Chapter 3 : Time-skip and fighting styles

" Well you look at that, someone not only survived, but also got himself a partner and won a fight against a snake ? Not bad for a week, but not good enough for you're quirk's potential "

Saisho turned his back to see the standing yujiro, and that made him snap

" HEY, WHO IS THE ON- wow, hey calm down why are you looking at me like that " Saisho started crawling back while looking at yujiro who had a deadly aura around him

"Hey, you are 6 years old at best, and you dare talk to me like that ?"

"N-no i wa-was just saying tha-that you l-let me in those mountains a whole week an-and that's not nice, im only 5 !"

"Do you think i care, if i did not even help you that time you may not be even alive to talk to me, so get up, AND WE WILL START THE TRAINING UNDERSTOOD ?"

"Y-yes sir !"

During this time, kurama was looking at the scene with confusion, he wanted to help saisho but yujiro's aura made him held back because of fear.

Following yujiro, or more like him picking up both of them and spriting, saisho and kurama looked at the little cabin in front of them, most of it looked like it broke a long time ago and after processing, saisho said in desperation in his voice

"Don't, don't tell me we are gonna leave here, please yujiro..."

Yujiro started walking to open the cabin, but he could hear the little sobs from both the kids behind him

They came inside the cabin, and the only thing they saw is a campfire and some leaves, fortunatly they were no bugs, at least not that they can see

"So this is how the training will work, first of all, even if you are a kid we need you to have a good shape for training so for the next three years you will be traning with me, and after that time, we can start to find martial arts adapted for you"

" 3 YEars, no i did not yell hahaha, i mean, three years is a lot no ? I don't even know why i did you're trial in the first place"

"1, you don't know a safe way to leave the mountain, 2, i am the only person that you can trust at least slightly."

"you- have a point, im ready to follow the training, just please go easy on me"

And with that said, the hell training begun for both Saisho and kurama.

Time-skip : 3 years

In one of the mountains of hokkaido, a boy with blonde hair can be seen running, with at its left a red fox, the boy seems like he is 6 years old, but its just because of his deceiving height, in other terms, he was short as fuck.

" Annnnd, that should be 100km, damn i really hate this training in those clothes"

( i can't describe clothes yet, so think of yujiro's fighting clothes but for a shorty )

The boy with blonde hair and cyan eyes started running in the other direction with his red fox 2 tailed friend

That happened with yujiro's training, his body did not eat a lot since yujiro restricted him from hunting for food, and only eating what he took for him, so his height growth was almost nonexistant, kurama also gained a new tail some day during yujiro's training, and yujiro said that it was kurama's body marker for becoming stronger, he can now turn on heat mode to charge, and launch fireballs of the size of an orange

Even if the progress was said as really bad by yujiro, they are happy with the results since they are at least 5 to 6 times stronger than when they survived the week in the mountain, and after the martial arts training from yujiro, saisho want to take out a quirk beast by himself, so a bear or even stronger.

But even with all this time, saisho can't even control his tail for half a second, he started to believe that his quirk was automatic, and that he could not train it to gain control, but yujiro gently explicated to him that if he did not train his quirk, he will personnaly make saisho quirkless

Saisho did not want to experience what is now a body part being ripped of him, so he just tried to use meditation, with the hope of understand his quirk's " Condition of use "

But that also did not bring any result to the table.

After coming back from his daily training, saisho started speaking to the yujiro that was driking cola while relaxing

"Yujiro, its been 3 years now, when do we start the martial arts training ?"

"Oh, three years and you're still so weak ? maybe i was going too easy on you"

"Name a kid at my age that can defeat a wolf using a quirk, while i can't even use mine"

"Oh so you're becoming cocky ? Bad attitude girl."

"Anyway, can we start ?"

"Don't be impatient and come with me" Yujiro kicked one of the leaves of the cabin, revealing what looks like a lower floor, he then gestured saisho and kurama to follow him and they started using the stairs, and after some time, they arrived to what looks like an underground dojo.

"How did you hide it all this time ?"

"You are too stupid to notice, anyway, i watched you fight some snakes after you're training and i gotta say that you have decent leg potential, so from today i will teach you taekwendo and capoera, those styles focus on control and high strengh kicks, so it will be perfect for you, i hope you learn everything well."

Time-skip : 2 years

Cheking on our protagonist, we can see him launching a barrage of kicks while yujiro use his rigth arm to block

He tried to swipe yujiro's leg off, but yujiro just jumped over doing a flip and preparing a dropkick

But saisho swiftly dodged, and did a roundhouse kick to yujiro's back

But the latter just grabbed saisho's leg before smashing him on the ground

"Gah !"

"Even if you're kicking mastery of taekwendo and capoera are good, i already told you to use the grappling techniques i taugh you, you can't use you're kicks in a closed space, and on top of that you are short, its not gonna help you"

"Yea i know, i just don't want to use them because you're gonna crush my hands if i do so"

Saisho got up, and turned to see the sleeping three tailed kurama

"Wake up, sleepy head, you were supposed to see the match so you can learn in case you figth against a human"

*Wuuuuuu*

Kurama protested, but instantly got up when he felt yujiro's murdering aura

"So, saisho, you said that you were gonna try to kill a quirk beast today rigth ?"

"Yes, i plan to, why ?"

"You ask me why ? you still don't know how to use you're quirk, and you tell me you want to fight one as a quirkless ? Do you want to not see me again that much ?"

"I think i can beat one, definitly not alone after some though, but if i bring kurama with me, im sure we can win."

"Stop relying on kurama, you should work on you're own strength, not rely on someone's."

"Kurama and i are partners, we know eachother since 5 years now, i know that our synergy is enough to beat a quirk beast."

"Well since you want to use kurama's power that much..." Yujiro picked up kurama and hold him in his arms and said

"I will not let you fight or even be with him until you defeat a quirk beast by yourself"

"Haaaa, you really are mean you know"

" Mean is my nickname"

Saisho then started walking toward the door and before leaving yujiro said

"I give you 1 week"

"Bet"

After waiting for some time, yujiro sp deeaked up

" Let's see if he can finnaly control his quirk when he gets in a rough situation like a fight against a quirk beast, he will finnaly be able to start quirk training after 5 years, he is behind everyone in this domain."

Saisho, on the other hand was climbing the mountain slowly and started preparing a plan in his head

"I definitly can't win against a beast on a one on one fair fight, so i need to use my brain and hunting experience, heh, this is gonna be fun"
