15 Haley become Ava's friend.

Haley looked at the message and replied, "Sorry, I didn't mean that. I misspoke."

Ava, using a message, replied, "Make any excuse and reject my mom."

Haley replied, "Okay."

Haley looked at Melissa and said, "Auntie, I think I can't attend the summer vacation with you guys."

Melissa frowned and asked, "Why did you just say 'okay'?"

Haley said, "Well, I suddenly remembered that my mom doesn't know that I am lesbian, so I can't ask her about this summer vacation."

Ava gave Haley a thumbs-up, hiding from Melissa. As Haley saw that, she smiled, but Melissa broke her happiness.

Melissa replied, "That's it. I can convince your mother for this trip, but for your sexual orientation, you have to talk yourself as I can't interfere in it."

Haley said, "What should I do? She just trapped me in my own excuses."

Ava sighed, "It's not my fault. Try making another excuse."

Haley thought, 'Grandma Maya said, "Don't get caught, or...?"'

Haley replied with a smile, "Thanks for your help, Auntie."

Melissa said while rubbing Haley's hair, "It's good; you are part of the family now."

Haley just nodded. Ava was left speechless, wondering why Haley had changed.

After dinner,

Haley and Ava's family were watching TV. Haley looked at the clock.

Haley said, "Auntie, I should go now. It's 9:00 PM."

Melissa replied, "Okay, but you can come here anytime." Melissa continued while looking at Ava, "Drop your girlfriend home and drive safely." Ava nodded and left with Haley. As they got inside the car, Ava looked at Haley with a questionable expression. Ava asked, "Why did you agree?" Haley replied with an innocent face, "Well, I didn't have a choice." Ava asked again, "Really?" Haley said while looking into Ava's eyes, "Yeah, I was blank at that time and here." As Haley gave Ava $400, Ava looked at Haley, "What is this for?" Haley replied, "I want to be your real friend, not just a fake pretend friend. And the remaining is with Alex so I will give it tomorrow."

Ava asked, "Why do you want to be my friend?"

Haley replied while rubbing Ava's head, "You know, I think we can be best friends."

Ava asked, "You know I am lesbian, right?"

Haley replied with confidence, "If we don't cross our boundaries, I am safe." Ava nodded and asked, "But are you sure you want a lesbian as a friend? Some of your friends might not like it." Haley replied, "I don't give a damn about them."

Ava put her fist in front of Haley as she gave Ava a fist bump.

Ava said while starting the car, "So we are friends now."

Haley replied with a smile, "Yes, we are."

Haley looked at the screen in front of her and started checking the file named "music."

Haley asked, "Ava, what are these soundtracks for?"

Ava replied, "They are the soundtracks for my songs. When I was driving or got bored, I sing them."

Haley said with a fake surprised expression, "Really, you can write songs?" Ava didn't see it as she was driving.

Ava nodded while thinking, 'Well, songs' original writers doesn't exist in this world, so they are mine for entertainment at least. I don't want to earn money from them.'

Haley asked with a pleasing tone, "Ava, can you sing me a song, please?"

Ava saw Haley's puppy face as her heart melted like chocolate.

Ava asked, "What type of song do you want to hear?"

Haley saw how confident Ava was and decided to play a prank on Ava and said, "Drugs."

Ava was taken aback and looked at Haley, "Really?"

Haley replied with a chuckle, "You don't have to...."

But Ava interrupted her, "Okay, I can do it."

Haley was shocked after hearing that Ava has a song on drugs, "Huh."

Ava stopped the car on the roadside and looked at Haley and said, "First, you have to meet Katie."

Haley looked around and asked, "Who is Katie?"

Ava looked at the screen in front of her and said, "Katie, introduce yourself to Haley."

Katie said, "Hello, Miss Haley, I am Katie, an artificial intelligence created by Miss Ava."

Haley's mind went blank, "This is a prank, right?"

Ava shook her head, "It's not."

Haley held Ava's shoulder and asked again, "Really, you are saying that Katie is an artificial intelligence."

Ava nodded and said, "If you don't believe me, you can ask anything to Ava; she will answer it, within her ability."

Haley shook her head and said, "I am your friend now, I know you won't lie to me about this."

Ava chuckled and asked, "Are you believing me blindly?"

Haley replied, "No, I am not. I believe that you don't have any reason to lie to me."

Ava nodded and said, "You have a point, then let me sing for you. Katie, put the car on autopilot mode and set the location of Dunphy house as the destination."

Ava continued, "Katie, play the soundtrack of Ibiza."

Haley took her phone to record Ava.

Haley's eyes widened as she heard the EDM soundtrack and lyrics.

Ava's voice was beautifully blending with the soundtrack. Looking at Ava, who was singing, Haley started thinking, 'Why do they call Ava a 'demon' in school? She is like an angel singing.'
