Chapter 9 You Get Nothing

Keira Leaf licked her dry lips, "I have no intention of being an enemy to Young Master Sulliven. I just want to make a deal with him and have to resort to these methods."

"A deal? You're really bold!"

"I have no choice. My life is cheap, so I have to seek fortune and risk."

"What do you want?"

Joshua Sulliven released his grip and sat on the sofa with his legs crossed, a gloomy coldness emanating from his elegant posture.

He was curious to see what the woman who had dared to secretly photograph him was after!

Keira didn't rush to speak but slowly stood up from the ground, carefully adjusting her sleeping robe. Despite her trembling, she no longer had to look up at him.

"Worthiness can only be known after trying. I just hope Young Master Sulliven can give me a chance." Keira's voice softened a little. After all, dealing with Joshua was like striking a deal with a tiger. She wasn't foolish enough to use the photos as chips for negotiation.

"Fine, since you want to play, I'll play with you. But let me tell you, you'll get nothing from me!" Joshua spoke word by word, with a strong sense of fun.

Smoke veiled Joshua's cheeks, and Keira couldn't make out his expression, but at the sound of his words, a smile bloomed between her eyes and brows.

"Alright, let's seal the deal!"

She didn't want money, affection, or even Joshua himself. All she wanted was the position of Mrs. Sulliven. She wanted everything that Olivia Leaf valued, everything that the Leaf Family was proud of!

Seeing the laughter on Keira's face, a touch of sarcasm flashed in Joshua's eyes as he spoke in a low voice, "Since you want to play, I'll play with you. However, since it's a game, there should be rules. Don't blame me for being ruthless if you break them."
