Once it was done, Lalika was sure that charm required 10 attribute points per charm point, while luck required 100 of them per luck point. Fortunately, they also got 5 points each when she leveled up, otherwise, it would be a bit hard to increase them.

Not losing too much time thinking about that, she moved on from then. Ultimately the facility was larger than she expected since even after exploring it for what felt like half an hour there were no signs of an exit, instead more dead bodies could be found.

It was odd and made little sense, but she continued to move around, until eventually as she was turning to a new corridor, Lalika was met with someone who was not from the Kurama clan or at least didn't look like it. The boy in front of her had dark hair, and wearing a weasel mask with a red triangle upside down at the top side of it.

Something about the way he looks felt familiar to Lalika, but the mask and poor lighting of the area didn't help her currently faulty memory. The worst part was that even though, she was in a poor state in terms of her soul, she could still tell if something was weak or strong based on the energy around her, and her body as it was now, could barely properly conduct the energy around her, which led to the conclusion that she was still too weak.

This boy in front of her didn't look to be that much older as he was almost as short as her, so there might have been a chance, but something about this felt off, so she decided to wait and see instead of accidentally getting into a fight she can't win, better safe than sorry after all.

"You don't seem to have been affected by the cursed mist, if you can still reason please state your full name, or I will have to take you down." The boy said with a stoic voice that would be hard to read into.

"I'm Lalika Kurama... What's going on?" I ask a legitimate question as this place just got weirder the more time I spent here.

"Since you are from the Kurama clan, it is quite surprising that you didn't come across it, but one of your clansmen lost control of their Ido, and this place was the result of that." The boy shortly explained but Lalika knew that there was more to be said about the situation, or was it really just an accident caused by the clan's bloodline ability?

"I'm one of the anbu tasked with rescuing survivors who have not been corrupted or contaminated. So please follow me." The boy continued.

The situation didn't put Lalika at ease, since knowing that a powerful monster was loose wasn't necessarily good news, especially since it seemed like Kurama clan members were the main targets. How was it that she didn't come across it even once?

"As of now, it has already been dealt with so, you no longer need to worry." The boy explained, which Lalika thinks he could have said from the get-go.

Following the boy, they eventually actually got out of that place and it was completely different from the outside, where it looked more so like a meeting hall, and wasn't nearly as big as it was on the inside. Back in there it was dark and cold, a labyrinth-like environment where you can easily get lost.

On the outside, Lalika was taken to the hospital, where her mother was still alive and although she was bedridden. In there, she was properly examined by medical ninjas, and everything was confirmed to be fine with Lalika, so they didn't hold her there and she was allowed to leave, which wasn't the end because she was being summoned by the Third Hokage himself.

Lalika wasn't really too worried about that and went with it until she made it to the Hokage's office, where the old man could be found smoking lightly before turning his attention to her, and saying.

"Please don't just stand there, come and sit. Worry not, this old man won't steal too much of your time, I just have to say a few things." knowing better than to cause trouble here, especially in her current state, Lalika approached the third and sat down on one of the chairs in front of his desk.

"Lalika... Do you know why I'm the third Hokage?" The old man asked.

"Because you were elected to be the third Hokage." She answered.

"Well... You're not wrong... But personally, I believe I could only do this because the will of fire was passed down to me, by the second, and his sacrifice for this village. You might not understand it now, but you and the Kurama clan as a whole, are a big part of the future of the Hidden Leaf Village. All of its people are, so I hope you can stay strong little one." He said.

"Don't worry, you'll be put under good care, while your mother heals. That was all, you can go now." He continued and was actually done rather quickly.

Though Lalika didn't care too much, as she was free to go do her own thing and that's what mattered. After she left, one of the hidden anbu was called forth.

"Lord Third, how may I serve you?" The anbu responded.

"You will look after Lalika. She and her sister might bear a terrible power in them, so we must tread this carefully. You're dismissed." The third added.

The anbu accepted and left, and the third Hokage began smoking once again as he looked out of his office's window.

"Orochimaru... What else did you do? What other evils did you hide behind my back?... I'm getting too old for this, and now we have three children, one who bears evil, and two who might also bear an evil of their own... I wonder how things will look for the Hidden Leaf in the following years..." Hiruzen continued to smoke before sighing and getting back to work.

Meanwhile, Lalika had been taken to an apartment complex, where she found another girl with long brown hair and light brown eyes. The girl had bangs, straight on one side and braided on the other side. For her outfit, she wore a pink kimono held closed by a pink sash with two pockets on the front. As for her bottom side, she wore violet baggy pants and red mesh armor underneath her kimono and legs along with sandals that were orange in color.

As soon as she was inside and the ninja who brought her there was gone, the girl went on to hug Lalika, to which responded and just accepted as she assumed this girl must also be related to her since she looked too young to be the caretaker, and her reaction just now was too strong.

"I'm so happy you're ok! I can't believe all that crazy stuff happened! But at least we still have each other! And mom will soon be back..." The girl's voice went from excitement to sadness very quickly as she even begin to cry in Lalika's embrace. Confirming to Lalike that they were in fact sisters.

"I'm sorry... I'm sorry I'm such a weak older sister, but I can't be like Zena, who always had our back and took care of us all the time... I really hope she's alive somewhere in there." As she was letting her tears out, she and beat herself up, it seemed the girl was talking about their other sister, the one Lalika raped, and she almost couldn't contain her laughter as her newly found sister was letting her emotions out.

Eventually, the girl stopped crying and she let go of Lalika.

(Only the mother and this sister are left, so I'll keep them alive for that incest bonus, but I might have to find a way to get them engaged so I can grind on the 20x bonus. Then I'll turn their fiance into a bitch for safekeeping purposes.) Lalika thought to herself not really minding her emotional sister.

"The third Hokage told me that we'll still be going to the ninja academy, but we can take a week off if we don't feel like going yet. Honestly, I don't think I'll feel like it even after a week..." The girl commented.

(I was too distracted before and didn't take my lack of knowledge into account, though it shouldn't be too late to feint memory loss. Well, I'll see how things and if necessary I'll do it. Whatever the case it shouldn't be hard enough to cause me trouble. Honestly, the worst is that can't use this girl yet, and I don't know who caused the deaths of the Kurama clan so that I can complete the quest, but apparently, they were captured.) Lalika sighed as she prepared herself for this next week.
