4 Meeting with Fat Gum

I follow Kirishima through the building to Fat Gums office. Just outside of his office sat a young man with elongated pointy ears and messy dark blue hair. Something about him seems familiar, but I can't place why. "Morning Suneater" "Morning Red Ri-" the young man stopped in his tracks, staring at me with surprise momentarily before looking down face flushed with red. I smile realizing this was the shy member of the big three my first year at UA. I couldn't hear what he said then and he spent most of the time staring at the wall, but I remember that cute ball of nerves and how desperately I wanted to help him. Seeing him again I realize he's even cuter now than he was then, not really sure how that's possible.

Tamakis POV

I wish I were invisible, or maybe that I'd stayed home today. Fat Gum mentioned Red Riot bringing a friend, but I thought it would be a guy. If it had to be a girl, why did it have to be THAT girl? Great, I'm not going to get anything done today. She's even more beautiful in person than she was in those pictures. I can only imagine his cousin is dating her by now. Her having a boyfriend didn't make me feel less nervous to be near her. Oh crap, she's talking, what did she say? Pay attention Amajiki! Why is she so close to me right now? Wow, she smells amazing. No no no shut up brain she's trying to speak to you, get it together Tamaki, you can do this. Look up, even if it's just a little, speak dammit. It's too late, Fat Gum showed her into his office. "Go get some air Suneater, you look like you need it" He says just before he closes the door behind him.

Y/N POV

As I bowed before Fat Gum I couldn't help but notice that he was even kinder than I imagined. "Please, excuse my sidekick Suneater, he can be shy at times, I suspect I should have warned him there would be a pretty young lady here today" I blush, there's no way Suneater could think I'm pretty. He may be shy but I know when someone is way out of my league. Monoma being that attractive and liking me is a fluke, there's no way someone even better looking than him could possibly be interested.

"I'm sure he is just as nervous to meet any new person. I sensed his anxiety and tried to see if he was ok with me helping, but didn't seem capable of hearing me. Sir, if you wouldn't mind asking him if I could activate my quirk on him for me, it would be a great help. Going forward it would be best for him to feel more comfortable around me."

Fat Gum looks at me pensively for a moment before speaking. "You know Red, I get it now, why you wanted her to come here, I think she will be a perfect fit. Show her around and introduce her to everyone. I'll take Suneater out for a breather and see if I can get his permission for you to use your quirk Solace."

"Thank you sir, I am truly honored."

" She's in good hands Fat Gum Sir, just leave it to me" Kirishima enthused.
