Road To Love

The crowds became uncontrollable as Mrityunjay got down from the steps, Shivani's hand firmly held in his. They were chanting slogans... "Mrityunjay Zindabad, Swaraj Party Zindabad..." even as the police on duty had a tough time keeping order. Madhu Bhau and Mrityunjay's security team, formed a cordon around the couple as they came down to walk to up to the waiting cars.

When Mrityunjay had raised Shivani's hand and kissed it, Madhu Bhau shed a tear of happiness for him. He had finally found a purpose in life. Now he had a reason to fight. Madhu Bhau's chest tightened with fatherly affection for Mrityunjay and he thanked God silently for sending Shivani into his life.

Shivani had never been in between a crowd like that ever before. They were literally mobbed on all sides, by people who wanted to either touch Mrityunjay or embrace him. He kept his cool, acknowledging everyone who extended his or her hand towards him, trying to touch and talk to as many people as he could.
