71 A SHOCKING DISCOVERY

Princess Ivana had been unresponsive and a bona fide recluse since the day her personal guard had been killed by her father. The shock of watching her father torture and kill one of the only people who had really cared about her was too much for her to bear to the extent that she now felt unbridled hate for the king whenever they crossed paths.

To stop herself from saying anything disrespectful to her father during one of their many family meetings, Ivana had stopped going to the royal dining halh and now took all her food in her room.
