Balance

Toxicity corrupts you, but knowledge cleanses you.

A dark pit has a restricted view, but the wide sky is endless.

Anxiety claims you, although one laugh can fade it away.

The ocean has unknown depths, but the surface is a kick away.

Depression steals you, but breathing brings you back.

Darkness swallows you whole, but a gleam of light breaks it.

Blades cut you, but the scars show growth.

People betray you consistently, but all it takes is one to trust.

Fire can consume you, all you need is water to put it out.

Self hatred buries you, but self love revives you.

Rain can surround you, yet the sun makes it stop.

Remember all things have balance.

Therefore you cannot have one without the other.
