Martial Arts

There were really a lot of sources of power Tyler learned in his previous life: magic, sorcery, runes, arcane arts, artifacts, some special things coming from bloodline, but the easiest one to learn was martial arts. While he had hundreds of them in his head, only a few could be used efficiently without mana and required a low amount of training. So he decided to teach his family the great [White Lotus Martial Art], one of the purest, that could later be adaptated to a stronger one.

Then, after going out and buying the necessary, the 4 of them went to the panic room, that would be better named as panic floor. Tyler then started doing what he had to.

"[Time Sorcery: Slowness Dome]" said Tyler, as he drew a complex magic circle on the floor with his mana on his finger. After that, the magic circle glowed in a light green color and stayed on the floor.

"What is that bro?"

"It's a magic circle, not gonna explain that now, you wouldnt understand. Basically, it transforms the panic room in a dome of slowness. Time here is flowing 4 times slower than outside, but that will only last until Christmas, it's the limit for Earth's current mana saturation."

After saying that, Ty got in position, his right feet in front, along with his left hand, clenched into a fist. His other hand was pointing the palm to the left and his head was straight. He then started perfoming seemingly complex moves, 24 of them, along with applying mana in the right points at the right time.

"What I just did was a set of martial arts moves, the [White Lotus Martial Art] and during the 88 days, 22 in the outside, we'll pass here, you all will be learning it. I'll repeat one more time, slowly, and you'll try to remember it."

And once again Ty used the martial art. He then told his parents and sister to try executing the same moves, and after correcting them for around 2 hours, they didnt have any obvious flaws tha could be corrected simply with an explanation. Tyler though:

'What a surprise! I had no idea mom and dad were this talented, though judging from Anna's powers in the other lives, it makes sense she already started learning it.'

"Hmm, it seems like you all wont have any trouble in learning the martial art in the upcoming days. So I'll be doing my own training inside that room. Oh, and dont worry about me, I'll eat inside, just come find me if you have doubts."

Saying that, Ty went to the room on the left, still inside the panic 'room'. He seated on the ground with crossed legs and began once again feeling the mana in his body, but this time, more deeply.
