Searching for connections
I study the map in my text book of where werewolf communities have settled around the world. They have claimed areas qere they can live set apart from humans, that way we can go relatively unnoticed. There is the occasional hiccup, but with Sages in abundance who work close with the council, the issue is easily put to rest before chaos spreads.
