All of this took a while to explain but in fact, took less than a second. Void was too caught up with his experiments but he didn't care either way.

The huge mass of darkness representing Void started to move. After a few twists and turns, a fuzzy outline of a man appeared before Cruden and Valencia. His features were screwed. He had realized he was able to do this after his first encounter with the duo in the process of granting them blessings he could feel his body move.

All it needed was a bit of practice. Which he did diligently while they were away besides, He was immortal and could not sleep and there was nothing else to do.

To Cruden and Valencia, they felt honored, their master was opening up to them more. If they were there in person, they would have both fell to their knees. In their eyes, their master was their everything.

Void was about to put on a show. He raised his blurry hands and flipped them over. In the next second, the two lights representing Cruden and valencia appeared in his palms respectively.

They were both caught off guard but they instinctively relaxed. In truth, it was a mixture of feelings. They felt a great wave of protection, belonging, and warmth.

The same sensation as last took over their souls but this time it was a lot more powerful but they did not mind. They both knew it was something good. they felt like something that was restricting them had broken open. They looked ahead with more gratitude.

They were both surprised. There were more benefits to be received. They wanted to reject it. Especially Cruden who was fighting back his guilt.

Cruden voiced his concern. He felt like he was unworthy of such a benevolent lord. "My lord…" Void knew exactly how he felt. He had experienced his memories and knew what kinda kid he was.

"Do not worry, even though you have offered your assistance, I will not have you at a disadvantage. Besides, you have a more important mission at hand. That young lady has tried to claim your life and disrespected one of my emissaries"

Cruden immediately understood his lord's intention. Cruden then remembered the words he had heard when he was receiving his blessing. He was the Death God. His mission was to kill evil and punish his lord's enemies.

To him, she had committed a grave sin. The thoughts of unworthiness that were in his mind were completely washed away. "How dare she humiliate my lordship". A never-before-seen rage surfaced inside him.

Void could sense the change in Cruden's psyche and nod silently.

He turned his gaze to Valencia who stood there silently. A far distinction between the girl she was when she first appeared.

"It seems we have a visitor".

They were shocked. Cruden hurriedly looked around but he could not see anything out of the norm. Valencia could tell her lord was focusing on her but she did not have any idea of what he meant.

Void raised his hand which held Valencia higher. Valencia felt awkward with her lord's gaze on her but it was then an earth-piercing screech sounded out in the space. The purple light molts that were in her soul started to frantically move around.

A cloud of mist moved around from voids hand and surrounded Valencia's soul. In the next instant, the purple light motes rushed out of Valencia's soul arriving between the space of Valencia and void.

Valencia gasped. It was the strange flower from before. The flower screeched non-stop. It was in immense pain.

Cruden saw the strange flower and was very confused. The flower had been pulled out from Valencia's soul. "The flower was the intruder?"

Void's voice ran out again. This time anger could be felt in his voice. "Would you like me to destroy this flower, it has evil intentions and tried to cause you harm?"

Void had seen the intentions of the flower, it wanted to feed of valencias power. it had even gone to the extent of fusing with her to take over her body. Void's mist encased the flower to stop it from screeching and the place immediately got silent.

Valencia was worried. she did not know what to do. Valencia had grown fond of the flower. she empathized with the loneliness she felt coming from it but on the other hand, the flower trespassed her lord's space. she did not want to anger her lord in any way.

"Is it possible to save it, my lord? if not you can do whatever you want with it." Valencia timidly replied.

He stood there awkwardly for a minute thinking of what to do next. Void realized what he had just asked. he had forgotten her timid nature. he could not help but feel a bit embarrassed. he had just asked a girl to kill a pretty flower.

Valencia and Cruden were getting a little worried with Void's silence. Valencia thought she had offended him and was about to cry.
