Reconstructing the body-II

"Ahhhhh…"

As Zhu Shen felt his body melting, never before felt pain struck over his whole body. His eyes turned bloodshot. Blood started oozing out of his whole body

"Endure it… don't lose your consciousness to the pain…"

The golden heart reminded him to endure the pain, but Zhu Shen was unable to hear anything at all. The only thing that was on his mind was pain…. An unbearable amount of pain.

'Am I going to die here…?'

At some time, Zhu Shen even lost himself. His present and future became meaningless to him. He was able to see his past selves, looking at him.

He was able to experience his memories once again like the time he got first place when he was 15. At age of 14, he became the monitor of his class. At age of 13, he lost both of his parents….

Zhu Shen started to go back into his past as his body started to melt more and more…

At age of 9, he won his first cup in a running competition. At age of 8, He went on a vacation with his parents. At age of 7, he got a new sister…

Before he knew it, Zhu Shen was experiencing his toddler memories. Memories when he first learnt how to run… how to walk… how to talk…

Then even smaller…. Zhu Shen was experiencing his days in his mother's womb. The warm currents flowed through his body as his body started to get smaller and smaller.

Until

All that was left of him was a speck of fire. Zhu Shen was able to see everything around him, but he was unable to use any of his senses!

All of Zhu Shen's body was now melted!

Anyone could see only a golden heart beating wildly in the middle of the spring along with a speck of fire.

"Phew…"

Seeing the speck of fire, the golden heart finally breathed a sigh of relief. It knew that the gamble had paid off.

"Now let us start reconstructing the body…"

As the golden heart said that, a few golden veins started branching off from the golden heart. The blood energy inside the dragonblood pool started forming a massive vortex as it rushed toward the golden heart.

People say that there are numerous meridians inside the human body constantly providing it with nourishment. So much that with only using mana, people can stay alive and healthy for longer than people who eat food.

Well, an uncountable number of meridians started appearing around the golden heart making a very complicated yet organized shape of the human body.

Soon the speck of light started glowing more and more as it started merging at the centre of all the meridians (exact location, the centre of the spine.).

This time Zhu Shen experienced His whole life sequence once again. Starting in the form of the fetus, all the way up to being 16-year-old Zhu Shen.

Zhu Shen's body was fully reconstructed.

"Stay focused… it is not over…!"

Reminded the golden heart to Zhu Shen in an exhausted voice as Zhu Shen's body started to absorb the surrounding blood energy at an alarming rate.

This time Zhu Shen was able to feel a warm current flowing throughout his body. He felt warm in areas where he had never before felt the warmth.

Zhu Shen felt comfortable in the heavenly opportunity stream. His eyes got heavy and Zhu Shen fell asleep inside the dragonblood pool.

Unknown to him,

A storm was brewing through the entire dragon palace.

A devil follower was found among the dragon palace's outer disciples. The Outer sect's upper management took care of him almost instantly by executing the devil follower. The dragon palace tried to suppress the news but the news was already spread throughout the sect making everyone deeply scared.

The upper echelon of the dragon palace held an emergency meeting regarding this matter.

In the meeting, one of the outer elders spoke,

"Such audacity..! The devils think that we are all dead…?"

The elder slammed his fist on the nearby stone pillar in a fit of anger. The stone pillar broke with a loud bang.

From the information they got from the devil member, the devils were preparing for a war against all the races. They had already infiltrated major races and were preparing to begin taking control over these races.

The outer sect leader looked at all the drama that was happening in front of him. After everything was subsidized he started talking,

"Regarding the matter of the devil race, We will advance the 10-year assembly of all races. It will be conducted next year."

The 10-year assembly of all races was an assembly held by the outer dragon sect to discuss partnership as well as solving problems amongst other races. It was supposed to be held in 5 years but because of the activities of the devil race, the outer sect leader decided to hold the Assembly early.

"We will also invite the devils into this year's 10 year Assembly. We will see what they have to say about their advances on other races…"

After the last message, the meeting ended and envoys were sent to all the races across the world.

The news of devils attending this year's clan assembly spread like wildfire. All the races started sending their Envoys toward the dragon palace in hope of a solution.
