46 Training.
<General perspective>
After a few minutes, Maya felt healthier than ever in her life. She looked in the mirror and saw that she looked a little younger, perhaps in her 40s or 50s. She turned to Ava, searching for an answer.

Ava replied, "I tried to make it so it wouldn't change you entirely; I will miss my old-looking grandma," she chuckled.
Maya joined in the laughter.
In another room, after getting injected, Melissa and Kevin stood facing each other. Melissa said, "It doesn't change much in you; just your hair looks like when I first met you, as handsome as ever."

Kevin replied, "You've changed a little." Melissa started checking her face, asking, "What changed?"
Kevin responded, "The red spots on your face are gone, and your eye color changed a little, not too much, but you are as beautiful as ever."

Melissa said with a smile, "That's because Ava created every skin product she could to make me look young."
Kevin chuckled and asked, "So you're admitting that you're old?"
Melissa choked at Kevin's words, as women don't like to be called old, and lightly punched his chest. "Who are you calling old?" But she lost control of her strength, causing Kevin to stumble into the closet, which broke. Melissa was shocked by her own punch as she rushed to Kevin and asked, "Are you alright, honey?"
Kevin emerged from the broken closet and said, "Yeah, I'm alright, but that punch was great. It felt like a bike hit me, but it doesn't hurt."
As they were talking, Ava opened the door hastily and asked, "What happened? What was that noise?"
Kevin replied, "Nothing, sweetie, your mother punched me."
Ava sighed and said while looking at the table, "Try to control your strength. You will get used to it in 4-5 days, as I told you both to take a leave for 1 week."
Kevin saluted Ava, acting like a soldier. "Yes, ma'am." Melissa laughed at her husband's behavior.
Ava left while saying, "Yeah, yeah, very funny."
As Ava returned, she looked at Elena and said, "Nothing happened, just my parents being themselves." Elena chuckled at Ava's response.
Ava turned to Maya, who was checking her body, and said, "So how are you feeling, grandma?"
Maya replied with a smile, "Strong as a lion."
Ava chuckled and said, "It might take 4-5 days to get used to your new lion body." When Ava said "lion body," all four of them started laughing.
Ava then said, "You can rest now, grandma. We will start your training tonight."
Maya nodded and went to her assigned room.
Only Regina, Elena, and Ava were left in the room. Ava looked at them and said, "So, wanna start?" as she gave them the medicine and injection in the room.
After a few minutes, Elena and Regina felt like they could defeat a bull in a one-on-one fight, but they didn't know they could if they trained properly. Regina looked in the mirror and said, "My pimple is gone, and I look perfect." Elena nodded as she felt the same.

Ava instructed them to sleep. After everyone was asleep, Ava was alone in her lab, sitting and thinking about her next move. She took her equipment and started creating things, then she instructed Katie to order the things she needed for it.
At 7 PM, most of the people were awake. As they got downstairs, they smelled something delicious. Melissa entered the kitchen where Ava was cooking, smiled, and hugged Ava from behind. "How sweet of you, sweetie," she said.
Ava replied with a smile, "I knew that you all would wake around 7 PM, so I thought, why not cook for you all?"
Kevin entered the kitchen followed by everyone else. "I smell something delicious," he said.
Ava looked at everyone and said, "Eat all you want, but after that, we are going to exercise until I say to stop."
Kevin replied, "I think I can win against you now, sweetie, and show you who's the dad here."
Ava chuckled and replied, "We'll see about that."
Everyone in the hall felt a shiver down their spine except Kevin and Regina. Regina looked at everyone and asked, "Why did their expression change after hearing about exercise? It's good for health, right?"
Kevin chuckled and said, "Well, they don't fear exercise, but Ava, who is in charge of the exercise."
Regina, a little confused, asked, "But why?"
Elena patted her shoulder and said, "You'll know when it starts."

After dinner, they all went to the beach where they were the only ones present. Elena looked around and asked, "Why is there nobody here?"
Melissa replied, "Well, it's a private beach after all."
Regina exclaimed, "Really? That must have cost a fortune."
Before Melissa could say anything, Ava interrupted her and said, "That's for tomorrow. We will start with muscle stretching."
After two hours, everyone was lying on the beach, panting and feeling tired. Ava said, "Okay, that's it for today." Everyone sighed in relief upon hearing that. Ava continued, "You can walk back and rest after a shower. I know your new bodies recover faster than normal humans."
As Ava left, Elena said while lying down, "Now you know why her family fears exercise."
Regina replied, "Yeah, I get it. She's a demon." Regina looked at Melissa and hastily said, "Sorry, Auntie, I didn't mean..."
Melissa interrupted her and said, "No, you don't have to be sorry. She's a demon when it comes to health and exercise."
As the day ended, everyone slept in their respective rooms. The next morning after breakfast, their exercise started again. They followed this same routine for four days, in between playing volleyball and a bunch of other games on the beach.
On the fifth day, Ava said, "I think you all are now in perfect control of your new bodies, so I am calling this a day off. You can enjoy it however you want." Everyone was happy that their hellish training had ended.
Then Ava, Elena, and Regina spent time together visiting places in L.A. and San Diego, talking about their past and present.
