36.) Agony --Taken Away.

Jungkook walked away from jhope and as he is walking away he stopped at the door hearing elders' words.

Neith fell back into her place eyes filled with tears.

"Why is this happening to my children, one is lying there lifeless and the other….the other has to bear the fault and marry with hate….why does he have to do it when it has no meaning"

"Lifeless…"Jungkook whispered as a tear rolled down his cheek, he trembled back.

Athena (wisdom): Jimin did what he had to, to protect Zoi even if it is hate he took it.

After listening about L ….Jungkook clenched his fist, nails digging into the skin until they turn pale, pursing his lips holding back a sob "Jimin I will never forgive you for this" he turned back pacing away.

Venusia (temptation): Neith get hold of yourself, jungkook too lost someone really important to him, L is dead that doesn't change…..we have to be strong we can't give up at this moment if we give up now L's death would be meaningless, Jimin getting married baring all this pain is meaningless.

Neith (M&A): what are you trying to say?

Venusia (temptation): Master Neptune and Vulcan are handling the power transfer and it will be done by tomorrow's daybreak and I am sure that it will at least keep them from hating each other and solve the problem until the Zoi retreats.

Neith (M&A): how does 'power transfer' solve any of the problems, it's just transferring L's powers into someone else whose worthy, L's dead and the two people she loved are hurting each other….how can it solve any of these.

Venusia (temptation): Neith just promise me something.

Neith looked confused hearing her words.

"Promise me that you won't tell them that L is dead not until Zoi retreats"

Neith (M&A): no, they have the right to know.

Venusia (temptation): if they knew the truth they will never stop hurting each other and if they are not together and are not strong enough they won't be able to protect Zoi, in the end, they will destroy everything; they will lose everything they had protected till now. L will not come back but we can at least stop the hatred... she would have wanted the same.

Neith (M&A): okay I…I promise…tears rolled down from her eyes.

"But what will you answer them when they ask for L or what happened to her?"

"I promise I won't tell them but in return tell me how will power transfer solve any of this?"

Athena (wisdom): the person who was chosen to get L's powers is the solution.

Neith (M&A): how?

Venusia (temptation): Neith trust me with this.

Neith stares at her for a minute before saying "I will go to L" and leaving the room.

Athena (wisdom): but lady Venusia the transfer can't be completed before daybreak and the person is not here yet, and tonight the heirs must….must become one and in this situation, there's no chance they would agree to it but if they don't the last step in the ritual would be unfinished and the protective barrier will be left incomplete.

Venusia turned to Ares "master Ares, I would like to have word with Athena... alone"

Ares bowed and headed out before he could leave she stopped him saying "I would prefer that the heir wouldn't hear the news about L as I said before 'until the time comes' "

"Sure lady venusia" he replied looking over his shoulder and left the room with a smirk.

Athena gave a worried look.

Venusia (temptation): "Athena I am going to use it" she put her hand forward and a slight wine-colored powder appeared in her palm.

Athena (wisdom): the drug….my lady your power it is not just like a lust drug its powerful is really strong than one can imagine.

Venusia (temptation): that's why it's the only way, unlike the lust potion one can no longer be conscious of what there are doing, they will completely be overwhelmed by temptation, lust potion is used for experiencing pleasure it doesn't take control over your conscience and body but temptation will take control over them no matter how hard you try you can't resist it like lust portion.

Athena (wisdom): that's what worries me more than anything else, it's irresistible what if they try to resist? It may kill them.

Venusia (temptation): don't worry Athena once the drug takes over their conscience they will lose control and not be able to tell what they are doing or whether they really want it or not. Resisting the drug would be almost impossible….yeah, but they can die if they do it so; it leaves them no choice but to give in.

Athena (wisdom): I don't think its fair my lady.

Venusia (temptation): sometimes we have to make choices that are hard not for the sake of the dead but for the living...

Yoona and Jin walked in as the conversation ended.

Venusia (temptation): Jin, yoona I need you two to do something.

Yoona entered jimin's room dithering with her thoughts, and a bocksbeutel bottle in her hands ….

Tae and Jimin are alone in the room; tae turned to her "what is that?"

Yoona snapped out of her thoughts she quickly went to the table avoiding eye contact with tae, taking a glass and pouring the liquid into it "it's just…it's just that I prepared some medicine it will make him feel better" he mumbled.

She turned back and tae was quick to hold her hand stopping her.

"tae what's wrong?"

Tae took the glass smelling it and glanced back at her "you are not good at hiding things yoona"

He grabbed her hand and took her out of the room.

Tae shout at yoona "what were you planning to do with him?"

Yoona: it's nothing tae …

V: then why are not looking into my eyes, for god sake… yoona you know what kind of stuff I deal with, this kind of tricks I know each and every one of them so stop bluffing and fuc.ki*n tell me what it is?
