Ava pondered for a moment and then asked, "Then let's start as friends."
Elena nodded in agreement.
Elena looked at Ava and asked, "So you are going to sing for me, right?"
Ava replied, "But I did sing."
Elena countered Ava, "But you sang for all of us, not me."
Ava said, "But you were there, and don't post that video on the internet."
Elena asked, "No more 'buts.' Why don't you want to post it on the internet?"
Ava sighed and said, "Okay, I will sing. And as for why I don't like posting it, because I don't want people to follow me like some stalker and update the whole world about my life and everything about my days."
Elena nodded and said, "You are right. But why don't you try using a mask to hide your identity?"
Ava replied, "Like Batman?"
Elena chuckled and said, "Yeah, like Batman."
Ava sighed and said, "Okay, I will think about it."
Ava said while pressing a button on the watch, "Now that you are my friend, meet my other friend."
Elena looked at Ava's watch; her eyes widened as she saw a hologram of a woman in her 20s. The woman spoke, "Hello, Miss Elena. Nice to meet you. I am Katie, Miss Ava's assistant and friend. And to address your doubt, I'm an AI."
Elena froze for a moment, as it was like a new world for her, considering AI was not that developed yet.
Elena tried to touch Katie but her hand passed through it. Elena looked at Ava and asked, "You created her?"
Ava nodded in agreement. Elena bombarded Ava with many questions and theories about AI.
After 15 minutes of a question-and-answer session, Elena stopped. Ava was about to go to sofa when Elena stopped her and said, "You are forgetting something."
Ava asked, "I know. I will sing next time?"
Elena replied with a depressed tone, "But you said you will sing."
Ava sighed and said, "Okay, just one song, then we will work on Calisto, and then sleep in the same bed." As she completed the sentence, she had a smile on her face.
Elena thought and replied, "Okay, but no touching is allowed."
Ava nodded and said, "I won't touch you, but I don't know if you will."
Elena raised her eyebrow and asked, "What does that mean?"
Ava shook her head and said with a smirk, "Nothing. You will know tomorrow."
Ava took the guitar and started tuning the melody.
Ava looked at Elena and said, "This song is about being true to yourself."

Guitar melody started spreading around the room.

Elena listened to the lyrics after spending time with Ava. She knows Ava lives in L.A., but she doesn't understand how this relates to being true to yourself.

Even though Elena doesn't understand the song, her feet started moving to the beat.

Elena looked at Ava and said, "This song is really about being true to yourself."
Ava nodded and said, "Yeah, and now that the song is over, let's get to work. I will guide you, but you have to make Calisto yourself."
Elena got confused and asked, "Why is that?"
Ava replied, "I want you to gain experience making something, as I can't be there with you every time."
Elena nodded, understanding, as she also wanted to gain more experience while working with Ava. Elena started working on the design and codes of Calisto while Ava pointed out her mistakes.
As time passed, Ava saw that it was 11:45 PM. She looked at Elena and said, "Okay, that's enough for today. You need rest."
Elena shook her head and said, "Just one minute."
Ava said to her watch, "Katie, save everything Elena's worked on today and shut down the laptop." As Ava said that, Elena's laptop shutdown. Elena looked at Ava and said, "But..."
Ava interrupted her and said, "No 'buts.' You need rest. I don't like overworking partners," while she took Elena's laptop and put it on the table.
Elena nodded and went to the bedroom. As she looked at the double bed, Ava looked at Elena and said, "You don't have to sleep with me if you don't want to. I can sleep on the sofa."
Elena shook her head and said, "I promised you, and it's your house. How can you sleep uncomfortably on the sofa while I sleep in the bed with comfort?"
Ava put pillows at the center, making a border, as she said, "Now it's okay, right?"
Elena nodded with a smile and thought, 'How thoughtful she is.'
Ava and Elena slept on their respective sides.
