The Wishes - 1

I heard something abnormal which should not be possible. I mean I was in a void for God sake. I don't have my physical body either. When I was wondering about the sound a strange feeling started to form in me, precisely my soul. It was the feeling of absolute devotion for something. My inner side was telling me to worship it. I started to look around hastily. I was panicking a lot. It was a strange feeling after all.

I finally found the culprit of this feeling. At the centre of the room, a figure was constructing. It was like a galaxy. I could even see the stars there. It was transparent. The figure started to morph into an old man with a long white beard. He looked celestial. The scene looked too sacred for a human being liked me to watch. Without me noticing I was on the ground praying to him. I felt like a newborn baby. Just standing near him was so nice.

The old man looked at me with those kind eyes. The love in his eyes was more than my entire family had ever provided. He put his hand on my head and slightly ruffled my hair much to my happiness. I was feeling happiness just being in his presence. It felt like I was released from the binds.

The Old man introduced himself as the creator. The one who made everything in existence. He who rules the cosmos. He is the epitome of being perfect. An omnipotent being of great wisdom.

He told me about my life and was sad about it. He told me that he liked my spirit that's why he is willing to give me another chance. Yes, the chance I was waiting for since I entered this place of the void. I had after all read enough novels to know what was happening here. I was told to think of my 4 wishes. There was no time limit here.

I was thinking very fast about the wishes I wanted. After all, this is the only chance I got. I didn't want to waste my wishes on something which could be obtained in any universe. The old man told me not to worry about the power of wishes. I could choose anything as long as it doesn't say omnipotent on the same level as the old man.
