenge meditated on the floor while she let out an annoyed expression. She didn't mind those bunch of kids watched her from afar. She was planning on spending the whole night to challenge the tower when she detected a familiar aura approaching her.

"You look motivated." Ban smiled as he sat down on the ground beside her.

Clara snorted and complained, "Why does a challenge on this tower be so hard?" She continued, "I have challenged the top floor a few times, but I ended up lasting for 31 seconds at most..." The more clara complained the more irritated she become.

Ban chuckled as he shrugged his shoulder, "I can't tell you the secrets on how to defeat those enemies. Plus, why are you so eager to challenge the top? You should start at the bottom." He paused before he continued, "You have improved and lasted for another second though. That's a clear progress. I clearly remembered you lasted 30 seconds before." After that, he gave her a big thumbs up. He let out a mischievous grin.

"Ugh." Clara was so ashamed that she wanted to blow that d*mmed tower to the ground.
