The man reached his hand out into the void, causing a rip in the space-time continuum to appear directly in front of his hand. He reached his hand as far as his arm could go, searching for god knows how long since time doesn't exist in the void. He'd eventually pull from the ripple, a blue slimy orb which was his soul that he finally fount in the soul sea. He devoured his soul and then meditated.

Because he knew the principles and the very origin of chakra which started with the formation of the universe. He knew exactly how everything functioned, he could read chakra activation like a script, he knew all properties and sub-properties of chakra. He virtually learned everything there was to know about the universe during his time spent in the void. He knew about the existence of beings such as the Otsutsuki God and beings of omnipotence who evolved and modified chakra into divinity. The goal was to first evolve his chakra into divine ascension and have divine chakra. Next was to obtain powerful techniques that would prepare him to fight against and take over the Otsutsuki clan but before doing all this, he wanted to flip the shinobi world first...
